I do not know about the hotel itself, since I often visit the pool, so the pool and the saunas for a strong 4,.
There are three saunas (each different in temperature) , a slide, massage water cannons, a Jacuzzi. The pool itself is too small. As it is, it's generally not bad.

A good hotel, the prices can be lower, of course.. The sound insulation is not bad, but we were unlucky and violent neighbors lived somewhere nearby, who returned at 5 in the morning and screamed.. The standard room is cozy, although small.. Soap and shampoo do not foam at all, what is poured into the soap dish looks more like water. There were no toothbrushes, there was no soap, there were slippers. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are not very good, but it will do, the bed linen and towels are good.. They didn't take breakfast, the pool was so-so small. In principle, the place is convenient, we will come back again

Отличная гостиница, все на высоте. Современные номера, все чисто и уютно. На этаже кулер с холодной и горячей водой. Приветливый персонал. Завтраки выше всяких похвал, много блюд, разнообразие зашкаливает. Все вкусно. Единственное, на завтраках много народу, стояли в очереди. Когда спешишь на экскурсию, надо приходить заранее. Расположена гостиница в центре города, в красивейшем месте

The hotel itself is on the outskirts of the historical center. You can come here only once, and that's by chance misunderstanding.

Great hotel! The double room, though not spacious, is clean, with new furniture, plumbing. The sound insulation is good, we haven't heard anything. Be sure to take breakfast. I haven't seen such an abundant buffet for a long time. And there is no monotony, as someone wrote, on the second day there were other dishes. However, many people know that everything is so delicious here, and there are even more people in a small room.

Suite room. 30,000 rubles for 3 nights. No breakfast. Breakfast is an additional 800 rubles per person. The child is also a person)
Floor 12. There are 6 elevators, but sometimes the waiting is quite long.
Despite the presence of lamps and lamps in the room, the light is very dim.
Terrible thin pillows.
There are 4 pillows as thick as a diaper for 3 people.
In addition, a woolen blanket was allocated, which is not suitable for the size of the duvet cover.
The extra place is an extremely uncomfortable folding sofa.
Poorly regulated water in the bathroom. Boiling water goes on for a long time, and only after 4-5 minutes cold water begins to flow.
Very old plumbing in the room. There is a smell in the bathroom.
The absence of tea / coffee, but at the same time the presence of tea cups. There is a cooler on the floor.
The dressing room is poorly planned - there is no need for a door in general, it blocks the entire hallway.
A lot of extra furniture - a sideboard in half the wall, a table, a coffee table, is irrationally worth it, so one room is empty, the second is all cluttered.
About the restaurant /canteen -the food is fresh, normal. Porridge, omelets, eggs, chicken sausages, some vegetables, cookies. One type of coffee, tea bags and herbal in the assortment. No one was left hungry.
But the tables are ill-conceived.
All are six-seater, and therefore people of 2-3 people have to sit down with other people having breakfast. Why can't tables be divided into 2-4 places?
Marmites can't cope - everything is cool.
About the pool (included in the price 2 hours all day):
The slide is turned off, the children's pool is often closed, the mushroom is turned off.
For all the rest time, we saw how the slide and the mushroom worked for 10 minutes from 16.50 to 17.00
There is no schedule.
Two uncles with incomprehensible functions are sitting at the table at the entrance.
In the sauna, people smear, rub, pour electric stones from their bottles - no control.
In general, we will not come and advise you any more.

В целом отель неплохой. Очень удачное расположение на возвышении на берегу реки. Красивейшие виды. Персонал приветливый. Кровати удобные. В принципе, все выглядит достаточно чисто. Полотенцев достаточно. Но есть некоторые особенности, о которых лучше знать заранее.
1. Кондиционер центральный. Поэтому в холодное время года включить его нельзя. Температуру можно регулировать только открывая и закрывая окна.
2. Зафиксировать ширину открывания окна невозможно, так как на окнах нет гребенки-фиксатора. Все-или-ничего.
3. Все розетки расположены так, что провод вашего зарядного устройства должен быть длиной не менее полметра. Иначе придётся приставать гаджеы на спинку кровати, чтобы дотянуться. Очень неустойчивое положение. Кстати, одна розетка расположена вообще уникально - в прихожей под потолком. Зачем?
4. Рожок для обуви привозите с собой. В комплекте номера эта копеечная вещь не входит.

I didn't even want to try. Well, the restaurant for lunch and dinner - do not even go, there is no menu, plus half is always not available.

