Today is 02.09 and my parcel is STILL at German customs. There are no movements and will not be expected in the near future, but already, by the way, it is almost October and soon the customs limit will return to its $ 200 (This means that I will also pay the duty on the total because of them) The package is on the way for 70(!!!) days and let me remind you, she's at CUSTOMS in Germany. No one knows when I will have it, including the Parcel itself.
They have two delivery methods - Air and Economy. It is unclear what the differences are, but one thing is for sure. Before sending me, the support specialists themselves assured me that the Air was delivered without problems. Delivery time is 20-30 days, no more. Naturally, I expected that there might be delays and the parcel would arrive, conditionally, in two months, but this is the maximum...
All the negativity that you post on social media will be deleted and you will be permanently banned, allegedly for "violating community rules." I was banned from all social media for no reason. I didn't insult anyone, I didn't advertise other services, I just expressed my negativity in an absolutely adequate way, because the delivery is as inadequate as possible.
And in conclusion, I would like to add that I did not use their other services (a la purchase of goods, etc.). I bought and paid for everything myself. Their task was to deliver them on time, at least in approximate terms. Which they failed to do successfully. And I'm not the only one. Open their group on Vkontakte and read what people write. And their route is kind of strange. A parcel from New York flies to Helsinki, and then their Helsins for some reason to Berlin, when their other competitors successfully transport everything through Finland 10 times faster (Pochtoy, Prostobox, Shopfans, etc.). I PERSONALLY ordered the delivery by Prostobox. Through them, I ordered not a video card, but a processor and a motherboard. The guys successfully delivered everything and met their deadlines.
The problem is that I would not have ordered through a parcel if I had known in advance that the parcel would get like this. At the moment, no money, no video card. Thank you all for your attention. This is my first review in my entire life, because my nerves are just already giving up. And it doesn't fit into any framework.

I ordered things from America through a so-called Parcel.
The items arrived at the company's address in the USA. I was told that things are in place in different boxes, fill out the declaration. I'm asking: there are 50 items in there, how can I know where everything is and fill it out correctly? The declaration also assumed filling in such information, which even the store does not give. As soon as I filled it out, they send me a receipt from the parcel, they say that everything was done wrong. And the cherry on the cake is only a part of the things in the package itself, not all the things.
Meanwhile, the amount of money sent to my city is growing exponentially and costs 10 times more expensive than things actually bought in America. The guys from the Parcel also very kindly charge $2 a day for storage when I tear my hair out and try to figure out what to do with it. Later, I get a message – another week and we will recycle, well, throw away your things. And I don't care that I don't understand how to fill out the declaration and no one can help. And I don't care that some of the things magically disappeared from the parcel. We'll just throw it away (in fact, we'll take it for ourselves and give it to our moms/ dads/daughters) and that's it. I wrote a message that it was necessary to resolve this issue and negotiate in a normal way, to which I was politely sent three letters and also blamed for everything that was happening.
As a result, I lost money, time, and lost the things I expected to receive. But everyone in the Parcel is very happy.
Never order anything through this fraudulent office. They will not help you with anything, they will cheat you of unnecessary services, they will take off three skins, they will insult you. You will spend much more with them than you will receive. And no benefit from the price difference will help here.

Not only the entire order history disappeared from the personal account, but also all the money that was on the balance there. It is worth forgetting about them forever.
I tried to return the money, the purchase did not take place due to the fault of the company. The purchase of the goods began seven days later. Prices and sizes in American stores have changed. Only part of the funds were returned. The company is terrible . Never order anything there. Either they will deliver it for three months, or they will be cheated out of money later. This company does not have a representative office in the territory of the Russian Federation and in case of disputes with the parcel, you will not be able to influence them in any way-if they lose the parcel, they simply answer that you deal with the carrier and that's it. They are also not responsible for the shipment itself to the Russian Federation until you additionally insure it, despite the fact that the shipment itself costs a lot of money.
The tariffs are high, and there is an additional fee when paying.
They take pictures of the arrived parcel outside the box, and not inside as other companies do.
Don't mess with the Parcel there are others.
