The hotel welcomes guests with drinks and sweets. We were in July and the hotel was crowded with tourists at that time. Therefore, we were offered to spend the night in the neighboring one and for this they promised a good room, a free gazebo on the beach for a day and an ala carte restaurant were not deceived! The hotel is cheerful, the animators are great, they approach everyone, invite them to various activities, offer a trip to the disco in Kemer. The animation in the hotel is 100% complete. You won't be bored for sure if you like to participate everywhere. The food in the hotel is on a budget five. Only chicken is made of meat, sometimes beef, and lula. But we went as girls, we had enough, I like fish so much more, I took salmon from fish, sometimes there was river trout. We were at the fish restaurant in a la carte, I liked the bruschetta, caprese, and the salmon with sauce was just awesome. The sea from the hotel is not the first coastal one, they drove to the sea in a mini truck, in the back of a bench. You can walk for 7-10 minutes. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, but they are very close to each other. The test is like this. And in general, there are a lot of vacationers at this time, of course, the dear Gyural hotel is nearby, there is plenty of space in the sea and on the beach on the sun beds freely, but you will look at our beach as if you are in Anapa)) . I wrote reviews about this hotel three times, where I spent June 2024, but they miraculously disappear. The hotel is aimed at welcoming low-cost Russians. The place is picturesque, the cuisine is good and moderately varied. The sea is 300 seconds away on foot from the back gate, + there is a truck with benches. - there are many of them!!! Dirty room! , monotonous dining room - not tasty ( except for pastries and yoghurts) , the beach is covered in cigarette butts, it 's a long drive to the airport , the lack of a variety of programs for children and adults .

We have been staying at this hotel since August 9, 2023.
I liked the hotel as a whole. The building for family vacationers is good, the rooms are spacious, only the partitions are thin, the neighbors are very audible, especially if you come on vacation with an infant, !!!
The territory is very large, well-groomed!.

We had a rest in August 2024 at this hotel. It's not 5 stars. As the sun and fun guide told us, this is a chain of hotels for business, the owner himself is not interested in and does not monitor the hotel. Nobody cares. For example, the situation in a restaurant, a cook was put on the grill , he fried eggs , no one fried pancakes. I asked to put another person . Do you think they put it on? No . The receptionist said, you 've read the reviews that you present .The rooms are smelly , the furniture is old. The room is cleaned , but the smell remains . A garden without a single flower , a huge territory , and there are no flowers . Breakfast starts at 7.30, and as a result, a person left to fry an omelet at 8.00. I do not recommend choosing a hotel. There is a sand edge on the beach, small children can play.The entrance to the sea is Pebbles, There is a Playground for children and exercise equipment. The food is poor, not 5 stars , there is no meat, only chicken, and watering for bolognese. There are no appliances for desserts .Queues of 10 people for grilled food. 2. Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. We regretted that we had come. Ruined the whole vacation. The reception staff and service are at the lowest level.

The rooms are terrible, we wanted to move to another hotel, but in the end we decided that we would change the rooms to a better one, but still the service did not get better. There is mold in the rooms, the bed linen is not changed, the floors were wiped only after I gave the cleaner the money.
The situation with excursions: if a transfer from the reception arrives for you, they do not call you; you have to stand and wait yourself, and no one warns you about it.
By the way, on the very first day I left a review about this hotel; the next day the receptionist came up and asked to delete the review, and, as she put it, "she was offended by us." Now it is clear why they have more or less adequate reviews, although they do not correspond to reality at all.
On the last day at the hotel, they clearly showed that their service was about nothing. By 13:00 we called a private transfer; rooms are rented out as everywhere at 12:00. My brother went down to the reception to clarify about the extension of the rooms, to which he was answered: "Yes, of course, no problem." As a result, the hotel administrator starts calling us and yelling into the phone that we can't stay in the room: "Who allowed you at all? You didn't pay!" etc.
The hotel claims to be 5 stars; don't be fooled, it doesn't even reach 3 stars. Everything is paid, although they say that everything is included. They try to make money on everything, but they don't invest in the hotel at all… The food is the same every day, no variety. The prices are set as for a 5-star hotel. We had a family vacation at the hotel at the end of July. Normally cooked, what is on the grill: trout, turkey, mackerel is almost always dry. Beef is not every day, only in the form of gravy. The children's table consists only of burgers and French fries. I don't know how families with very young children get out of the situation. The waiters work fast and try their best. Animation is also great. We lived in anex. The room is normal, everything is not new, but in working condition, mattresses, pillows are comfortable, it was quiet, apparently lucky with the neighbors. We walked to the beach, sometimes we drove back by car. In principle, there are enough places on the beach, but they come from neighboring hotels, or local ones and occupy sun beds, the hotel administration does not monitor this. The toilet on the beach is just creepy. I'm sorry for the details, but I'll write anyway... The toilet is attached very high, I have not seen this before. If your height is not great, or you are a child, you will walk in it in a jump. My feet don't reach the floor. The sea is beautiful, sometimes debris washes up, in the evening or after a storm, but this is not the fault of the hotel, in general, the beach is clean. The road to the beach, at a leisurely pace of 7 minutes. We liked the location. If the hotel was cheaper in value, then OK, But the price is high, it's not worth that kind of money.

