A very good hotel for its class. Excellent rich breakfasts (buffet), cozy rooms, new furniture and plumbing, starched bed, snow-white towels. The rooms are warm and have everything you need. Good location, the whole center is within walking distance! We liked everything very much. The staff at the height, especially the booking specialist, try to solve any problems.

I really liked the hotel. Small clean and cozy rooms that have everything you need. Gorgeous panoramic view from the room window. Very tasty breakfast buffet. There is a spa area : swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna. The restaurant is on the 22nd floor with a beautiful landscape from the window, interior, delicious cuisine, beautiful serving and friendly staff. Very convenient location of the hotel in the city center. We will be happy to come again.

I recommend everyone to visit the observation deck at the hotel at least once. A gorgeous view and a wonderful place for photo and video shooting. The panoramic elevator ride is also impressive!

We rested from 8 to 12 April 2024, booked a suite, really liked it, the room is clean, the view from the window is beautiful, on the river, breakfast buffet, varied and delicious, the location is excellent, not far from Nemiga metro station, 15 minutes through the park.

Очень понравилось! Отдыхали коллективом 17 августа 2022: разместили группу быстро, номера светлые, чистые с прекрасным видом на город и проспект. В номере есть всё необходимое - холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор и тп. Завтрак чудесный и разнообразный, очень вкусные пирожные и тортики. И вечером рекомендую посетить ресторан - вид с 22 этажа супер, живая музыка, вкусные блюда, интересная подача - всё на высоте. Ну и аквапарк конечно с панорамной крышей! Спасибо персоналу отеля!!! 👍

В целом неплохая гостиница, особенно что касается локации. Находинся в самом центре Минска на берегу реки Свислочь. Очень хорошие виды на Минск. Есть смотровая площадка, правда под'ем на нее платный 4 б.р. на человека. Под'ем на видовом лифте. Что касается еды и проживания, то в общем все вполне тоже на уровне, но замечания конечно есть. Завтраки проходят в кафе на первом этаже. Все вполне с'едобное и стандартное. Есть и овощи, и колбаные издели (но я их не ем), сыры, запеканки, омлет, блины, каши. Кофе из кофемашины, но только американо, других сортов не предлагают. Есть и сливки и горячее молоко ну и сладости, если кто без них не может. В номере было чисто, полотенца меняют по требованию. У нас был номер стандарт, поэтому без изыска, но переночевать вполне, главное удобный матрас. Единственный недостаток, по ночам срабатывет датчик движения и включается свет в тамбуре, вот это мне не понравилось. Как встал в туалет, так сразу свет зажигается, потом не уснешь. Как отключить, мы не нашли. Что касается других заведений в гостинице мы посетили только видовой ресторан Панорама на бизнес ланч. Оценить кухню по нему трудно. Но свекольник был вкусный на кефире. Я вообще заметила, в Белорусе все любят жареное, кругом или жареное мясо и колбаски и драники, драники, драники... Диетической еды я не нашла. Может где и есть, но времени на поиски не было. Так что у кого проблемы и на диете будет тяжеловато - еда здесь жирная. Еще в гостинице есть бассейн, но мы туда не ходили. Парковка перед гостиницей большая, можно приезжать на своем авто, есть где поставить. Перед гостиницей на набережной разбит парк. Людей в этом районе очень мало, а вечером вообще редко кто встречается. Место тихое, хотя это самый центр Минска. Ближайшее метро Немига. Я рекомендую эту гостиницу, хотя ценник на нее не такой уж и маленький.

Хороший отель с домашним гостеприимством. Чисто и опрятно. Бассейн и сауны очень приятный бонус. Завтраки достойные. Стоит заказывать заранее завтраки, так как вокруг в утренние часы ничего не работает.
Спасибо отдельное горничной на нашем этаже. Вопрос с дополнительной подушкой решился мгновенно, хотя на ресепшн утверждали, что на дополнительную кровать в номере подушка вообще не положена. Смешно, но не очень. В отеле есть турбюро, но в выходные не работает. Ресторан на 22 этаже поражает своим видом.

We have already stayed with my husband 4 times, but the last visit was somewhat disappointing. The breakfast food has become worse, including the range of dishes. If you come to the end of the breakfast time, then many dishes simply do not exist, and they are no longer replenished. I once saw an employee transfer a casserole into a tray with her bare hands, without gloves. Naturally, we didn't eat the casserole. They also stopped playing pleasant relaxing music, as before. Now it's cheap pop music.
Cleaning is conditional. The trash was taken out and a stack of towels was thrown. The carpet is not cleaned regularly.
The reception is working fine, and the location of the hotel itself is very suitable for us. In general, by 4 minus at the time of the trip in July. I hope it doesn't get any worse.

Breakfast is a buffet, the food is delicious! The rooms are decent (if something is wrong, they fix it right away), the staff is good. The pool for economy rooms is free of charge from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. for an hour. Clean, neat. The maids change the towels, the beds are fixed, except for one. The TV did not work-the electricians were changed to a new one, they worked very quickly-very friendly and good people)) Overall, it's great!

