The pancakes were delicious last time. I put 4 for it. The waiting time is long. It's not cozy. Pancakes are served hot in thin paper, which is very inconvenient (I would like plates and utensils). Nothing has changed much during the opening.

The food in the restaurant is pancakes. I can't say that they are delicious. Pancakes are not tasty with the hair of the employee (staff). But that's half the trouble. I had to go 3 times and ask if it was ready or not, until I noticed that the people who were standing in line were already eating. To the question, why didn't they say that it was ready? A quiet response with great indifference - we called. The guy at the checkout thinks that everyone likes his quiet and slow voice, because in the institution you can't hear what he says when you stand at the order counter. It's not pleasant and it makes you angry. But the most fun thing is when you want to visit the restroom (toilet). I refuse this to you, saying that the code is in the receipt (nothing is said about it right away). And I don't pick up the check, because I pay with a card. As a result, I had to go to the hotel. Have I received a negative from this institution? Yes. Whether you liked the service or not, it's terrible. The staff is terrible. The speed of cooking pancakes is very slow. The taste and originality of the dish are not there, since the hair in the food was forced to throw out the rest of the food.
I wanted to put 2 points for the fact that the girl who offered to eat tried to do the best. But establishments seem to be able to change in a terrible way. The reality is that there are not even 2 points. I do not recommend it.

The sound of the hand dryer is just terrible, as if the same person next door is doing repairs in your head. And since they wash their hands there regularly and with pleasure, you can enjoy the tooth-crushing sound that overshadows everything else every 2-3 minutes
