The staff is very helpful. I thought I would come abroad and see foreigners, but it turned out as if I had never left home, mostly everyone speaks Russian. The level of service has dropped, I was at this hotel about 7 years ago. There has been no change of linen in 10 days. Cleaning every 3 days, and then garbage removal, and the floor is washed once a week. The staff, mostly citizens of the former USSR from various remote republics, behave very brazenly. Dinner is until 9, they can close part of the dining room at 8.30, because they cleaned it and don't let you in, you rush around looking for a free place, like at McDonald's before. They walk between tables with carts of dirty dishes, the feeling that you are in a cheap canteen at the train station. The hotel is big, there are a lot of people- I don't know how to cope with the volume.It is assumed that the hotel is aimed at children, there is a children's room, but be careful for the life and health of your children. Because girls do not understand at all that children 3-8 years old should not be given swords. The beach is united for 3 hotels and moreover, local residents are allowed to stay on it too. Previously, they were not allowed to use sun beds, or even sit on the shore. As a result, the city beach in Sochi is cleaner and fewer people. I'll start with the reception. these are the people who do their job at 0, i.e. they don't do it until they get their paws on it, as they say in Russia. According to their mentality, this is considered to be thanking.
In this case, there was such a guide named Samir tour apperator Pegas, so this is a separate extortionist.
Specifically, he wrote nasty things to me on the phone that we did not book tours from him.
The food is very bad, I would even say terrible. And the cradles of women))))) So this is a nightmare.
Alcohol is of very low quality, it is not possible to drink. Although the Poles who rested in this thaw drank buckets .
The hotel rooms are very tired, it couldn't be worse.
There was severe poisoning. A lot of people were lying down .The ambulance was constantly coming.
The children's pool is dirty.
The hotel grounds themselves are well maintained.
The restaurant that the big basin has against the price is located, so it's generally dangerous to take anything there. They constantly pour beer and cocktails into mugs with the smell of dirty rags.

I love this hotel. My husband and I have come here 4 times already and we are satisfied every time. The staff is very polite, friendly, happy to help, if there are any questions related to the hotel, they can suggest a good cafe or shop, I'll look around. The hotel itself is quite cozy, despite its not too modern renovation and rooms, I want to come back here like home. Here is a beautiful green, well-groomed territory with lots of flowers, and of course kittens, there is no way in Turkey without them :) The hotel consists of two buildings - the main and Anex building (family). From entertainment there is a disco, various contests, animation happens for kids, but unfortunately I don't know the details, since my husband and I missed these moments. There is also a swimming pool for both adults and young visitors. Access to the sea with a transfer, which brings with the breeze those who want to refresh themselves in hot weather, you can also walk, it will take about 5 minutes at most. The beach itself, though a little with pebbles, is very neat and convenient for entering the water. About the food: everything is very tasty, without super frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry. There is also a selection of meat, fish, fresh fruit, ice cream, delicious coffee, gozleme, waffles, pancakes for breakfast and much more. Of course, seafood fans can remain indifferent, since there are practically no seafood here, but in general, we were personally satisfied like elephants :) Thank you for a wonderful vacation and friendly relations!

We had a family vacation at the hotel at the end of July. We understood that the hotel does not pull in 5 stars, but we still hoped that the food would be of high quality, even without frills, we are not picky. The food is not delicious. We never saw normal tomatoes, all the time with yellow-green veins and a wooden middle that cannot be cut with a knife, let alone chewed. There are such tomatoes in Turkey in July.... There was often undercooked rice in the dishes, a lot of pepper, once there was a raw casserole, a rotten corn salad. Normally cooked, what is on the grill: trout, turkey, mackerel is almost always dry. Beef is not every day, only in the form of gravy. The children's table consists only of burgers and French fries. I don't know how families with very young children get out of the situation. The waiters work fast and try their best. Animation is also great. We lived in anex. The room is normal, everything is not new, but in working condition, mattresses, pillows are comfortable, it was quiet, apparently lucky with the neighbors. We walked to the beach, sometimes we drove back by car. In principle, there are enough places on the beach, but they come from neighboring hotels, or local ones and occupy sun beds, the hotel administration does not monitor this. The toilet on the beach is just creepy. I'm sorry for the details, but I'll write anyway... The toilet is attached very high, I have not seen this before. If your height is not great, or you are a child, you will walk in it in a jump. My feet don't reach the floor. The sea is beautiful, sometimes debris washes up, in the evening or after a storm, but this is not the fault of the hotel, in general, the beach is clean. The road to the beach, at a leisurely pace of 7 minutes. We liked the location. If the hotel was cheaper in value, then OK, But the price is high, it's not worth that kind of money.