Нам всё понравилось - от места расположения гостиницы до панорамного ресторана на 22 этаже. Номер бронировали "Кинг Сайз", если правильно помню название - просторный, комфортный, красивый, с балконом, с приличной гардеробной и большой ванной комнатой со множеством полотенец, халатами, тапками. Очень удобные контейнеры с мылом, плюс есть ещё флакончики с шампунем, гелем, зубные и бритвенные наборы. В стоимость номера входит посещение бассейна. Завтраки для 3* очень приличные: есть и творог, и йогурты, каша, яичница, омлет, творожная запеканка, несколько видов блинчиков, мясные, сырные, овощные нарезки, холодные и горячие закуски, фрукты, десерты... Из напитков - вода, соки, морс, кофе, чай. Заселение не самое лояльное, во сколько бы вы ни приехали, заселять будут в 14.00, или предложат доплатить за раннее размещение, но других недостатков мы не заметили, поэтому оценку за это снижать не стали. В целом персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Если ещё будем в Минске, скорее всего, снова остановимся здесь.

Отличное месторасположение. Не плохой бассейн. Просторный холл. Профессиональный персонал. Это плюсы. Номера в принципе уже требуют косметического ремонта, но не критично. Ресторан на 21м этаже - отличнейший вид, вежливый и корректный персонал, но еда не вкусная: вместо дорадо на гриле принесли дорадо как буд-то просто вареный. Стейк (по названию меню) из свинины - это не стейк, а кусок мяса примерно 5*5*5 см перетушеный до волокнистого состояния - кто придумал его назвать стейком. Цены при этом вполне рыночные.. Солянка, правда не плохая). Поправите кухню - цены вашему ресторану не будет.

The Trinity Farmstead and the Island of Tears are a 5 - minute walk along the embankment .
Good breakfasts. There is a swimming pool. For standard rooms free of charge from morning to 13 o'clock, then with a 50% discount. There is a water slide in the pool, 3 saunas, but towels must be taken from the room. The standard rooms do not have balconies.
Free parking for cars. Near the casino.
A good hotel for your money.

Путешествовали по Беларуси на машине, останавливались в отеле на сутки. Прекрасное расположение, большой номер с балконом и большой ванной, наличие бесплатной парковки, что немаловажно в центре Минска. В номере полный комплект гигиенических принадлежностей, халаты. Удобная постель. Хороший выбор блюд на завтрак. Панорамная площадка на крыше за доп. плату.
Пребыванием в отеле очень довольны, цена вполне адекватная, особенно с промокодом от яндекса)

From a Soviet hotel it has become very nice and modern. Well, you can partially find Soviet furniture, but mostly everything has been repaired. A pool with a slide! The panorama restaurant, though more expensive than usual, is delicious and the view is beautiful. And there are buses for tour groups and the very location of the hotel is cool.

Великолепный отель, приветливый персонал, обслуживание по высшему разряду. Номер чистый, мебель свежая, вся необходимая техника присутствует (телевизор, холодильник, фен,). Прекрасный вид из окна, а точнее с маленького балкончика, куда можно выйти подышать воздухом. Всë понравилось, спасибо, обязательно рекомендую к бронированию - не пожалеете!

Ресторан очень нравиться, приемлемый уровень цен, достойный уровень обслуживания, разнообразное меню, прекрасная сервировка, вкусная кухня.
Четыре звёзды ресторану ставлю только из-за "культурно-развлекательной программы". По общему мнению нашей компании уровень программы очень низкий, деревенская свадьба глубоких 70-80х. годов прошлого века.
Возможно это субъективно, но музыкой передавали (очень громко), перерывы в программе для еды и общения отсутствовали, конкурсы тоже из 70х., ведущий уделял внимание гостям заведения только в поле своего зрения. Вообщем хилая троечка.

Мне понравилось всё!Особенно бассейн с тремя саунами,джакузи и горкой!!!)))Я не знаток гостиниц,но люблю когда чисто и вкусно кормят, здесь было именно так!!!В номере фен,тапочки, шапочка для бассейна,мыло жидкое и гель,полотенца,в том числе под ноги,холодильник!Шведский стол утром довольно разнообразный и вкусный!Вкусный варёный кофе!!!Из спорт зала сверху видно бассейна целиком!И вид из окна супер был 19 этаж номер 20

We were at this hotel with our family and we really liked everything. The breakfast buffet is very good, especially considering that the hotel can accommodate a thousand people at the same time (and feed them accordingly). The rooms are basically clean. The pool is cool. The only drawback is that there is no electric kettle in the rooms. It's good that we took our little one from home (although you can ask the maid for a kettle, but there are a limited number of them) . Otherwise, I liked everything and we spent a great week in Minsk))

Гостиница расположена в центре. Номера небольшие, чистые, с видом на город и реку Свислочь. Мы брали на двоих, с двумя отдельными кроватями. В номере есть всё необходимое. Правда не было отопления и не работал кондиционер) Было прохладно( апрель месяц)Спасали тёплые одеяла.
В ванной хороший напор горячей воды,тоже можно погреться)В гостинице есть ресторан с панорамным видом на город. А так же экскурсионное бюро, сувенирные лавки, бассейн,магазинчик .Рядом большой парк, где можно прогуляться вдоль реки. Недалеко парк Победы, старый город, магазины пром и прод. Всё в шаговой доступности, особенно для тех, кто любит гулять пешком. Рекомендую однозначно.
