We took a room for 4 people (family suite). The hotel is located in a very comfortable location (both in the center and away from the road). You can also take a walk by the river, and if desired, shopping malls, cafes, shops, cinemas, etc. across the river and the road.
The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is a buffet, the choice is good and everything is delicious.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, park area and shops nearby. I was not pleased with the lack of a bottle of water in the room, only a cooler on the floor, but without glasses. The air conditioner is running quite noisily.

Были в отеле 13 и 14 июня 2023 года.
Отель расположен недалеко от центра города в отличном районе. Рядом есть набережная, парки. У отеля Есть своя парковка. Снаружи отель выглядит очень красиво, особенно ночью, когда включается подсветка. Отделка и оформление номера (не касается планировки и размеров) нормальные.
На этом плюсы отеля заканчиваются. Номер очень маленький. Прихожей и коридора нет совсем. Ванная комната напоминает по размерам туалет в вагоне поезда. Когда раскладываешь дополнительное спальное место - в номере совсем не остается места. Даже к окну не подойти, а сделать это необходимо, т.к. кондиционера в номере нет.
Завтраки стоят отдельного внимания. Такой отвратительной пищи (по другому назвать не могу) я еще не встречал. Выбор очень скудный, а вкус ужасный. Блины - явно разогретые дешевые полуфабрикаты.
Единственное, что можно есть - йогурт «Савушкин». Были на завтраке 2 раза и оба раза меню было одно и то же. Пожалел, что номер взяли с завтраком. За эти деньги в обычном кафе можно было позавтракать гораздо лучше.
Должны были остановиться в этом отеле на обратном пути, но отказались от брони и решил переночевать в другом отеле за те же деньги, но уже с 4*.

Very clean, linen and towels are snow-white, not washed, in the bathroom gel + shampoo and soap, paper and freshener, hair dryer, a completely clean shower cabin. The room has a large TV, comfortable furniture, air conditioning, refrigerator. Everything works!

Located in the center, the view from the 15th floor is beautiful on the city.
The staff is very friendly and friendly.
The breakfast buffet is beyond praise! Especially the dessert part!

The rooms are small, we did not have air conditioning, the neighbors had a refrigerator. I would like to change the pillows already, the blankets are too heavy, it's the best thing to spend the night.

There is not enough teapot and tea accessories as written below, I do not argue. But there is a cooler on the floor, so grab a brew from home or from breakfast and you will be happy 😹
There are no toothpastes, but I always take them with me, so it didn't bother me.
The location is super, near the old town, you can walk 1 km and you're there. Another kilometer and the beauty remained. So I highly recommend it 👌

Welcome back to the USSR! Where does the hotel start? Be prepared that at the reception the girls will look at you and respond with the look that you owe them something. The reception is a minus for the inhospitality. The tiniest thing in this hotel is the organization of breakfasts. The queue at rush hour starts with the elevators. The breakfast room itself clearly does not correspond to the number of guests. Although the quality of the dishes is good. Another fat minus. Well, there was also a negative from communicating with the tour desk on the 2nd floor. Absolutely not friendly, obviously tired aunt and uncle. For such prices for your excursions, at least you need to learn how to communicate with customers. Now to the numbers. We had a kingsize room. Overall, not bad and clean. In general, the hotel leaves mixed impressions. We need to work very hard on the service even up to the 3-star level.

Все понравилось. Расположение, смотровая площадка, сквер перед отелем и набережная. Завтрак-шведский стол большой выбор, очередей не было. 1 час бассейна (входит в стоимость проживания) с 7 до 13 с сауной и джакузи хватает. Немного напрягает чтобы попить чай приходится бегать до кулера... А там иногда вода заканчивается. Хотелось бы номер чайник. И ещё один нюанс (напряг лично меня) светильник над входом с датчиком движения, когда заходишь внутрь это очень хорошо, но когда встанешь ночью... Просто трешь... Может он и как то отключается, но про это ни где не написано.

Калоритная советская гостиница.
Плюсы:
+ прекрасное расположение, в самом центре города. В шаговой доступности все - от ТЦ "Галерея" и "улицы баров" до метро и музея Великой Отечественной Войны;
+ очень вкусные завтраки;
+ из многих номеров открывается красивый вид;
+ есть бассейн с водяной горкой, парные;
+ на верхнем этаже панорамный ресторан;
+ в самой гостинице есть "секретная" столовая для сотрудников, где можно недорого пообедать.
Минусы:
- многие номера прокурены не смотря на запрет курения в них;
- на праздники бывает большой наплыв постояльцев. В это время в кафе на завтрак образуется длинная очередь. Если Вы спешите, то приходите заранее, чтобы не опоздать!
- прямо под окнами казино. Когда там веселятся, в номере может быть очень шумно;
- комплексный обед в панорамном ресторане не вкусный. При этом обычный (не комплексный) ужин и банкетное меню были на высоте.

