Hello! We visited this hotel in April 2024. The hotel is small, clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The receptionist answered our question, why are there 5 towels in the room? I asked how many people are trying to please. The passage to the sea is through an underground passage. The beach is small but clean. The food is normal, although there was no declared yultra, as they explained to us, it was not the season. I would like to mention the waiter Neslihan. A pleasant, smiling girl. There are swimming pools and a slide on site.

A great stay in a wonderful hotel! There weren't many people in May 2022. We were met, placed immediately, and offered a room to choose from. Food (we have not seen such an abundance for a long time, although we have been in Turkey 2 times a year for 12 years) - lamb, beef, veal, chickens, turkey, fish. The menu is varied: two types of the first, side dishes for every taste, amulets with vegetables for breakfast, fried eggs from a frying pan, fruits (watermelons, apples, bananas, pears), and everything else with Turkish generosity. The beach is just around the corner (we didn't go to the pool). There are new rods on the beach, sand with small pebbles, the entrance is magnificent. Cafe on the beach - pizza is varied, French fries, burgers, salads, locally produced alcohol is quite decent. We are elderly people, so we can't say anything about discos and entertainment venues. But judging by the advertisements and invitations, it is quite diverse. The staff deserves special praise - attentive and very respectful - special thanks. We plan to return again in the autumn. The room has a perfect cleaning service, daily replenishment of the bar, coffee and tea in the room. Great ice cream. The Ala kart of the fish restaurant impressed with the art of cooking fish dishes - fish soup, julienne seafood, grilled trout, salads and snacks. We recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone, where comfort is much higher than the price.

We rested at this hotel from 06/29-08/7.
We have been to Turkey many times, and this hotel is the most modest.
It's good in principle, the food seems delicious, but it's the same every day!
The territory of the hotel is small, we walked outside the territory every evening, by the way, there are good shops there!)
We didn't go to the slides much because there were a lot of people in the queue.
The pools are warm, when we rested, the indoor pool did not work because of covid.
I really liked the water aerobics.
The staff is friendly, I liked it.
And about the number
The room was on the 2nd floor, two rooms were vacationing with two children, the first room had two single beds, the second room had an armchair and a double bed.
We were given a sea-view room, although THEY SAID a sea view costs $ 10, well, they didn't even ask for it.
To the sea via an underground passage, well, it's fast, there is a SENZA hotel nearby. This hotel also needs to take a bus to the sea.

We had a rest from 3.10.22 to 12.10.22.. The hotel evokes contradictory feelings.. the rooms are cozy, although not large. In 10 days, not once, not once have they been cleaned. when I put the towels on the floor, they were replaced. The bar was replenished. I put coffee down -or rather, they threw it carelessly. The food is monotonous to the point of scarcity.. Spices are put into the food.. everything is fine with fruits: watermelons, melons, plums, peaches, pears, apples, grapes. The sweet table is a great choice, everything is beautiful and delicious. Everything is fine with alcohol. Tea in the evening for dinner leaves much to be desired. the tea leaves are stale. Ayran was there every day. The beach bar is nice.. The beach is terribly small.. sunbed to sunbed.. the feeling arose that you are resting in the Crimea. we went to the nearby beach (the second-line hotel-there were very few people there) - fortunately, they did not banish the case.

On the 11th, something incredible began to happen.. everything in the restaurant has been drastically reduced. We spent our vacation from September 7 to September 17, 2021. From the very first day until the last moment, we were in a great mood. The beach is always clean, you can have a snack and sit at the bar, admiring the sea. And it was impossible to break away from the animators of the hotel!! The contests were held with jokes, fun, and raised the team spirit very well! Many thanks to animatars Fekhmi and Lisa. The games were held in one breath, so much so that I didn't want to leave! And a disco without Fehmi is simply impossible, he has so much fire and charm! And when Lisa conducts aqua aerobics, a full pool is going to be assembled, people take their places in advance! I was very pleased with the cuisine, a good assortment and very tasty, as well as the waiters are very polite and responsive! Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for a great time and pleasure. We are currently vacationing at this hotel, we stopped by 06.09.22 to 13.09.22 I will start with the fact that the staff is great , but....we (me and two children were put practically in a double room 1115, our requests to change the room were refused saying that there were no available rooms, okay ...
The food is disgusting, the 5-star hotel does not pull at all, but a maximum of 3 stars.

Horror and nightmare: no five stars, but a solid three. There are never any places on the beach, Russian tourists leave towels and leave for half a day. 3 out of 10 days of vacation stayed on the territory of the neighboring beach, fortunately no one kicked us out, and this is October. I'm afraid to think about what's going on in the summer. The sea is a paddling pool, in order to swim in clean water, you need to sail to the buoys. The approach is uncomfortable and rocky.
There are no breakfasts: there is nothing but eggs and sausages. Meat for lunch and dinner is one chicken and turkey. We ate beef once and then we were lucky, they take it apart once or twice.
There is nothing but water polo, darts and evening "showtime" entertainment. Young couples and couples with children will have nothing to do. There is no animation, they walk with stone disinterested faces.
Turks are greyhounds and arrogant, they do everything only for money. A comfortable room will be checked in for $ 20, a good cocktail will be made for a tip. The photographer from the hotel cheated, we agreed with him on the same conditions for sending photos, he did everything to his advantage.
It is unclear where so many positive reviews come from. Not another foot.

