I really like the hotel. Territory: spacious, lots of greenery, cleanliness. Room: clean, spacious, everything works, refrigerator, safe in the room, maid works well. Restaurant: the food is of good quality, varied, lots of fruits, lots of dishes on the grill, pastry is excellent, the pastry is weak. Bars: a lot, local alcohol, efficient bartenders, ice cream every day after lunch. Pools: a lot, the water is clean, there are slides, lifeguards are working.

Hi everybody. I had a vacation in August 2021 with my children. The room is normal, cleaned every day. The food is not very good, but you can eat. I liked the cocktails only from the bartender named Onur, it's better not to order from the others at all - it's a complete nightmare. In general, the hotel is for 4.

The rooms here are new, the facade is also renovated in 2021. The staff is 50*50. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are not changed or taken away and they no longer bring clean ones back, alas, a big minus. We have been living here for two weeks now, the bed linen has not been changed once, minus. For some reason, the cleaning lady also picks up beach towels periodically, and they are according to tokens. The shops are all far away. The beach is terrible, sooo small, the approach is bad, rocky, there are not enough places for everyone. The sun beds by the pool and on the beach are occupied from the very early morning, keep in mind. Alcohol is poured, but how? It all depends on the bartender, in the Central Hall very often there is a bartender who puts ice instead of alcohol, a very unpleasant type, and a lot of vacationers are dissatisfied with him, everyone else is very friendly, in other bars there are also good guys. The food is not rich in a huge assortment, but you will always find something to eat for yourself.
In general, the hotel is not bad, for a family holiday.

We just arrived, rested from October 3 to October 12. Of course, the hotel does not pull for 5, at best 4. I will write at once the pros and cons. We checked in very quickly, but probably because we arrived at ten in the evening. The rooms are small, but you don't need more for two. The staff at the hotel is all Russian-speaking and very friendly. My daughter lost her room card, the reception gave her a new one without taking any penalty. Friends lost a beach towel, the same story, gave a new one and again did not take a fine. Cleaning the room is a separate song. They just don't clean them, just change the towels and make the bed. We came once, one bed was cleaned, and the other was not. The shower gel was not put on until you asked. Although we saw that there were empty bottles. The towels were taken away once, they were not put in clean ones. Well, something like that, in short. The territory of the hotel is small, but very cozy, lots of greenery, good pools. There is no animation, at best it is exercises by the pool, Aqua aerobics and water polo. And for the animators to entertain you, as in normal hotels, there is no such thing. The sea is gorgeous, it is located nearby, although across the street, it takes 2 minutes to walk along the passage. Nice beach bar, very tasty pizza and burgers. But entering the sea is a horror, the stones are terrible, it is impossible to enter and exit the sea. It's amazing, is it really impossible to remove the stones? On the neighboring beach, literally 50 meters to the right, the entrance to the sea is sandy and not a single pebble. Well, then you can clean up and put the beach in good condition. The food is very acceptable, maybe the choice is not like in the ultra all-inclusive fives, but everything is very tasty. Lots of fish, very tasty salads with fish and seafood. There are always lamb dishes, either fried or cutlets, very tasty. Chicken and turkey dishes just melt in your mouth. In general, there are only positive emotions from eating.
Alcohol is incredibly addictive. Not bad wine and whiskey in the lobby bar. The night disco is not working due to the pandemic, the disco by the pool closes at 12. Then they drive out to the lobby bar, which is located in the building on the ground floor, on which the doors to the rooms just open. And naturally, if you talk loudly, they start making remarks to you. Well, in general, it's like that, 50/50, but I won't go to this hotel a second time.

Excellent family hotel, nothing superfluous, price = quality.They feed super, a lot of meat, awesome pancakes with stuffing in the morning, I advise you to try pizza on the beach, they bake right in the oven with you, delicious tortillas are baked on the pools.The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, bananas grow right by the pool, the slides are cool, the animators are on top!The beer is delicious, their Hilt, the wine is fine, strong is fine. The sea is nearby, through the tunnel. Cleaning every day, we put $ 2 on the pillows on the penultimate day before departure for our efforts, it was always clean. I Recommend the hotel!😉

