It was much more pleasant, more comfortable, and cleaner to relax in 2018 and 2019. Now everything is a little shaky. The showers on the beach do not work, the locker room in the VIP area is on the verge of falling, there is no normal pier for jumping and diving, the furniture in the lounge area is dirty (wet ones do not change), on a day off when there were many vacationers, one girl worked at the ticket office, they stood in line with six children for 40 minutes. And what other rules are there not to allow water and juices to be brought in??? The waiter service is low, the prices for food and drinks are like in a restaurant!!! You already charge 5000 tenge for admission and charge prices for the kitchen.
It's a pity that there is no normal alternative to rest, so I have to come to you. Prices can still be tolerated, but update the interior, make showers and changing rooms (I'm talking about the VIP area ...).
Of course, a vacation at the sea is super, removes all the negativity, and sea salt water is good for your health.....
....I remembered another important fact!!!
There are discounts - it's good, but the concept of a cashier (or so she was told) amazes me!
As I said above, we have 6 children, i.e. a large family with "kumis varnish". And the discount was made ONLY for the wife, NOT for everyone! They explained that only she gave birth, other family members had nothing to do with it .....
The family is one whole and is not divided in any way! In Astana, in all establishments where such a discount is provided, the discount is made for the entire account, i.e. for all family members ....... Why and why I hope not to write!

Today we visited this recreation center.The impressions are only negative, the most terrible thing is the composition of chlorine in the pool water.While the children and I were buying up, it felt like we had been in a bottle of whiteness.The service is terrible, the waiters sleep on the move, in other establishments you do not have time to sit down as they begin to serve you and already mentally know what dishes you will give preference to, but here it completely sucks.The service staff has no experience, no efficiency, complete disregard, we tried to ask in two languages, but no one came up, they didn't even deign to wipe the tables, by the way there are no napkins at all, so I advise you to take them with you, if of course they are allowed.For some reason, even a liter of water was not allowed here, and half a liter of water costs 550 tenge.We have not bought such expensive water yet.The shower does not work outside, the faucet is torn out for a complete view, the picture is complemented by dust and dirt around, and inside the showers are in terrible condition, cold water sometimes disappears and hot water flows, under which it is impossible to rinse, there is no shelf for soap and shampoo,the floor in the shower is generally unsanitary, there are no dirty words.Separately, I would like to note about the lockers, the feeling that they have been left since the 90s, rusty, crumpled, locks do not work mainly on all lockers.The slides are mainly for adults, the three largest ones do not work, and the steps to all the slides are covered with sand and mud.Inflatable balloons in such a small number, only seven or eight pieces.There is only one children's pool with a slide, and it is the smallest of all, considering that mostly families with children come to this base, imagine the state of the parents.The management should have thought about it.The guards are rude, they talked to you, and there is no politeness.Sea...this is probably the biggest plus of this place, we've got enough adrenaline for a whole year!I want to advise guests and tourists like us, the sea warms up after five, after swimming in pretty cool water, you feel such cheerfulness and lightness, there are no words to convey these feelings... In general, a good recreation center. If you don't live there, the entrance fee for an adult is 5000 tenge. The roller coaster didn't work this year. Only pools and cafes, which are not too expensive. The beach is clean and well maintained. There are signs everywhere that you can't eat, drink or smoke near the pools, but not many people do not want to understand this. Cigarette butts, and a lot of them, and plastic cups, were lying between the deck chairs. The paving stones could be washed, drenched with beer and juices. The sun beds are comfortable, but the top layer of fabric is dirty, it is not pleasant to lie down on such a bed, you need to lay something from the top.

The day before yesterday, we arrived with friends from Atyrau to finally swim in this popular place. The sea is cool at about 17 degrees, the wind has risen and the rain has slightly passed - well, we are not in the UAE yet we do not rule the weather. The entrance price is 5k, you can not take food with you, but you can buy inside (expensive) draft beer, I do not advise because it is expensive. The pool is warm, the slides are cool, the showers are working. Minus a star for the fact that the lockers do not work, I had to carry backpacks because there were valuable things.

At first we lived in VIP4 cottage. The complete absence of hangers, curtain rods for hangers in closets, as well as hooks on the walls (everything is broken off). The house, designed for 6 people, has only 1 shower room, 2 bathrooms, one of which has water or periodically, the second has a wobbly toilet. It's dirty. Cleaning takes a very long time to wait.
Then we moved into the standard room of 2 bedrooms. Here, unlike the VIP, there are as many as 2 souls. It would seem "hooray", but the water is cold and there is no pressure. There is no hair dryer.
And now - my favorite: service. Who invented this system?! Everything is scattered around the territory, and the staff does not know what's what. Every day, from 20 to 30 percent of the time of the "paid vacation" is spent on solving the banal tasks of "getting ground coffee", "buying a cocktail", "calling cleaning" and so on.
One of the advantages is the beautiful territory, and some responsive staff.

2. Food horror. Steaks made from old meat, ruined 3 days of rest.. Only a teahouse with Oriental cuisine can be visited, tasty and satisfying.
3. limit the entrance to the water park to one-day visitors. the crowd is over the limit. They won't be crowded on weekends.
4. The sea is warm! the pools are clean, the massage is at a height.
It is worth coming for a maximum of a week.
