We chose based on reviews, the rating on the booking is 8.2 in the price / quality / location ratio.
I must say right away that we spent no less than half a month at the hotel. And it doesn't pull at 4*, it's a solid 3*
1. If you don't speak English well, you definitely shouldn't come here. ( No one speaks Russian here )
2. The food on the buffet is always the same (cheese, eggs, vegetables, sausages. Melons, watermelon, and sometimes apples or oranges are made from fruits.
3. The hotel has a transfer to the sea, usually crowded at 10 a.m., and at 13.20, there are empty seats.
Only the morning flight at 13.40 takes you back, and also once in a while you don't have to be empty, then thick and not get there. So get ready to take a taxi .)))
We went at 13.20 and returned by taxi , the price is 35 dirhams (10u.e.)
4. The room (cleaning is good) but the room itself .... for an amateur. I will attach a photo so that you can evaluate it yourself. Coffee , cream , water , and tea are replenished daily . Shampoos, shower gels, hair and body conditioners are also replenished.
5. Elevators are a separate topic. There are 4 of them and they are always crowded and you have to wait a long time, especially during rush hour for breakfast or dinner. ) In order not to be late, you need to leave the elevator in advance.)))))
6. When reading, many people appreciated the proximity to the Internet City metro station. Well, in the heat , the proximity is 700 meters , and they are also building / digging something there, and all 800 meters will come out . We went to the subway , but did not go , we used a taxi .
7. The hotel on Google maps shows one. But when you get into a taxi, be careful, look at the location (Barsha district). As it turned out, there is also an Atana in the airport area, but it is still under construction (without a name).)))

An excellent hotel, it consists of two towers on a single territory. There were toiletries in the room, water, instant coffee, tea, everything was replenished. There was nothing in the bar. A spacious wardrobe, the belongings of three people entered.
The outdoor pool is large, heated, and there are a lot of sun loungers. There is a spa. The sauna is free, the rest is for an additional fee.payment.

Food. The menu is monotonous, the hall is small, and it does not cope well with the flow during rush hour. We had breakfast and dinner included, but we never went hungry.
They meet you on the street at the entrance, take your things to the room.

The building has a pharmacy, small souvenir shops, and a beauty salon.
Free shuttles to the beach and shops run daily from the hotel.

Pay more, but take a good budget hotel! We read the reviews and decided to book atana specifically. This is darkness. The smell from the corridor is excellent, it smells like dampness, and there is also a dukhan in the room. The toilet is even worse, the smell of diarrhea. The wallpaper is all shabby, streaked. It's scary to look at the ceiling in the bathroom. We wanted to change the room to an improved one with an additional fee, but they refused us. But thank God we only spend 3 nights here. There are no toothbrushes, razors in the room, only soap, shampoo, gel and body lotion. There are only 3 towels, one of them is on the floor for the feet ((. The refrigerator in the room does not work, there is no minibar. No one warned us at the reception that the restaurant was under renovation and breakfast would take place elsewhere. We were searching all over the hotel.
The pool also stinks, but with chlorine (indicates severe pollution). There's nowhere to fall, everything is packed, the sun beds are damp.
The food is poor, but in principle it is possible to find something to eat.
The elevators work strangely, you get one floor, you come to another.
Transfer to the beach at a strange time -10 am (the beginning of the heat itself )
It takes about 15 minutes to the metro, Yandex shows the wrong route and leads through some kind of construction site, I advise you to go through a residential area and not under the road. Don't set foot here anymore🤡

There are 4 elevators, fences on the descent and ascent do not occur even during breakfasts / dinners. There is a guest parking in front of the entrance and parking for guests for rental cars. We were met at the airport. Breakfast buffet. Daily room cleaning. The room has high ceilings, it is cool, one thing is inconvenient if the window overlooks the highway, you can hear the noise of the road. The pool is small because of this, it warms up well, sauna, steam room, showers are all fine. The bus that takes us to the beach leaves the hotel at 10:30 for us it was late, so we went to the beach by taxi. The bus picked up from the beach at 12:40. The bus also took you to the shopping center.