NOT A HOTEL, BUT A BOARDING HOUSE!!!
I was vacationing at this hotel with my friends. When planning a trip to this hotel, we counted on a youth atmosphere, varied cuisine, and a large selection of (high-quality) alcohol. However, in fact, We did not get what was promised at all!
First of all:
There were three guys. When booking a room with a tour operator, we specified that we need one room with three separate beds. Upon check-in, it turned out that the room has one double bed and one and a half bed. They promised to put a third one, but alas, they only brought a cot. At the same time, the hotel staff was in no hurry to perform their duties.
Secondly
Alcohol is terrible! Of the alcohol presented, the bar had: whiskey, wine,beer, gin, crayfish, liqueur, martini. I didn't really want to drink sweet whiskey or sour wine. Since we were traveling with a group of guys, we didn't want to drink WOMEN's drinks. Therefore, I had to drink either gin or crayfish.
Thirdly,
Not an interesting animation! We can say that there was no animation. If you go with your family, it may be interesting, but not for young people. There were no discos in the hotel. The animators had to buy tickets for $ 10 and leave the hotel.As it turned out later, the disco itself in the club is free.
We were so bored in the pool that we entertained not only ourselves, but also other vacationers.
Fourth,
Monotonous kitchen! Arriving at the resort, you count on the delights. I wanted to eat marine life. But alas, during a ten-day stay at the hotel, it turned out to eat marine life a couple of times. There were mainly pasta, potatoes (in various forms), chicken, sausages.
There was no variety of fruits. There were only fruits and berries; apples, watermelons, peaches, grapes, bananas.
In general, if my friends and I had not attended excursions and entertained ourselves, the vacation would have been ruined completely!!!

A great hotel for families with children.
The buffet is varied, every day there are dishes on fire, grilled, meat and poultry, tortillas, pizza and more... You definitely won't stay hungry here...
the bartenders were pleased. They do not create queues, the drinks are undiluted, even the Turkish hilt foams and bubbles like beer.
Upon check-in, the air conditioner was slightly cold - it was repaired quickly while we were at sea. Refueled most likely.
Room cleaning in the first week was about nothing, well, it's like that everywhere in Turkey, they didn't really sweat it. Suddenly the maid changed and for the whole second week our room was scrubbed with diligence, which I have never seen in Turkey)
the sea is warm, the approach to the sea is rocky. We read the reviews in advance and stocked up on sneakers. The sneakers are normal.
We tanned and rested well. The hotel and staff worked for 5 plus, there were no complaints.
By cost: I gave $ 20 upon check-in so that they would give me a nice room with a sea view;
After a good room cleaning, I left a dollar for the next cleaning; it turned out to be $6;
I gave out 7 or 8 dollars to the staff before leaving the hotel. It's not a pity for normal people.
In general, the cost is a penny, the rest is good, the sea and the sun are great, the staff is responsive and well-working (which is rare for Turkey)

I heard the room service, but I learned the shower gel and shampoo service for the first time. Everything needs to be begged for.
With seats in the restaurant, there are not enough breaks for all tourists.
Most of the dishes are chipped, and the coffee and tea cups are never always dirty.
The hotel is clearly in need of repair, the furniture is all cracked, and the refrigerator is barely working.

A typical "Russian" hotel with all the consequences of this: you go out to the pool after breakfast at 8 a.m., and almost all the sun beds are already occupied by other people's towels. Everything would be fine, but people lazily begin to pull up to "their" occupied places in the main only by 11. At the same time, it is not uncommon for people to steal these towels from each other. About the same situation with the occupation of tables for lunch / dinner. People can take a seat and not come for another half hour or an hour. Now it's someone else who could eat at this table, but alas. As a result, sometimes there just aren't enough places for all of them.
From the hotel side, too, everything is so-so. There is no animation. You entertain yourself exclusively. In the evening, after dinner, they don't even turn on the music, not to mention that there should have been some kind of entertainment in the amphitheater from time to time. All that remains is to smoke a cigarette in silence and slowly finish your beer or whiskey.

The four of us stayed at the hotel from 18.10 to 25.10.2019. We really liked the hotel and since we have something to compare it with, there are advantages in this hotel. The room is clean, there is a safe, TV,refrigerator, Wi-Fi works perfectly right in the room. Towels are changed constantly, beach towels are provided. The food is varied and delicious. Among the disadvantages: the beach is too small, there are not enough sun beds in the morning, a low-temperature sauna and hammam.I recommend the hotel for a family holiday.

Sooo delicious.Also, the snack bar by the pools was always replenished with food. We didn't have a queue anywhere.Very tasty 🍕 on the beach. Yes, the use of the sea and the beach is not very good, to put it mildly, but we did not need it and we had enough of the pool. Excellent hammam and sauna. Hello! We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2020. I just want to say for the dissatisfied, who is going why! We went with a friend and her daughter. Yes, upon check-in, they offered $ 20 for a room with a sea view, but we came to swim in the sea, and not look at it from the balcony, so we refused. And we were immediately checked into another room. The room for the budget five is good enough! Cleaning is daily, gels and shampoos were replenished regularly! The food is great, the choice of drinks is great! The staff is always polite! There is no entertainment in the evening, but everyone knew about it in advance, because of the current situation in the world, so that there would be no crowds of people! We were moved to this hotel because ours was not full, we found out about it upon arrival. The hotel is three-star, the declared 5 does not even smell. The rooms are dead, small, and there is no cleaning. All employees, starting from bartenders, want tips. The territory is small, the anamation is very weak. The beach is covered in cobblestones, you can do without injury, but it's terrible to see faces twisted in pain, all people coming in and out. Even after visiting Turkey for the first time, I can't do without such explicit remarks. But they were well fed, good pools, the sea is warm and a decent massage for a fee.I read the previous reviews and realized that the coronavirus had made its own adjustments to the business of this hotel.We stopped by the travel company, where we bought a ticket and told everything about the work of the hotel in order to warn other tourists against such a holiday.

