I was really disappointed, it was impossible to spoil the pancake like that, but they did it.

They called me for a pancake. I take the pancake and understand that, well, as if it were not fried (although it asked for a little bit more fried), well. In anticipation of a gastronomic orgasm, I cut this light pancake.... And here's a piece of it in my mouth and now my taste buds should feel the taste of 4 cheeses and pancake batter..... But it's a bummer... We can feel the mayonnaise.... mayonnaise..... MAYONNAISE ..... I come up and ask what it is with mayonnaise or something... And then the answer is no. Not with mayonnaise, my question is, what does he answer me with "Caesar sauce". !!!!! I ask a counter question, the base of the Caesar sauce is MACONNAISE, to which I get an affirmative YES. The sauce killed everything that could be killed. There is no taste of cheese at all. The dough is not tasty. In a pancake in which 4 cheeses are indicated in the menu, you expect to feel the taste of different cheeses of their Sochi anime with each other.... In general, it is a disappointment. I was able to understand why they have been cooking for so long. Most likely, the pancake stoves are not working at full capacity. Since on the one hand they hold the dough for a long time before it "browns". In general... I'll say that going there again is definitely not. There is no way to recommend it either. We had breakfast at this place, took an Americano, a pancake with chicken, ginger and curry, for dessert another Americano and a pastry basket with hazelnuts. I liked the pancake, the Americano is excellent, you can choose a fortress (I took it stronger), the dessert is interesting, but I would prefer less sugar in it. Of course, it is more pleasant to eat pancakes from a plate rather than from a cardboard box, but I will not lower my rating for this.

One of the best cafes on Oktyabrskaya, we love to sit here with friends in the evening. Pancakes are hot, incredibly delicious, lots of different toppings, and everything is worth the money. (Sometimes it's worth waiting a little longer than usual). I would not say that the drinks stand out in any way, but there have never been any complaints. And most importantly, the atmosphere is always very sincere and lively.

My favorite pancake is 53. The last time I ordered, it tasted like crap, I threw it away, I couldn't finish it. Guys, how can you make pancakes so rubbery? How can you ruin pancakes in general? The filling is also so-so, it seems to be pesto, but in fact the taste of pesto was not even remotely there.
The waiting time is 20 minutes, we arrived after 25 minutes, well, wait another 15, as a result, 2 pancakes were cooked for almost 50 minutes, it feels like the staff is doing hee-hee, haha, instead of working. Мая ўлюбёная блінная. Шмат рознага начыння для бліноў, ёсць некалькі варыянтаў для вегетарыянцаў. Усе бліны што спрабаваў - вельмі смачныя. Цэны за такія вялікія бліны вельмі адэкватныя (за блін з напоем у сярэднім 10-12 руб.). Асобная удзячнасць за меню на мове!
З мінусаў:
- падача бліноў у канвертах (не ўсе з іх зручна так есці), але! заўсёы можна папрасіць талерку на бары і яе дадуць без пытанняў.
- доўга чакаць заказ у гадзіну пік (25-30 хвілін), таму калі вы бачыце, што перад вамі некалькі чалавек і пустых канвертаў для заказаў - памножце кожны канверт на 4 і прыкладна зразумееце колькі вам чакаць і прыміце рашэнне ці ёсць на гэта час.

I was advised this place as the best in the city, but to my taste it was the worst pancakes in my life. In short, these are not thin fishnet Russian/Belarusian pancakes, they are thick as pita bread and of huge diameter. It's not easy to bake a thin pancake, but a thick one is easy - that's why pancakes in this institution are not worth their money at all. In addition to pancakes without anything, I ordered one with cottage cheese, maybe I could like it, but it stuck tightly with one side to the paper it was wrapped in and I couldn't remove the paper without tearing the pancake and spilling the filling. This implies the second disadvantage of the institution - the feed. There are no appliances with dishes, a pancake in paper, it is inconvenient to eat it. The paper sticks, the pancake is folded incorrectly, in the form of a large flat square that does not hold its shape and bends. Eating in this form, with your hands, is unpleasant and not convenient. Especially if the pancake is hot.
Also, I want to say that the coffee is disgusting, I ordered a large cappuccino, so there is only milk without coffee. It's like I didn't come for coffee, but for pancakes, but coffee is also one of the worst in Minsk.