Great hotel. A large green area. The sea is within walking distance. You will never stay hungry, besides the restaurant, all sorts of goodies all day, from sandwiches and cocktails to ice cream. Good children's animation and evening shows for adults. The rooms are clean. Good service. But!!!! If you take a tour, I do not advise you to trust your hotel tour guides (we had a Sanmar Tour). The prices for excursions are very much overstated. It's easier to go outside and buy a tour.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Kimera (Tikerova), the hotel itself is good, but it is necessary to walk 800 meters to the sea or on the back of a micro-truck (made for the delivery of vacationers), it is very inconvenient.!!!!! The beach is good, there are always enough sun loungers.!!! There is also a canopy from the sun. The hotel has a very nice pool area,-- SUPER!!! The lounge area is lovely. Everything is included, but eating is a problem, as eating on the terrace is torment with the heat, there is only one room for eating with air conditioning, so there is a crush, everyone takes up space and keeps. We had a vacation with my husband from July 12 to 22, 2023. They lived in the main building . The room is renovated, normal in size with a large balcony. The food is excellent. I really liked hashlama soup, trout, and everything was delicious. A huge amount of conifers, a picturesque road to the beach, the sea is extraordinary, clean. In the evening we walked along Ataturk Boulevard. Of the cons: the furniture in the rooms is tired and strong audibility, otherwise OK, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything worked.
Of the pros: wi-fi throughout, the food is varied, they feed all day. With full occupancy, there were always enough sunbeds on the beach, 5 minutes on foot to the beach or 1 minute by shuttle (rides 9-17 every 5 minutes). The staff is very responsive, the rooms are well cleaned even without tips, but it's better with them :) The territory is very green, it's nice to walk.

Desserts are creepy, they're all of a monotonous mass😬 cakes, you know how cheap they are from supermarkets.
Fruits: apples and oranges, watermelon and apricots are added for dinner. The food is monotonous every day, not tasty! Once they cooked sushi, but inside there are carrots, and rice-🤢
On the second day, the whole family was poisoned, it was bad, they were gone for 3 days. It turned out that we weren't the only ones there.
(People who write that the kitchen is delicious, are you serious? Or have you not been to good hotels???)
The Council: the stuff that is in large bowls at the bar, "drinks" should not be drunk. About alcohol: they pour it out of small cheap beakers, there is no question of any good alcohol, but we were delighted with ULTRA AII inclusive
By the way, when you leave the hotel, there is a pharmacy right away, thank you, we were regular customers there.

We spent 10 days at this hotel and, unfortunately, we are very disappointed with our choice. From the very beginning of our stay, there were many problems that spoiled our vacation.
The first incident occurred on the day of arrival. We have been waiting for check-in since 6 a.m. and faced dissatisfaction from other guests. And when we finally got to the room, the hotel staff entered the room without warning, without waiting for me to get dressed. It was extremely inappropriate and violated our sense of privacy.
The condition of the rooms left much to be desired: mold, dirty bed linen and lack of cleaning without extra money. We even thought about changing the hotel, but decided to stay, hoping for an improvement in service, which never happened.
As for the tour service, there are also problems here. The transfer from the reception does not warn you about the time of arrival, and you have to wait on your own without any information.
In addition, when I left a review about our dissatisfaction, the administrator approached me with a request to delete it, explaining that "she was offended." This only confirms that many positive reviews seem to be untrue.
On the last day of our stay, the situation became critical. We called for a private transfer at 13:00, while the rooms are rented at 12:00. My brother went down to clarify the possibility of extending the room and was assured that it was possible. The pools were cold, the spa needs major repairs, the restaurant has one entrance and exit through the smoking area. We appealed to the administration to open the entrances (which are provided there) to the restaurant near the pool, but they did not open. Cons: food! The food is like in the dining room, it seems to be a lot, but everything is tasteless or tasteless. Really! Of all the abundance of food, I can only single out an omelet in the morning. That's it! From day 5, we started eating out of the hotel. Impossible) there is no appetite.
They do not give meat, but fat tenderloins. Desserts are all of the same type, made of gelatin.
Alcohol: you can drink it, but everything is diluted and not very pleasant. Unless Baylis is not so divorced and beer is drinkable!
Soft drinks: well, non-alcoholic drinks include cola, sprite and water. It is impossible to drink juices.

