We invested well. Beautiful houses, lots of pools, slides. Almost everything is fine! Despite the bad cuisine everywhere and the poor service and the huge number of flies, we liked everything. It is disappointing that no measures are being taken in the fight against flies. The cuisine is terrible everywhere, all the restaurants have tried it. The price of the dish does not match, of course. The water is cold, I couldn't swim (maybe that's why I'm from the south), there are a lot of people on weekends. I was bored.

There is an exit to the Caspian Sea. I consider guest houses to be expensive from 30,000 tenge and above, for such money it is better to stay in a good hotel in the city itself at the same time you can see the city.

With this review, I want to describe my experience of spending time in this place, as well as it is a call to action for people responsible for providing services.
Dignities.
A beautiful place – a gorgeous view of the water in beautiful shades of blue, a "bungalow" with a good repair, it is clear that when creating the concept, they worked well on the price/ quality balance.
Disadvantages.
Service. It's just terrible, as a person working with performers, I noticed that the workers were laying paving slabs under a gazebo on the shore for a whole week, I walked past them every morning and noticed that their productivity was about 2 sq.m. per day.
This situation is given as an illustration of how they work there.
Food. Breakfasts are included in the price and I just can't mark them on the good side. One day there just wasn't enough food to feed everyone, but I hope this is an exception. The food is not tasty and there is not much choice. Those who follow the diet will have a choice between tomatoes and cucumbers.
But for lunch and dinner there are 4 more places on the territory of this complex. Italian restaurant, fish, oriental cuisine and fast food.
We mostly ate in oriental cuisine and an Italian restaurant.
An Italian restaurant, it seems people don't work there at all. For the first couple of days, they had only one menu per place, i.e. we even had to wait in line to place an order, but this is still a trifle compared to the fact that the waiter there may simply not approach the customers. And if it does, then we waited for food for about 40 minutes and no one warns about it.
And I want to note that the loading of the institution was, in my opinion, at best half, which will happen if they have 100% loading, although this will not happen with such a service. When fully loaded, it will be just a sea of negativity.
Oriental cuisine. They work much better, but they have very little choice, but compared to Italian they are just record holders, but far from ideal. Sometimes the same thing happened, we had to insist that we be served.
I can't say anything about the fish market except that we were there 1 time, the second time because of the dishes we didn't want to.
Water park. There are many slides, the condition is good, at first glance there are not enough circles, but in fact this is not the case, there is still a small queue at the top for the descent.
But pools are just a nightmare in large pools you can't see your feet because of what kind of mud there is. If you stand in the wind near the children's pool, it smells terribly of urine. This means that there is no filtration, the water exchange is not sufficient.
And we pay our money for this, and the supplier saves on service to the detriment of customers, that's such a paradox.
But all this had an interesting effect, before the plane we went to the first cafe we came across and there we got great pleasure from the normal service.
I definitely won't go there a second time and I can't recommend this place to visit.

Normal rooms, excellent swimming pool. The food wants the best. It is easier and cheaper to take a taxi and have lunch at any restaurant in the city center than to eat on site. The prices are sky-high and the service is in last place. There's just no choice where to have a good rest.

The service is not very good in restaurants, you sit for an hour, you will not be questioned about the menu, there are not enough dishes, cutlery, a lot of cracked dishes at breakfast in the restaurant, the volume of food was exaggerated. The room was well served, I liked the business lunches, inexpensive and tasty, large portions. The pools are good, there are a lot of them, but there are too many people coming just to the water park. I really liked that there are pools and a Jacuzzi, a restaurant for guests only. The territory is large, there is a children's center, but there was no babysitter inside. The staff is good, the rooms in the hotel are simple, but each room has its own phone, TV, bathroom, no bathrobes, everything else is there. Prices are too high in restaurants. Great beach, lots of sand. The location is good, but there is not enough store with the necessary goods, and there is no nearby.

My family and I decided to come to Aktau to relax in the hotel Tree of lafe. But unfortunately, the arrival on the first day spoiled the mood. We checked into a standard superior room. There is no hot water, the TV did not work, the bathroom door was not locked, the bed was not ironed. To hell with it. I won't come here anymore, even for free.

A lot of flies get into tea and food. We decided to leave on the 5th of 07, so neither the weather nor the food satisfied us. I went to the administrator and wrote a statement. I did not see the administrator, the next day in the morning too, after my husband saw her and agreed that they would return the money for your sutog, 07.07 and 08.07 numbers, but however, as my husband agreed for the money 07.07 numbers 40600 thousand, they will provide us with a transfer to the airport, and for 08.07 numbers, as it were she will get the transfer from the authorities. We were in Aktau, we decided to spend three days at a beach hotel. Everything was booked at Rixos, we decided to try Tree of Life. I couldn't get through to the hotel. The reservation on the website does not work. Two days later, they called back from some agency, tried to sell the room for at least three days in advance, but since our cards do not work here at all, I had to take a taxi and go to the hotel to book a room. A room for at least three days!!!! Why is this not explained. If you don't like it, don't take it. They charged me an advance payment of 50%. I paid the rest the next day upon check-in. There were no rooms in the bungalow, they sold me a hotel room. I didn't like the hotel very much. The rooms are like in a cheap pioneer camp, there is no closet, the pillows are thin, the linen is cheap, the sheets are knocked off, there is dirt in the bathroom. There is a gap of about 5 cm under the door. Light from the hallway all night in the room. I can hear everything. Who is walking, what is being said in the neighboring rooms and in the corridor. I woke up several times at night from the noise. There is a separate story about nutrition. I haven't seen this for a long time .... Old dried black bread at breakfast. Everything is taken out by some scanty houses, there is almost a fight over food. Liquid grey semolina porridge, boiled eggs, butter, cheap sausages. Horror. At a restaurant for dinner, I could barely make an order 20 minutes after I arrived. I caught waiters by the sleeve. An hour later!!!! after ordering, the waiter informed us that there was no dish ordered by us. You need to wait an hour for a new dish.... Went to bed hungry. Everything is like sleepy flies, some tired, sleepy young people at the service. There are no words to describe the water park either. People have nowhere to fall. In general, they ran away from there after the first day. Fortunately, that's the only thing for which I am very grateful to them, they went to a meeting and returned the prepayment for the remaining two days. We moved from there to the Renaissance. This is a completely different level.

The food court sucks. Space prices. Service well, that's ZERO! units. a place where everything is fast and relatively tasty - oddly enough - a fast food cafe. Tea house - no tea or food ... Don't you think that first-class catering facilities should be recruited in such places? Grandmothers carry tastier food at the assar market... That's my word of honor! The place is cool, the slides and pools are top, and the cafes on the territory are terrible! Has no one complained about the quality of services? Or are you OUTSIDE THE LAW, BEYOND ANY NOTIONS of a kind attitude towards your visitors? Do you work on the principle that there is nowhere else, and it will be eaten?