Супер гостиница! Центр города, номера очень хорошие, а вид с 16 этажа, просто завораживает. Очень вкусные завтраки на первом этаже в кафе. Обедали и ужинали в ресторане Панорама на 22 этаже - вид сказка, кухня приемлема. Можно искупаться в бассейне и попариться в сауне. Обязательно прокатитесь на лифте с панорамными стенами. Персонал отзывчив и любезен, по сервису вопросов нет.

An ordinary hotel, check-in, check-out, everything is fine. Wi-Fi. We lived on the 9th floor, in the morning we were woken up by the chime of bells, as well as the sound of breaking windows. Every morning))
In the bathroom in the shower stall, all the water flows on the floor through the curtain, the drain is clogged.
Among the advantages: Clean white linen, a cooler on the floor, many elevators, late in the evening you can have a snack in the restaurant on the 22nd floor.

Удобное местоположение гостиницы - рядом парк, историческая часть города, также в минутах 10 ходьбы находится продуктовый магазин. Номер небольшой ( был двухместный), но для туристов главное - удобная кровать и подушка, чистое бельё, душ в номере))) На первом этаже предусмотрены завтраки по системе"шведский стол": разнообразие достаточное, но мне не хватило банальной каши. Рекомендую!

We were completely satisfied. When booking, the price seemed expensive, they took it on recommendation, they basically wanted to stay in a large hotel. We took it without breakfast, we always carry tea / coffee / sugar with us. The only thing is, there was no kettle in the room, but a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor solved this issue. We were greeted with excellent service, the rooms are not new, but absolutely clean, with crisp sheets and a comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the window, we got to the river, enjoyed the view in the morning) There are plenty of buns for residents, including a free hour of swimming pool daily. We will recommend the hotel to our friends. Thank you for our comfortable stay!

С виду ничего необычного, стандартная гостиница. Хорошее расположение в центре города. Вежливый обслуживающий персонал, в столовой вкусно накормили и с собой упаковали. Чисто и аккуратно везде. Номера оценить не могу, не останавливались там. В ресторан на 22 этаже не попали, был на спец обслуживании, но есть смотровой балкон, вид оттуда прекрасный👍

I didn't come in for lunch and dinner. Parking in front of the hotel is large, but there may not be enough places on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. In the lobby there is a shop with food, drinks, coffee, alcohol, open until 21:00.

Гостиница расположена почти идеально: в центре, но в окружении прекрасного зелёного парка, за которым тщательно ухаживают. Рядом отель юбилейный, где можно чуть дешевле купить тур путёвки в замки и др. места. Чистота белья и полотенец почти идеальная, всё белоснежное, без пятен и запаха. Сан узел подуставший: душевой шланг на стойке едва держится, вода сливается медленно. Девушки на рецепшне тоже подуставшие, раздражённые (не все, но нам попалась такая)

Very good! The rooms are clean and cozy. The pool is large enough. The saunas are tiny, but there were very few people with me.
Quite edible food.
Gorgeous views from the upper floors. The view from the restick at 22 is especially good.
In general, I recommend it!
A little secret - there is a staff canteen next to the pool, but everyone is allowed in.

Отель понравился,все удобно расположен,красивая зона парка вокруг.Приятный персонал.Завтраки вкусные,очень широкий ассортимент,на любой вкус.Номера небольшие( у нас такой был).Ремонт присутствует,видно,что заменили сантехнику.Но вполне уютный.Единственное удивило наличие ванны,уже немодно,лучше бы душевая была бы.Не было холодильника и чайника в номере.Это не совсем удобно.А так ,соответствует своим характеристикам.

There are no bathrobes, but there are disposable slippers (I would like the slippers to be changed every 3 days), which broke after 3 days. There is a shower gel and hair, liquid soap. There is no toothpaste or brushes. The set of towels is changed every 3 days. They are cleaned daily. Everything is clean, and so is the bathroom.

I stayed at the Belarus Hotel for four days during the May holidays. The standard single room fully corresponds to the description: it is equipped with new furniture, good bed and linen, new towels, everything works and is very clean. Excellent breakfasts, a fairly large selection, good coffee from the coffee machine. There were a lot of people, mostly tourist groups, but everything was very well organized. I left an average impression, there is an observation deck (paid), a swimming pool and sauna, a small slide like in a water park. Food for 3+. The rooms are modest, not perfectly clean, my room did not drain water, there are no shampoos, cotton swabs, bathrobes, few towels. In general, everything is OK, but there is no pleasant aftertaste left, I moved out with pleasure

Жили в гостинице с 3 по 7 сентября 2023 года. С виду гостиница смотрится очень презентабельно, и находится в шаговой доступности от магазинов, кафе и аптек... Номер (у нас был семейный) тоже очень большой и комфортный... В номере было очень чисто и все необходимое тоже было... Что хочется отметить из минусов: 1. Слышимость колосальная (мы слышали телевизор соседей вплоть до четкости слов); 2. Вода в душевых не уходит (их в нашем номере было две, так второй было невозможно пользоваться из-за того, что вода переливалась на пол).
