The hotel justifies its 4 stars, but no more. Polite staff. There are no Russian speakers. The food is excellent. There is a small swimming pool, with a large number of vacationers it becomes like a legushatnik. .
A good hotel, for its price there is everything you need. Close to the metro, there are shuttles, next to the metro there is a bus terminal station from where you can get to the beach if there was not enough space in the shuttle. We were very pleased.

Not a bad hotel. The numbers are much smaller than the stated photos on the booking. Quite decent food in the restaurant, but the choice is not too rich. The pool is very small, but taking into account that in Dubai you need to swim in the bay, it's all second-rate. Excellent price-quality ratio.
The hotel was very disappointing, after a day's stay we moved to Crown Plaza 5 stars for the same price.
The rooms are very dirty, something is smeared on the walls, 2 rooms were changed, the same. Mold at the air conditioners. Old battered furniture and plumbing. Dark and cramped rooms. Dirty curtains. It's disgusting to walk barefoot.
We waited 15 minutes for the elevator for breakfast. Long lines for breakfast, dirty tablecloths. The food is not fresh, there is nothing to take. Coffee from a large thermos, there is a long queue for omelets.
Positive:
- The reception is pleasant, they try to solve everything.
- Luxury cars for rent. You can take pictures. There are a lot of Russians and Africans.
- Availability of free transfers to shopping malls and beaches, all on schedule. But there are huge queues for transfers.
- Near the metro, a small supermarket
- Heated swimming pool

Obvious disadvantages:
1. Lack of hot water (not heated, lived on the 17th floor)
2. Dust is not wiped, cleaning is very superficial, the carpet in the room is noticeably dirty
3. There is no way to ventilate the room. The windows are tightly closed, the door to the balcony does not open (the lock is inserted and locked), there is no window pane
4. There is nowhere to dry the swimsuit, not to mention something more. It has to be hung on the handles of the cabinet, on the armrests of chairs, etc. (as long as there is enough imagination)
5. The bathroom is inconveniently equipped. There is only one hook for a towel, there is nowhere to hang a change of linen. For some reason, tual.the paper is placed near the trouble, you can't reach from the toilet - you have to get up (I apologize for the details).
6. Very noisy from the highway passing close by (slept in earplugs)
7. There are no Russian-speaking employees at the reception.
8. For breakfast, tea and coffee are poured into special containers that do not keep warm, so neither one nor the other is hot. There is no tea or coffee for dinner, even for a fee. There is only water, although there are a lot of different cakes, cakes, etc.sweets.
Of the advantages:
1. Excellent reception staff (if you speak English)
2. Convenient location relative to the metro station (6-8 minutes on foot)
3. Quite satisfied with the food (we took breakfast and dinner): without much frills, but there was enough for everyone. A very convenient time in duration for breakfast and dinner. The New Year's Eve gala dinner was simply awesome in design and menu.

We took full board, it turned out not expensive. Polite staff, on call, always delivered extra water to the room for drinking. A free transfer from the hotel is organized to all beaches and major shopping centers. On Fridays there is a bus to the mosque for prayer. Because of the coronavirus in the world, I had to leave 4 days earlier. The hotel promised to refund the payment for unused days.
The hotel was completely full, we got a room on the 3rd floor. When they first moved in there, they immediately noticed that it was dirty or had been cleaned, but for a very long time. Traces of hygiene products in the bathroom, hair on the floor, dust everywhere, there was no lining with basic buttons on the phones. It's a small thing, but you won't call anywhere. We informed the managers, we were given another room, it was cleaner, but in my opinion lower class. There was no alarm clock and there seemed to be a smaller bed and there was no shower, only a bathtub. Still intrusive staff, wants to do what is not necessary. Of the pros - great food, location and price.
The hotel left rather a negative impression. We took it so far from the center and the sea, because the hotel promised a transfer. As a result, to get on it, you need to stand in the heat for half an hour, and it's not a fact that there is enough space. And they generally leave the beach 10 minutes earlier if they are full. It's just awful. The rooms are a bit old, the food is very average. Fruit is only for breakfast, there is no seafood. Of the advantages - only responsive staff. Everything.
Great hotel, all amenities, good breakfast buffet. One big minus is that all the balconies are locked because of some strange person who fell from the balcony. Therefore, we breathe conditioned air
Balconies are forbidden, they are not allowed to open, the food was also not very diverse, otherwise everything is fine, an iron was brought on request, the room was clean and comfortable, there were problems with centralized air conditioning, but also, if desired, you can dig into the settings and change them...
The only negative. When communicating through booking, they asked for a baby bed and told the time when we would arrive to check in (payment in advance). But alas, they settled in as usual, without preparation.
From the metro 5 minutes, good rooms, not very expensive. There is a swimming pool, sauna and gym for free.
