My husband had a birthday on 05/22/2024, there were no congratulations from the hotel. A mini club and a children's animator are working for show.for two days in a row, the children were called to make cookies, no one came at the appointed time. They came an hour later and then painted on a T-shirt after buying them. The opening hours of the children's club do not match. Any dance of a children's animator is like a dying swan, other animators are much stronger and invest in their work. Our plus is the most populous. There are always a lot of people on a small piece of the beach. There was a big race and now there is nowhere to drop an apple. The hotel is generally not bad. But they wouldn't have come back either. From the top five, Wi-Fi is everywhere. According to the food, there is a small selection of main dishes. Let's start with the pros.
The large territory of the pool area has 4 of them, (there is something to compare it with)
Mini water park
Amphitheater for performances
WiFi is available throughout the property. Catches perfectly and is free.
The staff is friendly this year, they met well, settled in ahead of time, we arrived at 10, had breakfast at 11 and settled in.
The hotel is predominantly Russian, Kazakh and a few foreign citizens.
There are a lot of children, for them there is a mini club, a mini pool, a swing, etc.
There is a shop on site. It is convenient to have everything in one place and the prices are the same as on the market. (although the market is only 200 meters away)
Food, you won't be hungry, salads, fish, meat, side dishes, soups, local tortillas are all there. If you find fault, of course. There is not always baklava for tea and watermelons with peaches are disassembled at the speed of light, but they are replenished every 10 minutes.
There are 3 bars at the same time or even 4, a kebab area with burgers, pizza, potatoes and snacks.
There is a type of pastry shop, in fact, desserts from dinner are simply taken to this refrigerator, there is self-service.
The animation is normal, zumba dancing. Exercise in the morning, darts in the afternoon, captive parties, music.
You can always find a place by the pool that is clean and tidy.

I drank a maximum of 1 cocktail per evening, I don't really understand, my husband drank beer, said it was normal.
Cleaning, while we put "dollars" on the bed, we did not have new shower accessories and clean towels, the shelves and tables were still dirty.. Cleaning is exactly 3 minutes weak
I would like more shows, more theme days, maybe a more varied dinner menu.
In general, we are satisfied, but the hotel is for 1 time.
If we wanted to return to Kirbiyik, then not so much here. (frankly speaking, they got stuffed)
But a big plus, a normal 5k, at an affordable price, I think.

We rested from July 2 to July 11. A good budget 4* rather, I did not like the dirty beach, because of the breakwaters all the mud washes up to the shore. Meals for 4, everything seems to be there, but mostly vegetables, baked, boiled, in salads, everywhere... There are not many meat dishes, mainly chicken, turkey, sometimes fish. I liked the animation, good guys. Cleaning every day without problems. Nice pools, and Slides for children. A small shop on site. The territory is well maintained, green. Opposite there is a more expensive hotel, similar to a castle, a good view from the window turns out.

The hotel was not impressed. When there is something to compare, the hotel does not correspond to the 5 star at all. The food is not bad, but not 100%. The territory of the hotel is small, there are no green areas, recreation areas. There is practically no animation, there is absolutely nothing to do at the hotel in the evening. Only if you go to Alanya and come up with entertainment for yourself. It may be suitable for a family relaxing holiday with children, but if you are without children, young and full of energy, then you will have nowhere to put it here.