We had a rest in August 2024 at this hotel. It's not 5 stars. As the sun and fun guide told us, this is a chain of hotels for business, the owner himself is not interested in and does not monitor the hotel. Nobody cares. For example, the situation in a restaurant, a cook was put on the grill , he fried eggs , no one fried pancakes. I asked to put another person . Do you think they put it on? No . The receptionist said, you 've read the reviews that you present .The rooms are smelly , the furniture is old. The room is cleaned , but the smell remains . A garden without a single flower , a huge territory , and there are no flowers . Breakfast starts at 7.30, and as a result, a person left to fry an omelet at 8.00. I do not recommend choosing a hotel. There is a sand edge on the beach, small children can play.The entrance to the sea is Pebbles, There is a Playground for children and exercise equipment. The food is poor, not 5 stars , there is no meat, only chicken, and watering for bolognese. There are no appliances for desserts .Queues of 10 people for grilled food. I'll add a view from the window. The main part of the guests are pensioners and families with children .

It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea, but there is also a constant shuttle service) The beach is sand/pebbles, barefoot is not very comfortable to walk. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, in principle, you can find both in the morning and after lunch. There is also a bar with food and drinks on the beach from the hotel. In tech. there is something to do on the territory of the hotel during the day, the animation guys liked it👌🏻 The evening shows are almost all great too)
On the downside, the water in the pool was cool for me personally.
Wi-fi works well in the lobby and restaurant, the further it gets, the worse it gets.
Laundry services are expensive, $ 3 to wash 1 thing, there is no iron in the room.
They offer massages and a hammam at the hotel for $ 35, at the tour agencies across the street $ 15 and much better.
In general, the hotel is about 3 ⭐️, It seems that overall the impressions are good, but I would not return a second time)

Отель хороший для семейного отдыха с детьми и людям старшего возраста.Питание на любой вкус .изобилие .Очень вкусная пицца из печи .Снек бар тоже хороший для перекусов,мороженое и много различных напитков.На море возит шатл. море теплое чисто песочно галечный удобный .хороший сад можно скрыться от жары под кронами разных деревьев оборудоваи тренажорами гамаками и диванчиками а так же есть столики и скамейки где можно в тихой обстановке попить вкусный разнообразный кофе и покушать турецкие сладости.

В целом отель понравился.
Территория отеля порадовала. Сосны, цитрусовые деревья. Есть зелёная зона с гамаками, скамейками, качелями и кофейней - прекрасно там отдохнуть в послеполуденный зной.
Бассейн отличный, большой, чистый. Второй бассейн у водных горок - работали две из трёх.
Номер просторный, чистый, кровать удобная, сантехника исправно работала, уборка каждый день - жили в главном корпусе.
Персонал очень приветлив, анимация отличная.
Расположение - автобусная остановка в Кемер и Анталию напротив отеля! Аптека по соседству! До Мигроса минут 7-10 неспешным шагом по посёлку.
Еда - мало разнообразия по мясу (за две недели один раз баранину дали, в остальное время - курица) вкусная сдобная выпечка и пончики! в течение дня постоянно и пицца, и бургеры, и шаурма , и картошка фри с нагетсами.
Для нас основной недостаток - скученность народа на пляже (он общий для трёх отелей)

It runs constantly...he gets to the beach and back, does not wait for a full load, at least one person is lucky! Private beach, sun beds for free, towels in the hotel are issued by card. Another inconvenience is the lack of a cafe on the beach, but only drinks (beer, water, wine, carbonated drinks), nuggets, rings, French fries - for free, ice cream - for a fee. There is a cafe by the pool - everything is free. Russian Russian is the main language of animation (most of the vacationers were Russian), but the main messages are still in English and Turkish. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily.

We visited this hotel in the second half of September 2024. Even such a small fact speaks about the quality of rest at the hotel: we arrived at the hotel at 22 o'clock in a group of about ten people and we were not even fed. And this is not one minus: for 9 nights there was not a single cleaning in the room (only the bed linen was changed), the room was not only without a balcony, but also without windows (the only window constantly needed to be closed, because it was the first floor next to the walkway). The food is primitive and poorly cooked, the beach with a terrible entrance to the sea (many use slippers for swimming), the animation is also terrible. Therefore, I do not recommend the hotel.