We had a standard room with a large bed 1304. The window overlooks the river, the room itself is not large, it is cramped in the hallway and bathroom, but not deadly.

The hotel, of course, has seen better times. But the rooms are decent, though tired. The views from the upper floors are gorgeous on the lake and the park.
The location is centered.
Minsk is a great and sincere city.
The staff is friendly.
There is a good Panorama restaurant on the top floor.
There is a sufficient assortment for breakfast, however, it is not always delicious. But you can also find something worthy. And you definitely won't stay hungry.
So that's a four.

В гостиницу заселились в рамках тура по Беларуси. У нас был на двоих. Номер небольшой. Как говориться, все в шаговой доступности для комфортного проживания. За пределами номера все очень просторно и престижно. Во вместительном ресторане на первом этаже на завтрак богатый шведский стол. Есть панорамный ресторан на вечер. Можно заняться фитнесом и поплавать в бассейне прямо в отеле. Есть сувенирная лавка с хорошим ассортиментом. Если нужно пообедать , можно воспользоваться служебной столовой. Теперь о том , что рядом с гостиницей . Отель слегка вдалеке от пассажирского транспорта. Поэтому придётся прогуляться , если вы без машины. До автобусной остановки ближе, до метро придется уже хорошо пройтись. Но если вы приехали за достопримечательностями , то до большинства можно пешком дойти. Возьмите туристическую карту на ресепшене и вперед за впечатлениями. А они будут приятными. Рядом и историческая застройка и современная архитектура. В надежде на выигрышь можете посетить казино рядом с гостиницей Хотите сменить гардероб, рядом есть большой торговый центр с большим выбором одежды разных брендов. Потешить вкусовые рецепторы сможете на фуд-корте в этом же торговом центре. Посидеть в менее многолюдных кафе тоже не составит труда. Гостиница стоит на реке Свислочь. Можно покататься на лодочках, прогуляться вдоль водной глади. Не буду дальше задерживать внимание читающих. Приезжайте и получите достойное проживание, питание, шопинг и туристические маршруты

The parking lot is huge. You can go and park the car immediately before checking in

Great views from the window!!! Delicious cuisine, very tasty! When the hot dish was brought, the appearance of the dish did not look appetizing at all, but I was surprised by the exquisite taste! Respect to the cook!

Хорошая гостиница, удобное расположение, многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Регулярная уборка номеров. Жили в двухместном номере с двуспальной кроватью, матрас удобный, небольшой номер,но все необходимое имелось (холодильник, тв, фен тапочки, гель для душа,стаканы, плечики для одежды, и лопатка для обуви тоже была много розеток, кто-то писал,что необходим длинный шнур,но со стандартным шнуром вполне можно лежать в кровати и юзатьтелефон), также имеется кулер с водой на этаже. Завтраки не брали,но рядом отсутствуют столовые (столовая 12 в 500м от гостиницы показалась не очень),т.е. кушать в кафе,ресторанах выходит около 1100 рублей российских на двоих,а в некоторых и дороже. Но рядом есть магазины, а также ТЦ Галерея,где можно покушать. На первом этаже имеется магазин, бар и кафе. Персонал приветливый. Красивый вид из окна, нам достался на набережную реки Свислочь

I stayed at the hotel for about a month. I will share my impressions. The location of the hotel is captivating - the main sights of the city and the Gallery shopping center are within walking distance.
The rooms are not bad, they correspond to the status of the hotel. Although due to frequent use (the hotel is almost always "full") it has become somewhat dilapidated.
The staff is polite and responsive, both the reception and the floor attendant responded adequately and promptly to all requests.
The food is wonderful. Breakfast is served as a buffet. Lunch and dinner - at the Panorama restaurant, which offers a stunning view of Minsk!!!
The quality of the dishes is evidenced by the fact that my gastrointestinal tract has never been damaged during a month of staying at the hotel!

Further negative: rooms without air conditioning, ventilation is only natural, i.e. in some rooms there is none, in some rooms the "winds walk", if the room is not on the ventilated side (Windows overlook the parking lot) it is not possible to sleep, because it is stuffy. There is a queue at the restaurant in the morning (hours before 9.00), right up to the elevator. There are only 180 seats in a cafe for such a hotel and everything is like "herring in a barrel". An employee at the restaurant climbed up to "teach" how to use a coffee machine, to the remark that I did not need help, she also got rude. There was a lottery with pancakes for 6 days, it says "pancake with cheese and ham", in fact they were with cottage cheese, meat, apple and cinnamon, and only in the last 2 days they appeared. If possible, especially in summer, choose another hotel

The hotel itself is really good. This is a straight iron "3". The room stock has not been killed. We lived on the 18th floor from 16-18.08.24. Room 1826 everything is clear. They clean it every day. The price for 2 people for 2 days is 11.186 rubles. But there is one drawback. And it's big. You will never be able to eat in this hotel. Everything is always busy. The restaurant on the 22nd floor is always closed for special service. Like in a dustpan. There is a shop on the ground floor.