I found something to eat for myself every day without any problems. There are a lot of spicy Turkish dishes, but there are also dietary ones, a lot of sweets. The entry into the sea is quite good. First the pebbles, and then the pebbly sand, there are no slabs under the water. We had a rest with our family from 06/04/2024 to 06/13/2024 ! The service is terrible , the attitude of the staff is just zero ! There is no animation ! The food is a solid four ! Alcohol is normal , but not all of it ! Beer, wine, cocktails for a solid four! The rooms are very small -26 squares! For 4 people, we allocated one double bed and one single bed! It is impossible to sign up for a restaurant! Among the advantages: good entrance to the sea, warm and clean pools! At least they bought up and got drunk ! The weather is great! We stayed at the hotel in July 2023. On the whole, we are satisfied. Cleaning every day, very high quality, the cleaning woman is very nice and pleasant, as is the entire staff of the hotel. The food is quite varied, but there are no delicacies (seafood, any exclusives). There are not enough fruits: watermelon, not tasty melon and apricots, super nectarines, apples, oranges, bananas. The water in the sea is just a fairy tale, in the pools it's like in a warm bath (to be honest, I even wanted it cooler). The slides are cool too, and the gym at the same time.
Of the cons:
1. Dirty plates in the restaurant. We couldn't sign up for an a la carte restaurant.
2. There is no normal currency exchange. The guide is just cheating, he changed 24 lira for a dollar and told fairy tales that it is better to have lira, but in fact it is much more profitable to pay with bucks. Lira is counted at 27-29 per dollar and you lose 20% because of a shameless guide. Dollars are accepted everywhere and with pleasure. In general, don't be stupid like us. It costs 100 bucks to be converted into lira, but no more. At the airport, the lira is 25 per dollar.
3. In no case do not buy excursions from a kilit global guide. It is cosmically expensive, and the quality of service on the way is just a nightmare. Be sure to stock up on more water, we took 3.5 liters for 3 people and we didn't have enough. At the same time, the promised lunch in the excursion for $ 90 per person in Pamukala was without drinks, and you can buy water for $ 1 for 0.33liters, a slob tin!! By the way, no one warned about the lack of drinks, it was a surprise. At the same time, the excursion itself for the day with departure at 1.30 am went like this: about 8 hours of travel, 2.5 hours for an excursion and another 2 hours for advertising in stores that no one needs. We were given wine at the winery for 29 and 67 euros per bottle, which we bought at the airport in dutik for 12 euros. Here at the airport the prices are more or less adequate.
Now the shops. Look for shops with prices, by the way, you can also bargain there, but for a little bit. There are a lot of outlets with branded clothes in the vicinity of 10 minutes on foot for very reasonable money. To understand: the same bike was bought 2 times: at the bazaar for $ 33, and in a store with prices for $ 22. Another live hack: if prices are written in euros, as a rule, you can pay the same amount in dollars. So it is not profitable to take euros. Nice hotel, great location. However, with the ultra ol system, not all the declared drinks are available in bars. The bar in the second building does not perform its functions. On the sea bar- for the first time two days the burgers were delicious (then they got bored, but there was no new one) vegetables, oranges, plums, apples, tangerines.. beer, ayran are cold.
Weather of 6 days - 4 were sunny, 2 days of rain up to 14 hours
There are few people, there are no queues, the sea is warm, the towel was given out clean every day, the staff is friendly, except for the receptionist (male), he had a brick face😒
Of the minuses!!! there were not many drinks available at the bar
The animation was very upset, out of 6 days-2 days there was a good dance show (it was about 40 minutes), an animator danced with the kids for 30 minutes, there was nothing on the pool or on the beach, it was boring..
A hamam without steam at all, only a warm floor, the sauna is not hot even once, as we entered- so they came out

We rested in September 2022, had a wonderful rest, the sea is nearby, the passage through the underpass, the beach is sandy , small pebbles when entering the sea. there is a lot of food and it is not monotonous. We had a rest in July 2023.
I liked everything, but there was a feeling that something was wrong.
We settled in quickly, lived on the 5th floor. There was only one elevator working, it was easier to walk.the room is clean, but very small. We cleaned every day, replenished the mini-bar.There is 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for two adults and one child. The double bed seemed small to us, which somehow darkened the nights. Instead of a blanket, a sheet made of "waffle" material, after a good tan you sleep like under sandpaper. The air conditioner was right in front of the children's bed (it was turned off at night and it was very hot).
The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained, you can go for a walk outside the territory. I can't say anything about animation, we didn't use it. The staff is polite. The food is varied and Delicious.But few places have signed what is on the plate, they realized by trial and error that it was not worth taking. The dishes are old, a lot with chips.There are several snack bars and bars with drinks on site. Very tasty ayran.
The sea is 2-3 minutes away by an underground passage. Entering the sea with pebbles, the bottom itself is sand. Early in the morning, the sea is crystal clear.
We had a good rest. But I wouldn't go any more and wouldn't recommend it. A decent "fly in the ointment" is not a comfortable sleep. Because of the small bed and the waffle bedspread.