The rest of the food with seasoning is not suitable for children either. So basically all the kids are there for snacks, like nuggets. Bartenders make normal cocktails. The animation is not bad either. All traffic is up to 23-00. Then there's a lobby bar, but there's only booze. There is one pool for adults, one pool with slides and one for the youngest. The territory is clean and well maintained. Отдыхали в июле 2023 года, еда хорошая, номера чистые и обновлённые, территория небольшая, но ухоженная. Отель находится в 10 мин. пешком от пляжа, идти комфортно по теннисной аллее, возит машинка до пляжа. Пляж нормальный, вход в море песок с мелкой галькой, вполне приемлемо, можно без спец обуви. Персонал в основном казахи, местами хамоватые, нагрубили в лобби, горничные убираются через раз, по русски и английски не понимают. Ещё не понравилось, что обед длится 1,5 часа, ужин 2 часа, причём убирать еду начинают за 30 мин. до окончания, не успеваешь найти место и нормально поесть, приходится постоянно спешить, это напрягает. Была в этом отеле в 2010 году, тогда кормили даже хуже, сейчас его выкупила сеть Армас, они стараются. В целом отель хороший за свои деньги. Мы отлично отдохнули, не обращали внимание на мелочи!

Отдыхали в конце июня - двое взрослых, один ребенок 7 лет. Прекрасный отель. Не новый, но очень ухоженный. Огромная зеленая территория, много цветов, кустарников, пальм, сосен, и все это на фоне великолепного горного пейзажа. Три бассейна: большой, с горками и лягушатник. Из минусов — некоторые «умники» шезлонги у основного бассейна занимают в 7 утра, а тусуются весь день на пляже. Номер 601 в корпусе «Анекс» просторный: одна двухместная кровать, одна одноместная, козетка, мини-бар, ТВ, балкон, кондиционер работает бесшумно. Убирали ежедневно, два раза меняли белье. Еды предостаточно: курица, индейка, баранина, люля, рыба, овощи, зелень, фрукты, большой выбор гарниров, хорошие завтраки, турецкие десерты в огромном количестве, мороженое, напитки на любой вкус. В лобби отеля делают отличные коктейли. Не хотите обедать в ресторане, - в течении дня возле основного бассейна есть бар, где делают шаурму, пиццу, гёзлеме, наггетсы, фри и до бесконечности. Т.к. это вторая линия, до моря нужно либо пройти около 700 м, либо прокатиться на трансфере по живописной, зеленой аллее. И это даже больше плюс, чем минус. Море шикарное, не хочется выходить. Вода прозрачнее чем в Бельдиби. Дно: песок, мелкая и крупная галька — особенность Кемера. Шезлонгов всем хватает, несмотря на то, что пляж на два отеля. На пляже есть бар с напитками и закусками. Фрукты платные. Анимация нормальная, больше всего, конечно, заточена для детей. И вообще, отель подходит больше для семейного отдыха. Впечатления от отеля остались только положительные.

Отдыхали парой с 8 по 19 июня. Так называемая бюджетная пятёрка.
Из плюсов:
Очень красивая, ухоженная и зелёная территория. Все в цветах и вековых хвойных деревьях с вьющимися лианами. Есть сад, в котором обустроены места, чтобы выпить кофе и просто для отдыха, качели и гамаки.
Большой чистый бассейн.
Весь день вас будут чем-то кормить. Завтрак обед и ужин очень много еды, разнообразной и довольно вкусной. Сладкие столы это отдельная история). Из мясного индейка, курица, рыба форель речная и морская и скумбрия. 1 раз готовили баранину, говядину нашли тоже только 1 раз. Помимо этого можно перекусить вне ресторана то пицей и гезлеме, то крошка-картошка или картошкой фри, бургеры,то бельгийские вафли или какие-то огромные бутерброды аля сендвичи. Мороженое весь день. (Многое из этого мы даже не попробовали). Дорога на пляж занимает 10 минут лёгким шагом по такой же красивой дорожке. Но всегда есть возможность воспользоваться трансфером. Пляж хороший, море волшебное. Примерно к 10 часам может возникнуть проблема с поиском лежаков. Но я думаю она решаема. Так как стоит целая стопка новых ). Имеется бар и снек бар.
Анимация есть, особенно хороша детская.
Из минусов: лично для меня оказался очень жёсткий матрас. Промучалась несколько дней и пошла на ресепшн. В итоге принесли мягкий наматрасник. Стало немного лучше. Второе это то, что пол совсем не моют. Ощущение что только перед заездом. Но вид делают. Постель и белье меняют. Все чисто белое.
Нет интересный вечерних представлений и слишком долго и громко мини-диско.
Итог: за свои деньги по сегодняшним ценам нормальный отель. Нам обошлось 160 на 12н. Если дороже думайте сами.