We were in it from 28.09 to 5.10. In general, we liked everything, but there are nuances.
Of the advantages:we checked in two hours earlier, without additional payment.Good cuisine, decent local drinks, I recommend gin, rum and crayfish.Whiskey is not ice at all, cognac will do.Delicious ice cream,ayran,gozleme,everything is there,bottled drinking water without restrictions.Not a bad daytime animation.
Of the cons:poor entrance to the sea, sometimes there were not enough sunbeds, unwashed glasses in bars (take paper ones), poor sound insulation in the rooms, mosquitoes in the room.
In general, my assessment is a solid four, you can go.It's worth the money.

I finally found the time to write a review about this wonderful hotel. It took a very long time to select a hotel so that everything would suit our finances and we did not waste our time and nerves in vain. We had a vacation with my husband from September 8 to September 16. I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day (linen and towels are changed), we were in the room very little, we were satisfied with the cleanliness. The cuisine is delicious and varied. We didn't stand in line for food for a long time, the staff worked quickly (the hotel was full). Alcohol is not diluted. My husband mostly drank tequila, and I drank cocktails (each bartender does it differently, if you don't like one bartender, go to another, make it delicious)the beer and champagne are delicious. There is a shop on the territory of the hotel that is cheaper than outside the territory. The sea was clear for the first two days, but then the storm ruined everything, they began to go to the neighboring beach from the right behind the piers, it was clean there. Animation every day, first for children, then for adults, then a disco. In general, I recommend the hotel. I think we'll come back again.

A terribly, extremely unsuccessful vacation.
To make it clear, we go to different hotels in Turkey 2-4 times a year, that is, there is something to compare it with.
Positive:
+ice cream
+Internet
Minuses:
- the hotel is packed with people, absolutely all Russians, respectively, finding a place to eat is another quest, everyone is yelling at each other, at children, at the staff, the situation is nervous
- the room is scanty, not like in the picture, the two of them barely marked themselves, even offered money at the reception for changing rooms - there are no rooms like that. Yeah, 10 days in a row.
- the food is ugly, very simple and cheap, plus this year you don't take the food yourself, but they put it on you, it's extremely inconvenient. The choice of desserts is zero, there are no complex carbohydrates (we had to buy mushrooms, corn, peas ourselves in the store). It's a good all-inclusive, right?
-the beach is terrible, the sun beds are close to each other, narrow aisles between the rows, and even you need to look for a free sunbed, in the morning it is almost impossible
-the pools are terribly cold, the water is 15 degrees, we thought to go indoor, heated (as indicated in the description), so it's even colder! It was not possible to swim properly in 10 days (((
-an unfortunate location, dolmushi come packed, a taxi 50 lira to the nearest shopping center, you can't get to the center of Alanya, you just can't get into dolmushi.
To be fair, we were a little distracted by the barbecue evening, and even then, we booked a place in a barbecue restaurant a week in advance, but came, they say you are not on the list. Speaking of excellent service. But they planted it anyway (they would have tried not to plant it!).
I understand who writes positive reviews - the hotel is full of people from the Russian hinterland who don't like porridge on the water - it's already great, after the Russian shabby sanatorium, this hotel will certainly go with a bang. There were swarms of heavily drunk uncles in Hawaiian shorts wandering around the territory, gawking and gawking, they were very happy with everything. But for us it turned out to be one of the worst hotels we have ever seen in Turkey. We are very disappointed. We read great reviews called (((

When we bought the tour, the flight there was at 10 a.m., back at 6 p.m. On the last day, the flights were changed, and we flew there at 6 pm, back at 7 am. Pegasus stole 2 days of rest from us. We had a rest from October 10th to 20th. I wouldn't come back here a second time. The food is good. The beach is terrible, the sun beds are all occupied with towels from the very early morning. The beach is dirty, the entry into the sea is terrible. We constantly went to the beaches of the neighboring hotels. There is no animation during the day, from the word at all, it simply does not exist. An evening show every day, God knows what, but still. In the evening, you can just walk outside the hotel. I don't know about the price, but it would be better to stay in Haidarpash on the contrary, it is visually very different. And such little things as cleaning - no one did it, they just changed the linen and towels, shower gels and shampoos, of course, no one updated, as they say, they ended and.... With him. The food is disgusting, it smells like it's made of powder. For comparison, my friends went to 2 hotels before me, I will not specifically name them, no one responded badly. In other 5* hotels they give seafood, rolls.... 😂 And here sea bass and carp) 😆 it was very frustrating to go to the Mediterranean sea and not try seafood) 😆 😆 😆 😆 bathing in the sea smells the same of this chemical as in the dining area, apparently the powder from which artificial sausages are made and everything else) these are the only disadvantages. Ice cream tastes the same, powder) 😆 pools are cold, without heating minus. Everything else is fine. The hotel is family-run, so there are no annoying situations on the part of local residents and employees) this is a plus of course)I say right away that the hotel is not a youth hotel, going to a disco, if you can hear in neighboring hotels how much fun it is there, our youth stood enviously at the fence waiting for music in the evening, yes there is an entertainment program, but this is not for young people!
