Pancakes are delicious, but the price is unreasonably expensive. The waiting time for the order is from 50 minutes. While you're waiting, you'll have a snack in the neighboring farms. There is no customer orientation. If you don't mind the time, then I advise you to try it. It won't work to run in and have a quick snack.

My favorite pancake is 53. The last time I ordered, it tasted like crap, I threw it away, I couldn't finish it. Guys, how can you make pancakes so rubbery? How can you ruin pancakes in general? The filling is also so-so, it seems to be pesto, but in fact the taste of pesto was not even remotely there.
The waiting time is 20 minutes, we arrived after 25 minutes, well, wait another 15, as a result, 2 pancakes were cooked for almost 50 minutes, it feels like the staff is doing hee-hee, haha, instead of working. Previously, both the service and the pancakes were just top, but now everything has slipped.

I took a pancake with blueberries - blueberries from a mayonnaise bag, I think Makheev.
I waited 20 minutes , but after cooking it flowed directly onto the surface for frying (i.e. not from my hands )
, After which the pancake was not the first in line to be redone , but the 4th and I waited another 10 minutes .
As a result, of course, the pancake was tasteless because of the sugary blueberries
Plus, I don 't understand the point at all with the fact that at the Zybitskaya Depot this is a great place and there is a pancake with maple syrup , but at Oktyabrskaya there is always a long wait and there is no taste of maple syrup , how is that at all ?

Huge delicious pancakes at reasonable prices, good desserts (like their own production). Minimalistic interior. I didn't know that pancakes are served just in a paper corner and that they are so huge - I had to ask for a plate, otherwise it's not very convenient to eat. I would also like to see the menu in Russian, but the waitress more or less guided me.

I love depo with all my heart and soul , I've been going there since the very opening , but the last 5 times the staff has just been terribly unfriendly , they look at me from under their brows , answer reluctantly , no smile , yesterday my friend and I were waiting for coffee and just sat down at the table , so until we came to the counter we were told that the coffee was ready . This attitude is very frustrating and there is less desire to go there .

We arrived 5 minutes before closing time, specially drove across the city to buy pancakes, refused to cook. I asked very much to cook, they refused, although there were only 2 customers in the queue. If 1 client per minute is served, we would definitely have time.

Pancakes are always fresh, for every taste and preference.
I have never had coffee made that is impossible to drink. Always the right temperature and good to taste. The summer drinks menu is generally a fire. Have you tried their espresso tonic on cranberry schweppes? You're missing out on a lot!

I ordered two pancakes (I should have taken one, it was quite satisfying) and a cappuccino. Cappuccino with salted caramel syrup. We made a cappuccino, I took a sip, drank more, and after a third of the glass I clearly realized that there was no syrup there. He came up to the counter and informed me about it, to which the lanky barista told me that he had poured the syrup there and that it was at the bottom. I say,
"Should I stir it to feel the syrup?"
– Yes
, is it okay that the cappuccino does not interfere?
– * looks from under his brows*
I'm a little freaked out by this approach, the guy just looks at you point blank and doesn't want to admit his mistake and do whatever you want.
I have worked as a cook and waiter myself, and it has never happened that we refused a client, even if we suddenly realize that he is wrong. But not only do I know for sure that there was no syrup (I do not eat sweets and do not put sugar in drinks, so the receptors for sweets are very sensitive), but he also has a negative reaction to the fact that I am dissatisfied with something. It's just a tower 😕

I was advised this place as the best in the city, but to my taste it was the worst pancakes in my life. In short, these are not thin fishnet Russian/Belarusian pancakes, they are thick as pita bread and of huge diameter. It's not easy to bake a thin pancake, but a thick one is easy - that's why pancakes in this institution are not worth their money at all. In addition to pancakes without anything, I ordered one with cottage cheese, maybe I could like it, but it stuck tightly with one side to the paper it was wrapped in and I couldn't remove the paper without tearing the pancake and spilling the filling. This implies the second disadvantage of the institution - the feed. There are no appliances with dishes, a pancake in paper, it is inconvenient to eat it. The paper sticks, the pancake is folded incorrectly, in the form of a large flat square that does not hold its shape and bends. Eating in this form, with your hands, is unpleasant and not convenient. Especially if the pancake is hot.
Also, I want to say that the coffee is disgusting, I ordered a large cappuccino, so there is only milk without coffee. It's like I didn't come for coffee, but for pancakes, but coffee is also one of the worst in Minsk.

Where so many positive reviews come from is not clear. We made an order for 4 pancakes, received them only after 30 minutes, when we went to find out where they were? We made a little mistake and lost your order. It was very unpleasant to find out, we were late for the tour for this reason.

But the long wait (maybe we need to increase the number of pancakes?), tasteless cocoa and tea, the lack of a readable menu (printed on the counter), the lack of numbering and indication of orders, the non-issuance of a receipt (I asked for something but not a receipt - in the photo) - spoil the impression completely.

Overall a good place, but there is something to work on: 1. In the middle of the day, with a minimum number of visitors, the pancakes were given for more than 40 minutes (at the stated 25-30), skipping other orders ahead, it's a shame. The staff are young guys, but they do not have time to do all the work quickly, plus difficulties with communicating with clients (smile, say hello first, apologize if the client does not like something). 2. The room is stuffy, the air conditioning inside is mandatory in summer. In the kitchen: 2 out of 3 pancakes are delicious (the nutella + banana version requires refinement, there is little filling), original recipes. Coffee and drinks are fine too.