Нам отель понравился. Красивая , зелёная территория, отличный пляж. Кормили много и вкусно. Персонал очень старается , к сервису в ресторане и баре никаких замечаний. Анимация тоже хорошая , только вот на детской дискотеке дети больше слушают болтовню ведущего , чем танцуют . И ещё пожелание к отелю - туалет в лобби слишком маленький и требует ремонта, особенно внутренние дверцы в плачевном состоянии.
В целом , отель хороший, рекомендую семьям с детьми.

5.The hotel is 98%Russian, in general, it feels like I'm in the Krasnodar Territory, not in Turkey
6. The most pleasant thing is the sea.You can take slippers, or you can not take them.The entrance is normal, the stones are not sharp.I swim both ways.

I had a rest in July 2024. I really liked it, the staff is very friendly, everyone speaks Russian well, the hotel is good, the room was a separate one-story house-its advantages, all appliances worked properly, cleaning every day, towels and bed linen were also changed daily or every other day. There are 2 children's pools and one large swimming pool, the territory is large, there is a place to retire from the hustle and bustle, who likes sports and entertainment programs every evening, there are also plenty of entertainment programs for children.) In general, I recommend it!)
The only thing that was not convenient for me was to go to the sea for 7-10 minutes, but the water in the sea is clean, the descent is sharp through 5 meters deep, the pebbles are small, but it hurt my feet, take special shoes.)

Отдыхали в этом прекрасном отеле с сыном 10 лет. Остались отличные и яркие воспоминания. Жили в основном корпусе. В ресторане , около бассейна и на пляже разнообразная и вкусная еда. Территория отеля ухоженная, зеленая, с соснами, которые дают возможность даже самый жаркий день прогуляться после обеда по территории. В отеле много детей, поэтому у сына недостатка в общении не было. На территории отеля неглубокий бассейн и отдельно водяные горки на радость детям. От отеля до пляжа (500-700 метров) доступен трансфер, но им не пользовались. Приятно было прогуляться по тенистой аллее до моря. Рядом с отелем есть небольшой магазин с сувенирами и напитками, а также небольшие магазины с косметикой, восточными сладостями, чаем и др.

The WiFi on site is terrible, there is no wifi at sea. The kitchen is without frills , there are always huge queues . Alcohol is terrible , you can only drink beer . The hotel is not worth the money. If someone has children with light sleep, you are definitely not here, there is no silence at night. And they also washed the floors in the room themselves, so there will be no cleaning.

I was in Turkey for the first time on vacation with my family.

- there are many of them!!! Dirty room! , monotonous dining room - not tasty ( except for pastries and yoghurts) , the beach is covered in cigarette butts, it 's a long drive to the airport , the lack of a variety of programs for children and adults .

A wonderful hotel. We arrived in the morning. They check in at 14.00, but as soon as we arrived we were greeted, fed breakfast and immediately checked in. Maybe we were just lucky. The hotel has a swimming pool, slides, a beach 5-10 minutes, there is a shuttle service to the beach. The food is varied, the children found everything they needed, even though they are picky about food. I really liked the sweets. The overall impressions are positive, the children did not even want to leave.

Отель в целом понравился. Корпус для семейных отдыхающих хороший, комнаты просторные, только перегородки тонкие, очень слышно соседей, особенно если приехали на отдых с грудным ребенком, !!!
Территория очень большая , ухоженная!.
Вечером всегда какое-то развлекательное шоу, особенно понравились олимпиада 2023!!
Еда разнообразная, а стейки из форели вообще бомба!!!!
Много фруктов, 🍉 спелые и очень сладкие. Самое наше было любимое лакомство!
Одно но!!!! Очень мало мест в основном ресторане под кондиционерами!!!!!!! В основном столы расположены на открытом воздухе, там установлены только вентиляторы, но в дневной зной при +35 и выше как у нас было ,
Очень сложно кушать , особенно горячие блюда. Пот бежит ручьем!.
В ресторане кофе только фильтрованный!
Чтобы попить более менее вкусный кофе , нужно идти или в лобби или в кофейный домик!
Зато у бассейна в снек ресторане можно покушать необыкновенную вкусную пиццу Маргарита , приготовленную в печи на углях. На хрустящем тесте !!!!!!