We went to this hotel as a family (2 children) for two years in a row. I really enjoyed walking to the beach along a shady road, the food is excellent, the menu is varied. The room was cleaned. Everything is fine!!! But whoever wants to find fault, he will still find a joint that another person would not even pay attention to.

We were with the children at the beginning of May. Everyone speaks Russian, there is no language barrier))
Everything is included, there was no need to complain about the food. A lot of vegetables, fish every day, porridge in the morning (they can't cook oatmeal).
The territory is clean, there is practically no children's animation, interesting activities (we painted a T-shirt) are paid, there are a lot of cats, frankly not well-groomed (I feel sorry for them).
Every evening at 9 there is a children's disco.
The room is not cleaned at all. I left the glass on the balcony, stood for 2 days until I took it out myself, and this despite the fact that they asked me to remove the room by means of an information sign. Disposable shampoos and conditioners are frankly not enough for a week. You can use a container filled in, which is quite tolerable.
Overall, the hotel is clean.
Maximum of 4 stars. If they tell you that it's 5, don't believe it.
The water in the pool is cold, without heating, but our children don't care))
Before leaving, no one informed me that it was possible to order a lunch box at the reception (I did not know), we were packed with a snack (we left at night), but somehow I was unpleasantly surprised.
Walking distance to the sea is 7 minutes, maybe 10. An open tarantass rides))
Outside the hotel, as usual, they will be divorced and deceived)) so be careful with your wallet. It's much nicer in stores, although really, there's nothing to fall for, we have everything, except souvenirs (where without them).
I do NOT recommend the market (it comes once a week). It's dirty. There is nothing interesting, just sellers like kites.

I have been vacationing 3 times in this hotel, compared to last year, no advantages have been added. Check-in at 14:00, it didn't work out earlier, the hotel is 100% full. The food is delicious, in terms of meat. There are no teaspoons, always, the question is, why? No plates/bowls for yogurt. The most important thing is that there is no normal coffee for breakfast, coffee machines have disappeared somewhere, or rather they are there, but they make some kind of coffee, even some kind of coffee. There is a cappuccino machine in the bar, and it is on the beach, but it is not in the restaurant, although it was last year. Queues for scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs, it's just a disaster. Why can't you make an omelet and put it in a tray, only hard-boiled eggs, etc.
The room is normal, everything works.
Beach: entrance to the water is made of stones, this year there are many of them, of various sizes, it is difficult for everyone to enter, mainly in special shoes. What prevents you from cleaning the entrance to the sea from stones? I don't understand. The sun beds are comfortable, they end at 9:30, people occupy the first row at 6 a.m., probably running. The shower is at the exit from the beach, and it is not convenient, the beach is not very well maintained, there are not enough cabins for changing clothes, a shower on the beach. I had a rest in July 2024. I really liked it, the staff is very friendly, everyone speaks Russian well, the hotel is good, the room was a separate one-story house-its advantages, all appliances worked properly, cleaning every day, towels and bed linen were also changed daily or every other day. There are 2 children's pools and one large swimming pool, the territory is large, there is a place to retire from the hustle and bustle, who likes sports and entertainment programs every evening, there are also plenty of entertainment programs for children.) In general, I recommend it!)
The only thing that was not convenient for me was to go to the sea for 7-10 minutes, but the water in the sea is clean, the descent is sharp through 5 meters deep, the pebbles are small, but it hurt my feet, take special shoes.)

The rest of the food with seasoning is not suitable for children either. So basically all the kids are there for snacks, like nuggets. For adults, there is plenty of food, in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can have a snack with burgers, shawarma and pizza. Alcohol is free only locally. Not bad. Bartenders make normal cocktails. The animation is not bad either. All traffic is up to 23-00. Then there's a lobby bar, but there's only booze. There is one pool for adults, one pool with slides and one for the youngest. The territory is clean and well maintained. It's hard to imagine a lot of spicy food, what children are fed with. There are many families with children, there is no children's table! The beach is very dirty! The rods are not cleaned, the territory is all in cigarette butts and leftovers of food (fruits, potatoes, nuggets, etc.) People smoke, immediately extinguish cigarette butts and their children and grandchildren run and play on these butts!!! There is smoking everywhere on the territory!!! What would popost from the main building to the territory and back it is necessary to go through the smoking area!!!!which is also located with summer tables in the dining room. Hit by accident. Nothing more!!!!