The hotel is good. Within walking distance from the sea. You need to cross the underpass and you are already on the shore. The beach is sandy and pebbly. After the waves, there are a lot of large pebbles on the shore, which makes it difficult to enter the sea. The beach bar is open from 10:00 to 16:00. The rooms at the hotel are small and very cozy. Room cleaning is mediocre. During the 10 days of our stay, a family of 3 people replenished our stock of soap and soap accessories once. They don't always vacuum. I had to walk on the sand in the room for one day. The highlight of the hotel is this kitchen!!! It's all very tasty!

The hotel is far from 5 stars, but this is normal for Turkey. Objectively: you will not stay hungry, but you will not see pork with beef, mainly turkey, chicken, fish on the menu; 2 bars up to 2 hours only with local alcohol, you will have to forget about tequila and cognac, whiskey resembles rather sweet liqueur; good animation in the evenings; sooo dirty and cramped beach through the tunnel, to swim in the clear sea and not in snot, you will have to swim to the buoys; it is better to go to the pools in the morning, and after lunch to the beach, so you will always find free sun beds; beach towels change 2!!!!! once a week; sauna and hammam are barely warm (for me and my children); the staff is boorish, especially in the bar, when the type at the reception sends everyone to the rooms on the first floor, but for $ 10-20 they will settle in better; room cleaning is so-so, but in general the territory is clean and well-groomed. With all this, the hotel is inexpensive... And if you don't have a big budget, but you want to relax, then this is not the worst option. You will always find food and drink. A good location of the hotel for trips around Turkey on your own. To Alanya $ 2 bus 30 min. To Mangvat(Side) about 40 min 3$. It will be cheaper in lira, it is better to change it immediately. We stayed at this hotel from 15.09 to 25.09.2019. the exterior loses out to the neighboring hotel, but come on. Let's start from the beginning: so we arrived (there were 4 of us, 2 couples) at 11 at the reception, we immediately started messing with the check-in and offered to move into the bungalow first, which stands at the very end of the territory and seems to be right next to the pool, BUT !!! Next to their amphitheater, the music in which SCREAMS starting from 20:00 to 23:00. I sincerely advise you not to move in there, especially with children, there is a floor with two rooms and one bathroom for a family. Their check-in procedure is standard, they offer to move into a house for two days, and then move into rooms with a sea view, under the pretext that there are allegedly no available rooms now (although this a priori cannot be, a room is reserved for each guest in the voucher). Thus, they are bred for money from someone they ask openly, they subtly hint to someone. P.S. after talking later with other vacationers, they found out that someone gave $ 40 for checking into a room, and someone gave $ 100 for checking into a bungalow, into which they already shove everyone. So don 't get fooled by the divorce.
We were settled like cleanly in the room at first glance, the air conditioner is cracking very loudly + the smell as if it had not been cleaned for a very long time. A couple of days later, we looked under the bed, found a pile of garbage and leftovers (a plum) that had almost decomposed already. Although the rooms are cleaned every day. At the expense of food, there seems to be a lot of it, but very monotonous meat is almost always over-dried and bland, and what swings some snacks are wildly salty or solid vinegar. Alcohol if beer is EFES draught, if cocktails are varied, but it is not clear and naturally everything is diluted, although I saw a couple of people who still managed to get drunk.

We were guided by the reviews, but alas, a disgusting hotel. We went with a friend on August 20, the staff tried to flirt, even brought their phone numbers on a piece of paper, food for three, the room was cleaned just for show, they could not remove garbage from the carpet for 3 days, the juice was diluted in the evening and it was impossible to drink, the beach was covered in stones. I do not recommend this hotel

We (a family of three) visited this hotel on October 17-25! What can I say, we did not see animations for children,. for adults there were, but literally a couple of interesting ones, of all. Upon arrival at the reception, the receptionist wanted to charge us money, first 50 bucks, then 10 bucks (this is for a room with a sea view) we asked to look, but there was no view, the roadway overlooking the sea ....... refused. Let's go to the room that was supposed to be there. the first floor of the second building, VERY NOISY, TERRIBLE...but we lived)))). The rooms were cleaned every day. The food is not bad, varied, I can't say anything bad! But alcohol sucks, "Whiskey" is far from whiskey, beer is only more or less. There are few sunbeds on the beach....after lunch, we became more relaxed, and at this time we began to walk. Hammam, sauna, gym-free of charge. It's not bad in principle, but it's 4*!

The food is good, the hammam is excellent. There are not very polite people at the reception and there is a constant problem with the keys. Room cleaning is not important, towels and bed linen are not changed. Beach towels are changed Monday, Thursday. The mini bar is not replenished, but you can always take water and mineral water from the bar at the entrance to the dining room. Delicious pizza is made on the beach.
