A great place to relax after walking around Tashkent! It is very well located, everything is nearby and at the same time it is not noisy, the airport is 10-12 minutes away from traffic jams). The staff is excellent, thank you guys so much for your hospitality and happy birthday))), we were shocked right to the core by the attention)). The breakfasts are super, the coffee is excellent, special thanks to Shakro and Rushana! We will definitely come again and recommend it to others! I bow low and wish you all the best)

Nice hotel. The price corresponds to the quality. The room is spacious and clean. All textiles are fresh and of high quality.
I would like to mention the staff: very friendly and attentive guys.
The hotel is located on a quiet street, not very close to the center, but the cost of a taxi is so low that it does not interfere with a comfortable stay.
The bathroom was a little pumped up: the shower wall was broken and there was a weak pressure in the shower. And, of course, the lack of a card payment option in the modern world is a bit annoying.

The location of the hotel was good, all places could be reached on foot, the check-in was comfortable, we even stopped by a little earlier, the staff was very helpful. The room was cozy, the bed linen was clean, the plumbing was all new, there was always water, tea, coffee. The breakfasts were delicious, especially pancakes with condensed milk. Wi-fi was stable and uninterrupted. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and railway station. In general, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite good, the location is good, the staff is friendly, the service is price-quality, the breakfast is not Turkish but quite good, the rooms are clean, but the bathroom is very noisy, which worked and it was not comfortable to sleep at night.
There is a swimming pool and a sauna, but it was impossible to swim in the pool with ice water, and it was kind of unfinished.

The hotel is nice, clean, and cozy. We used the sauna, there is a swimming pool. The breakfasts are average (it is clear that some of the products laid out are "yesterday's", have dried up and dried out - for example, pancakes, cheese and sausage cuts), but you can still eat enough. The guys at the reception are great, they try to help in everything. Small questions about cleaning: it seems to be tidied up, the room is clean, but the water / tea is replenished according to the mood. The location of the hotel is not bad, on a quiet street.

I was at the hotel in April 2025. The rooms are good. Clear. However, there was a running noise in the bathroom in room 106.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but periodically forgets requests, which in general cannot be considered a disadvantage within the framework of Uzbek service.
The only downside is washing, the first time I washed, they gave me wet clothes. The second time I was washing, my favorite sweatshirt was ruined - it sat down and couldn't be worn, so now I'm very angry at the hotel staff, and specifically at those who do the laundry. I think it's appropriate to give 1 star for spoiling things.

A great new hotel in a modern style, with normal windows and plenty of air. Excellent location - close to bus stop, shops, Magic park.
Breakfast is buffet-style, but if you don't start at the beginning, the variety of dishes will decrease dramatically.
The view from the roof of the hotel is beautiful.

Excellent hotel, new rooms, nearby there is a good restaurant "Carp", with grilled carp, I recommend.

The hotel, in general, is not bad.
We stayed there with a colleague from 15th to 12/21/2024. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and warm. The breakfasts are decent. The disadvantage is that there is no year-round swimming pool and no sauna for relaxation after a hard day's work.

A small but very cozy hotel. Helpful staff, good breakfasts. And if the cafe also had a toaster and a microwave, it would be even better. The room has a fresh renovation, clean linen, a TV, a kettle and dishes. The hotel has a swimming pool and a terrace on the attic floor.

The hotel is in a modern style, everything is in the rooms. The first one, where the shower stall did not leak. The room is large, conveniently planned. Good breakfasts. Porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruits. The buffet. The staff is polite, ready to help and meet you halfway. There seems to be a swimming pool. We didn't go.

We were at the hotel on 26.10.24. The room is very clean, daily cleaning. A spacious wardrobe for outerwear. A huge bed, snow-white linen! A pleasant fragrance in the bathroom. The plumbing is new, it works perfectly.
Among the shortcomings: our room was located above the kitchen, so you can hear from the very early morning how the kitchen is "bustling with work".
And there is a wish: if you declare that breakfast is before 10.00, then I would really like to see food available at 09.30, and not empty pots and trays with leftover sausage and bread, which are no longer replenished.

In general, everything is good and beautiful, everything is new and not the most budget; the location of the hotel is convenient. The rooms "downstairs" somewhat give off a "lowland" which they try to compensate with an air freshener, but this does not bother much, and perhaps in summer it will even be a plus.

You can hear what's going on in the next room and behind the door. When the water is drained or turned on on the upper floors, you can hear it (as if it were happening in your toilet).

The hotel is nice, but the young people at the reception have their heads in the clouds. The description of the room says that there should be a safe and a mini bar, neither of which was there. As it is, everything is beautiful and modern, just a complete lack of service. We arrived and asked how to get to the bank, they sent us to the one that has been closed for a long time. And in a foreign country without the Internet, it was difficult to find a working one, even in the heat of +40. In my opinion, you need to know such obvious things when you are in contact with tourists.

I took off one star for the fact that there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, for some reason there is no siphon, and therefore there is no water lock.
We also couldn't figure out how the heated towel rail works. The employee couldn't help either.
The breakfasts are delicious, but if you come to the end of the allotted time for breakfast, the choice is very small, they do not report new portions for distribution.

My friends and I were vacationing at the Avant Hotel in Tashkent. In March, we arrived at the hotel at 04 a.m., despite the rules of check-in from 14:00 hours, without talking, they settled us in good rooms with breakfast. I would like to mention the breakfasts in particular: a wide range for different tastes. The attitude of the staff towards the guests is excellent, coincidentally, it was a friend's birthday, it was very nice that the staff. upon learning about this, I made a pleasant surprise. A good new non-chain hotel with great potential. It opened just 2 weeks ago.
The rooms are large, bright, and clean.
There are rooms with and without a balcony.
The sound insulation is quite good by the standards of other Tashkent hotels.
The room area is larger than the average.
In the future, they promise to complete a roof terrace and a fitness room on the 1st floor.
While the payment is only in cash, we did not have time to install terminals.
There are rough edges, certain small things are missing in the room, they are being purchased and supplemented right now.
Breakfasts promise to improve :)
It is clear that the team is trying. Good attitude towards the guests.
I wish prosperity to the hotel! Thank you for your hospitality.

It's very cute for this price. The staff is extremely friendly. Cleaning for three. Some points are unclear - the bathroom has underfloor heating (including in the shower) but for the first two days everything worked fine, and on 31.12.24 and 01.01.25 there were problems with hot water.

In room 203, one wall of the shower is missing, which causes water to pour onto the floor.
