I didn't like the atmosphere - it was dark and dreary, the toilet was coded (probably filtering visitors who are not customers buying).
I didn't like the attitude of the staff when placing an order - sad guys.

The pancakes are very tasty, the assortment is very large, and there are vegetarian options. We go and try different sauces every time, all in their own special way, delicious sauces and a good combination of ingredients. They cook quite quickly, there are almost always places. There is little choice in drinks.

Where so many positive reviews come from is not clear. We made an order for 4 pancakes, received them only after 30 minutes, when we went to find out where they were? We made a little mistake and lost your order. It was very unpleasant to find out, we were late for the tour for this reason.

I ordered two pancakes (I should have taken one, it was quite satisfying) and a cappuccino. Cappuccino with salted caramel syrup. We made a cappuccino, I took a sip, drank more, and after a third of the glass I clearly realized that there was no syrup there. He came up to the counter and informed me about it, to which the lanky barista told me that he had poured the syrup there and that it was at the bottom. I say,
"Should I stir it to feel the syrup?"
– Yes
, is it okay that the cappuccino does not interfere?
– * looks from under his brows*
I'm a little freaked out by this approach, the guy just looks at you point blank and doesn't want to admit his mistake and do whatever you want.
I have worked as a cook and waiter myself, and it has never happened that we refused a client, even if we suddenly realize that he is wrong. But not only do I know for sure that there was no syrup (I do not eat sweets and do not put sugar in drinks, so the receptors for sweets are very sensitive), but he also has a negative reaction to the fact that I am dissatisfied with something. It's just a tower 😕
The pancakes themselves were very tasty, the cook was 5 out of 5
The narrow-minded barista is 0 out of 5, I wish him the same service in life.

I love depo with all my heart and soul , I've been going there since the very opening , but the last 5 times the staff has just been terribly unfriendly , they look at me from under their brows , answer reluctantly , no smile , yesterday my friend and I were waiting for coffee and just sat down at the table , so until we came to the counter we were told that the coffee was ready . This attitude is very frustrating and there is less desire to go there .

Pancakes are always fresh, for every taste and preference.
I have never had coffee made that is impossible to drink. Always the right temperature and good to taste. The summer drinks menu is generally a fire. Have you tried their espresso tonic on cranberry schweppes? You're missing out on a lot!

The pancakes were delicious last time. I put 4 for it. The waiting time is long. It's not cozy. Pancakes are served hot in thin paper, which is very inconvenient (I would like plates and utensils). Nothing has changed much during the opening.

Huge delicious pancakes at reasonable prices, good desserts (like their own production). Minimalistic interior. I didn't know that pancakes are served just in a paper corner and that they are so huge - I had to ask for a plate, otherwise it's not very convenient to eat. I would also like to see the menu in Russian, but the waitress more or less guided me.

Overall a good place, but there is something to work on: 1. In the middle of the day, with a minimum number of visitors, the pancakes were given for more than 40 minutes (at the stated 25-30), skipping other orders ahead, it's a shame. The staff are young guys, but they do not have time to do all the work quickly, plus difficulties with communicating with clients (smile, say hello first, apologize if the client does not like something). 2. The room is stuffy, the air conditioning inside is mandatory in summer. In the kitchen: 2 out of 3 pancakes are delicious (the nutella + banana version requires refinement, there is little filling), original recipes. Coffee and drinks are fine too.

VERY impolite employees. Everything has gone bad, there are no more devices, they do not give them away on the board, they give them into their hands. WE DROPPED THE PANCAKE BECAUSE IT'S DAMN HOT!!! They didn't redo it... it's not a service. It's inconvenient to eat, because the pancakes are big.
Well, by the lack of queues, as in the old days, you can see how everything has slipped. Of course we won't come anymore. (It's a shame, because they brought a guest from another country to you, he was blown away by the lack of basic friendliness, let alone service ....)
