3) we had a chipped mug, but I think if we had asked, it would have been replaced immediately. We drank tea a couple of times and didn't want to bother.
4) there were only 2 towels per person plus one under the feet per room (5 towels for 2 guests). It was not enough for me, since I was used to using one for my hands, wrapping my hair in one and another for my body)

We were completely satisfied with the food, everything was delicious, the choice is not as big as in Turkish hotels, for example, but the quality is noticeably better.
There is a pool with ice water, it is difficult to sunbathe nearby because of the shade from the buildings, so we went for a ride to the beach. There are transfers to it every day.
We stop for the second time. I liked everything, from the entrance to the hotel, the service at the reception, check-in, room cleaning, the quality of food. The staff is excellent staff.

Well, what can I say about this hotel? The trip was in April 2024
1. There was practically no hot water in the hotel. The water was slightly warm and warmed up more in the evening (probably in the pipes during the day), after sunset, after midnight it was impossible to wash, since the water was practically icy.
2. The floor in the room was completely tiled and the air conditioner was also icy. I had to walk around the room in shoes.
3. Well, the third, most outrageous thing about this hotel is their bus to the beach. More precisely, the bus back from the beach to the hotel, which took a limited number of people and, literally, there were fights for seats on the bus. My daughter was almost trampled at the entrance to the bus, she was pushed away, thrown and pushed back. And all this in a country where there should be queues and regulations. But the hotel does not respond to complaints and comments. He does not allocate buses for a larger number of passengers and regulates boarding the bus.
There is no private beach, you will have to pay ~7000rubles/day for 2 sun beds at sea.
4. The pool is located between two buildings, and there is a constant shadow on it from one building, then from the other. There are very few sun beds near the pool, much less than the hotel guests, so there were not enough sun beds, people lay like savages right on the tiles near the pool. It doesn't look aesthetically pleasing. I felt constantly awkward making my way to the pool.