For $10. They asked for a room with a sea view. The room is cleaned so-so. The hotel has a sauna and hammam, a swimming pool in the building, and a gym. First of all. when checking in, the girl at the reception ignored us, seeing a Russian passport and gave preference to a family with Estonian passports. I had to go to the very beginning to at least eat warm food. Room cleaning - towels have never been changed in a week! I can't say anything about animation, since we were always on the beach, none of them were there. The walls are like partitions, they clearly heard every word of the neighbors, and in the toilet they heard absolutely everything.
I was pleased with the sea - the purest, although you have to be careful when entering, since old concrete blocks are lying and at high tide you can get hurt about them.

I must say right away that we liked everything, had a great rest, but if you want, you can get to the bottom of the little things: these are poorly functioning elevators), we were given a 4-bed room in fact, a 2-bed room, just added a bed and a cot, got in normally. We liked the hotel.The room for two is normal, clean.Once they left without closing the door for three hours, everything is in place, nothing is missing. The staff is polite. The animation is super! It is a pity that there is no volleyball court. Darts, bocce, tennis, there is something to do, thanks to Melo for interesting competitions! The food was delicious and varied. Tea, coffee, and drinks in the room were replenished daily. The entry into the sea is good, which is an important factor for me. I recommend it, I would come back again!

We stayed at this hotel from May 28, 2023 to June 5, 2023.In general, the hotel is not bad: the bar, food, cleaning, I liked everything.There was a problem with the door handle at the first request, it was quickly fixed, the bar in the room was replenished daily, it is clear that the hotel staff is trying to make a positive impression on the guests
As for the cons in my opinion
: The entrance to the sea is a little rocky, the animation is at 4c minus and the view from the window (balcony) directly onto the field with garbage ...
Given the cost of the tour and the quality of the rest, I would recommend this hotel

We come and there are a lot of people standing next to us who want to get into this restaurant. There are only 10 places for one evening, some were booked, but most of the people just stayed without it already in the restaurant, I asked why someone had a place left, but most of the people did not? They answer me, this is not our problem, but we have to leave on Sunday, and on Sundays no restaurant is open, so because of the lack of staff, I give one star

The hotel definitely does not pull for a five, a maximum of four, and then with a stretch (who has been to Turkey more than once, will understand me) - the kitchen is the same every day, coffee and juices from the vending machine, there is no seafood (only steamed fish and river trout), there is also little meat. Apples, oranges, and grapefruit were cut from fruits in the morning. The beach is very small, periodically washes up garbage and algae, I can not imagine how to relax here during the peak season. Among the advantages - good cleaning, lots of sun beds by the pool, adequate staff. The prices in the on-site store are lower than in the bazaar. For the first time, the choice of the hotel is good, but those who go not for the first or second time are unlikely to appreciate it

A good hotel for your money. There is plenty to eat and drink at any time of the day or night. You can often find imported rum (Havana Club) at the Bar, and you have also seen Olmeca tequila. But in fairness, the local drinks are not bad either.
The food is somewhat monotonous, but quite tasty. Meat, poultry, fish - everything is there. Lots of fresh vegetables. Fruits, a rich dessert table.
The MINUS is the beach. He's small. The deck chairs are very close. After lunch, a bunch of kids mess up all the water, so it's muddy from the sand.
I will also count the air conditioner, which blows directly into the bed, as a minus. The night is a struggle between scoring and getting sick. Or the infernal stuffiness, if you turn off the air conditioner.
In general, we did not regret choosing the hotel as a whole. But there are shortcomings.
Upd. There is a problem with the cleanliness of the dishes. At the end of the rest, we tried not to look at the glasses so as not to get upset))