Overall assessment: we liked it, we plan to return to it, recommended it to parents.
We were lucky with the view from the window.
Like it:
1) We booked through Booking, with payment on the spot (since there is no foreign card), but 2 days before we received a message that we would need to pay for the first day to guarantee check-in. We were worried, but we were eventually settled, despite the fact that on the day of check-in, at 13:00, we received messages from the booking that we needed to update the card details within 2 hours, and they could cancel the reservation. We were at the hotel at about 15:30, the reservation was saved, we settled in without any problems.
If I were traveling now again, I would book the first day on platforms where it is more expensive, but it is possible from a Russian card (trip, onetwotrip, Yandex. Travel, islet, etc.), and the rest of the days on booking with payment on the spot.
2) I liked the hotel very much, but in many ways, thanks to the room itself, as we read the reviews and asked in the Adam Tower, above the 15th floor (we were accommodated on the 18th). The view was gorgeous, I'm attaching a photo of the view from the balcony. I recommend you to indicate in the comments that, if possible, you can move into the Adam tower, higher.
3) There was always a choice at breakfast and dinner. I can't say it's gorgeous, but considering the cost and what reviews I've read, I expected much worse. We overeated every day in person)) I attached some photos from the dinner. Everything is hot under metal covers, everything is signed
The food seemed delicious to us, not spicy (some dishes were selectively spicy, but I think they should have been like that)). Although one day there were guys sitting next to me who were swearing a lot and saying "how can you cook and spoil food so disgusting" (apparently by taste and color)
4) The staff is super polite and friendly, everyone smiles, helps with any question. The impressions are extremely positive. There's not even anything to find fault with)
5) pleasant body cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The toothbrush was requested separately, and also changed during the stay for free.
6) I liked the long interval of breakfast and dinner - 4 hours each (!). We did not meet a longer interval (except that everything is included when food is available around the clock). It is very convenient that you can adjust any plans.
7) they allowed (and even talked about this possibility themselves) to swap lunch and dinner. We took breakfast and dinner and changed dinner for lunch on the day of the evening excursion. Very convenient
8) you can take both beach towels and pool towels. There is a hammam, sauna.
9) there is a pharmacy in the hotel building, a small grocery store in the next building, not far (7 min walk) a supermarket with a good selection and prices “West zone".
10) metro and bus are within walking distance. The doorman will order a taxi for you right at the exit. It was not difficult to get to any place.
11) the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bedding is pleasant (this is important for us).
12) the tea set was replenished regularly, there was cream (pasteurized, not dry), three types of sugar, 4 types of tea, instant coffee.
13) if you do not want the room to be cleaned today, there is a convenient remote control in the room where you press "do not disturb". And in the same way, you choose a convenient time for cleaning: just by pressing the button.
14) excellent Wi-Fi even in the room.
I'll point out the disadvantages, suddenly it's important for someone, but I think that given the cost of the hotel, it's more of a "quibble" category
1) if you are traveling for the first time, it is important to take into account that it takes quite a long time to get to the "business cards" of Dubai (it took 40 minutes to get to Burj Khalifa by metro all together, 1.5 hours to old Dubai.
2) the renovation is really not super fresh, but everything is clean and tidy, quite modern.
3) we had a chipped mug, but I think if we had asked, it would have been replaced immediately. We drank tea a couple of times and didn't want to bother.
4) there were only 2 towels per person plus one under the feet per room (5 towels for 2 guests). It was not enough for me, since I was used to using one for my hands, wrapping my hair in one and another for my body)
5) transfer. I wouldn't count on the transfer much, we used it 1 time. There is not enough space for everyone, people are almost fighting for places. We preferred to drive on our own. But at the same time, the transfer is provided well in terms of the number of places where you can go on it.
6) Only 1 euro socket. But we were ready, we took a tee and an adapter in advance.
7) There is little light in the room. This is the only negative that bothered us. They searched for a switch for a long time, until they realized that there were no lamps on the ceiling either 😂

We really liked the hotel. Large room, comfortable bed, nice big blanket and 5 pillows. The sound insulation is excellent, the neighbors have never been heard.
The staff is very polite, the rooms were cleaned daily, they always helped with all requests.
We were completely satisfied with the food, everything was delicious, the choice is not as big as in Turkish hotels, for example, but the quality is noticeably better.
There is a pool with ice water, it is difficult to sunbathe nearby because of the shade from the buildings, so we went for a ride to the beach. There are transfers to it every day.

