Just a huge human thank you for the rest. Everything was just wonderful, we left in complete delight, happy and satisfied. Super green area, very clean, well maintained, growing limes and oranges throughout the incredible beauty. The cats are beautiful, well-mannered. The restaurant was wonderful, wonderful breakfasts, omelet delight, cool chicken broth for dinner is beyond praise. You can't eat desserts. Very helpful staff, not arrogant, will do everything you need for a great mood. The only drawback is that the floors were never washed during the week of stay, and they asked and paid-but alas. There is food at every step, you definitely won't leave hungry, everything is thought out for everyone, excellent animators. Cool clean sea, it takes literally 5 minutes to walk. I don't like to come back at all, but I would be glad to visit here again. Special thanks for the room with a balcony and mountain view.

We had a vacation with a 5-year-old child in September. We were very satisfied. The hotel is very conveniently located: at the foot of Takhtali mountain (when swimming in the sea on the beach there is a stunning view of the mountain). There are many different shops nearby, 3 supermarkets, there is a beautiful park where you can walk. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., and by 11 a.m. we were put in a room (without extra charge). The hotel itself is very large-2 multi-storey buildings, a large area with swimming pools, water slides, a Playground, a recreation area with nozzles and hanging sofas. The territory is well maintained and clean. Everything is done for convenience, right down to the tracks, along which it is easy to roll a suitcase and enter the building. There is a faucet at the entrance from the beach side to wash the sand off your feet. The beach is huge (for 3 neighboring hotels), there were enough sun beds (we worked out early in the morning, before breakfast). You need to walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes along a beautiful, long, shady road or you can take a free shuttle bus that constantly runs between the beach and the hotel. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, we had a 3-bed room for 3 people plus a sofa. The balconies are also large, with a dryer, chairs and a table. Only the rooms on the 1st floor do not have balconies. Our room was cleaned infrequently, the garbage buckets were small, filled quickly and we had to put garbage in the form of water bottles on the floor. The towels were changed 2 times in 10 days, but in principle it was enough. The food at the hotel is beyond praise! A huge variety of pastries, sweets, salads and snacks. I really liked the Turkish buns for breakfast. The meat was mostly chicken plus fish almost daily. For dinner, there was always a soup on coals-chicken or beef, very tasty! Drinks are very diverse, wine of several types, very pleasant. After lunch, ice cream was served by the pool -just delicious! The animation in the hotel was also on the level. The children were occupied daily both in the afternoon and in the evening. There was yoga, volleyball, and bocce on the beach every day. There were different games by the pool too.
One disadvantage is a lot of people (the hotel is very popular) It was sometimes difficult to find an empty table in the restaurant, and queues for food. But if you come to the opening, it was freer.
Maybe next time we'll choose the same hotel for a vacation

Nearby there are shops, shopping malls, a pharmacy. The sea is not far away, you can walk along the green street, you can get there by special transport. A very pleasant hotel located in a distance from the bustling city life. Beautiful green area, excellent work of animators and services for guests, daily room cleaning, WiFi throughout the hotel (except the beach).

I almost didn't use animation, I didn't like alko cocktails, so I didn't drink them anymore.

It is always fashionable to find sun beds, at 10 o'clock peak on the beach, but at this time you will always find a place, as well as near the pool. The sun beds are light, the shade on the beach is not from individual umbrellas, but from a common canopy, you can move the sunbed as you like.
We lived in the main building, we did not like the annex, it is far from the general traffic, bars and coffee shops, it is boring there. If you like beautiful halls and go down for coffee in the evening, settle in the main building.

Of the disadvantages of nutrition: there is no children's menu at all, lunch / dinner is the same, there are no meat dishes, there is simply nothing to feed the child. There are a lot of vegetables and desserts (all for the same taste), apples, oranges, watermelon from fruits. Delicious ice cream, but it is given only during dinner in the dining room and during lunch by the pool.
The rooms are old, everything is shabby, the furniture is dirty, there are cobwebs in the corners. For 8 days there has never been a normal cleaning, the garbage was thrown out and that's it. Toilet paper is given only when you go to quarrel at the reception, towels are changed only when you ask.
The bartenders in the bars are unfriendly, doing you a favor by pouring you some kind of drink.
The chef who makes pizza generally pretends not to notice you. Once, when he heard that we were taking 3 burgers, he ran up to the waiter and told us not to give it to us, since we were taking takeaway, we tried to get drunk that we were late for lunch, but he pretended that he did not understand us, turned away and left. In the end, we had to go to the beach and get burgers there.
Also, there are not enough sun beds by the pools. There is no night soup, we arrived at the hotel in the first hour of the night, hungry. The employee at the reception said that there was nothing, although in the concept of the hotel there is a night soup until 2 a.m.
There are no evening programs, a singer comes out and sings the same songs to the soundtrack, every evening. Once there was a really frothy party, at which brazen drunken Turks gathered, who, pushing aside children, plopped into the pool right in their clothes.

The fish is bad, the chicken... that's it....There's not even their omelette for breakfast. The cook roasts the eggs and distributes them half-cooked, and the omelet appears at 9.00 am and the queue follows it until 10.00, and then the breakfast is over. The hotel is clearly not designed for such a large number of people. Conclusion: not a vacation, but some kind of constant fuss everywhere on the territory and on the beach. You can find a wild place with clean water, but you'll be sitting on hot rocks under a towel. The sea is warm and brightens up your stay at this hotel a little. I do not recommend it...

I was looking for a hotel with the opportunity to walk to the sea (at a distance) in order to somehow move. Even this is there: a path among the pines... Great!
The only drawback is cleaning. Well, they don't lick the numbers at all. And gourmets need to be prepared for the lack of meat and fish variety. But fruits, watermelons, and greens are in abundance. That's what we needed. Still have porridge for breakfast....
In general, there is a desire to return.

The food is good, there is a large selection of dishes. The dishes are replenished in a timely manner. Bottled water is always available in refrigerators during the day. Cocktails are made in the lobby better than by the pool.
