In general, the hotel is not bad, but what spoiled the impression is the lack of seats in the shuttle to and from the beach (even if you take a queue for 30 minutes), there are a lot of people and there may simply be no room left for you, you can't go standing and the second bus is not driven, so you either have to take a very long metro ride, or by taxi (20-25AED), it might as well be easier to pay extra for a hotel closer to the beach. The rooms are clean, but a little old, in dark colors and red furniture (does not match the photo on the Booking). There is a noisy highway under the window.

The best hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. We have been resting in it for 4 times already. The food is excellent, the choice is great for breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly, always works promptly. The rooms are large, clean. Water, tea, coffee are always replenished. Towels are given out to the beach.

I chose this hotel on the recommendation of my friend. But his description turned out to be false. This is by far the worst hotel I've been to. Everything went wrong from the very beginning. There is black mold and cockroaches on the walls in the rooms. A day after my check-in, a hotel employee came to me and said that today was eviction day.
But all this is nothing compared to what happened next. My T-shirt was under a towel and the cleaner, I believe, accidentally took it away. There's nothing wrong with that, just a technical problem. I asked them to search. They searched for 2 days and while I didn't remind them, they didn't try in any way. In the end, they told me that they had found nothing. An absolutely disgusting manager named George came out and started talking to me in a boorish manner. It turns out I wasn't there yet. They came in and rummaged through my things to make sure I didn't hide this shirt. He said that how can I prove it, they took it away or I forgot it somewhere. Absolute nonsense. I didn't want to communicate with this creature any further. The next day I met with the general manager. He was more pleasant, apologized, offered a late eviction or lunch. I didn't want lunch because eating in a hotel with cockroaches is not the best idea. Disgusting stay. A lost shirt and nerves. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel. They will probably answer according to the template. But they don't really care. If it wasn't for employee Walid, I wouldn't have gotten this either.

Great hotel! Friendly English-speaking staff, delicious breakfasts and dinners, spacious rooms. In the rooms there is a tea set, bathrobes, slippers, all kinds of shower gels, soap, shampoo, also free of charge safe, refrigerator. Hot water is turned on by the water heater button near the light switch in the bathroom. There are many free transfers, to the Mall of Emirates, City Walk, to outlets, to beaches - la Mer, kite Beach, jbr, to pointe Mall (there is also a small beach there). In the morning, there is a queue for beach transfers, you need to come in 20-30 minutes. The hotel provides an additional bus if there are no seats on the transfer bus, but only there, there are no additional buses back. Within walking distance of Dubai Internet City metro. There are only skyscrapers around, there are cafes, pharmacies, minimarkets, three carrefours in the area. I want to come back again!

Clean, the food is good, the equipment is in good condition. It's not far from the metro, there are shops nearby. It's a long walk to the beach through a bunch of transitions. There is a regular free shuttle service from the hotel to various beaches and malls, to some attractions, to the metro. We checked in at 11.30, arrived at the hotel a little later than 8 am. We waited. Breakfast was not given, they said 85 dirhams from the nose. A little expensive. The balconies in the rooms are closed, the room is not ventilated. The air conditioner in the room, even in auto mode with the +26 set, catches up with 22 and below, blows strongly. There were places by the pool, the water in the pool is imho cold. They broke a glass in the room, they didn't take the money. None of the staff speaks Russian. Or I didn't meet. In general, I liked it, but there is nothing to compare it with.

I didn't like the hotel. It's already quite old, everything is patched up, there is no cleaning (they won't do anything, only after a few reminders), there are a lot of people. We changed the room 3 times (because of the smell of mold and noisy Indians behind the wall). Breakfast turned out to be in two restaurants (in one - very decent), lunch is average, dinner is very decent. Transfer only to the JBR beach from the declared three, to Atana the bus takes people from 2 more hotels - there were almost never any places in the atobus. You can't drive standing up. Therefore, another bus was driven a couple of times, and the rest of the times - you get out and go as you want. By taxi - 26-30 dirhams (450-500 rubles) in one direction. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive, there is no question of walking distance. The hotel is 10 km from the beach! Plus - 10 minutes to the metro. But getting to the beach is also problematic (with things plus not cheap). There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but it is icy, the child barely bathed once. I give the hotel a rating of "3".

Very friendly staff. Settled before the official check-in. Very tasty varied food. Dinner can be exchanged for lunch. Transfers to beaches and malls. There is a hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. Gel, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, cap, comb in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The money in the hotel is changed, the rate is lower. There is a gift shop in the lobby. To the metro 7-10 min walk. There was always enough room for everyone by the pool. Beach towels are provided. There is a mini supermarket in the next house. In the direction of the subway-a few more large ones. No alcohol, no pork. It is better to order dinners and lunches in advance when booking a hotel. It's cheaper. I can recommend the hotel.

We rested at the hotel in January 2020 for the first time! Arrived at the hotel late in the evening, fed dinner! The room was clean, cleaned regularly.

The worst hotel of all in the world, the room is dirty, a lot of dust and garbage under the bedside tables. The staff barely speaks English, they do not understand the word coffee elementary. Cleaning comes only after three calls to the reception. The furniture is not clear how it has not collapsed yet, dust is falling from the curtains as soon as you start moving them. The food is cold, once I got a hair in the pizza. I will never come back here and I do not advise anyone.

The beach is full of people and everyone is swimming, the water temperature on the sea is 23-24, but after January 6, it begins to decrease. From the hotel to the beach you can take a free bus from the hotel, but there may not be enough seats, because The hotel is not the first, so it is convenient to take a taxi to any normal plaza 25-35 dirhams 450-600 rubles. (for example, Jbr or aka Marina beach, Kite beach). On the beach, a couple of sunbeds and an umbrella will cost 200 dirhams (about 3.500 rubles), on the sand for free))
The hotel has a great dinner, breakfast is also normal. You can eat everywhere, but it's not cheap if it's good, I advise you to take dinner at the hotel.