Rested in this hotel several times, clean, timely cleaning, good pool, sauna. At the reception, you can ask for a replacement room, if there are any complaints. Payment is only in dirhams, the course at the hotel is unprofitable. There is enough food for breakfast and dinner, there are fruits mainly in the form of fruit salad, a lot of vegetables, side dishes. For dinner, one type, meat, fish, chicken. Desserts are simple. A lot of things are repeated, but for a week you can quite eat quite a variety, delicious cheeses, juices. Shuttles run strictly on schedule. Minus - only a couple of solutions in the room. It so happened that he went out on the highway, while the balcony door does not close tightly, it is not provided by a simple lock. Naturally, the noise is not completely blocked. Those who are sensitive will not fall asleep.
And a shower embedded in the wall, and the absence of at least some separation of the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. Splashes fly everywhere, water spreads almost all over the floor. I have never seen such a stupid implementation of the soul anywhere.

Well, what can I say about this hotel? The trip was in April 2024
1. There was practically no hot water in the hotel. The water was slightly warm and warmed up more in the evening (probably in the pipes during the day), after sunset, after midnight it was impossible to wash, since the water was practically icy.
2. The floor in the room was completely tiled and the air conditioner was also icy. I had to walk around the room in shoes.
3. Well, the third, most outrageous thing about this hotel is their bus to the beach. More precisely, the bus back from the beach to the hotel, which took a limited number of people and, literally, there were fights for seats on the bus. My daughter was almost trampled at the entrance to the bus, she was pushed away, thrown and pushed back. And all this in a country where there should be queues and regulations. But the hotel does not respond to complaints and comments. He does not allocate buses for a larger number of passengers and regulates boarding the bus.
There is no private beach, you will have to pay ~7000rubles/day for 2 sun beds at sea.
4. The pool is located between two buildings, and there is a constant shadow on it from one building, then from the other. There are very few sun beds near the pool, much less than the hotel guests, so there were not enough sun beds, people lay like savages right on the tiles near the pool. It doesn't look aesthetically pleasing. I felt constantly awkward making my way to the pool.
I could probably write a lot more, in general, of the advantages
- an inexpensive hotel
- not far from the metro
- almost central location
- there is a private bus to the beach (but not from the beach!)
- a varied breakfast
- fast internet connection
- available towels at no extra charge
I recommend this hotel only if there is no better option as an alternative at all.

Despite the fact that many guests are from Russia, no one speaks Russian at all. Although they say with a smile on their face that there will be an employee tomorrow, but these are only excuses. The same thing happens tomorrow. The air conditioning is constantly flailing in the rooms, it is not possible to turn on the heat. The smell from the toilet is unpleasant. The furniture is old. There is a construction site nearby.
The breakfasts are so-so, there are a lot of people, a crowd. The Shvetskaya line is small .
Personally, we fell for the 4-stars and the price tag. There were a lot of good reviews, but as practice shows, the reviews are purchased.

For the first time it is so difficult to express your emotions about the hotel. Probably, the most accurate thing will be - the entire staff does not care about all visitors. No, you will not see dirt, rudeness, normal breakfasts, there is a swimming pool, sauna, regular cleaning, our unjustified expectations are due to the fact that this is the most indifferent hotel in terms of service.
Everyone smiles, agrees, but in fact-either nothing is being done, or it is being done "to fuck off".
We didn't stay long, we came to celebrate the anniversary in Dubai. It was not celebrated at the hotel, but the hotel did not congratulate.
In general, as distant relatives, we were tolerated in the hotel, and we never set foot to them again 😀
