Close to Side, you can go to the side market on your own, see the sights, take a walk.
The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable family holiday. Large and Clean sandy beach , pier. Disadvantage: sun beds are not always available in the shade, for some reason many of them are occupied in the morning, leaving things and towels, although the administration is struggling with this.
The food is excellent for 5+ , although we are very demanding about food , we were satisfied. What desserts are worth is their choice that there is not enough time and energy to try everything.
Rooms : the condition is excellent , as well as in the photo from the tour operator. Everything was clean, the view was of the neighboring hotel and the sea, although they did not pay anything extra, there are Russian-speaking employees (but only a couple), a lot of Germans vacationing, Russian-speaking at a minimum. I definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing, family vacation.

Two stars only for the sea and a nice beach.I had a rest in September -October 2021.The rest is from the boorish attitude of the staff (exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, Germans -they smile and kiss their asses), murdered, dirty rooms overlooking the construction site (sewage from it is drained into the sea next to the beach)or a dumpster and rotten food, which was wasted by a lot of people-it's terrible! And for all this, one hundred thousand was paid for one in a week!The Turks are fooling our brother!In short-!The latest,,three-piece,,in Cyprus is much better than Turkish ,,fives,,.Turkey for me after such a,,vacation,,no longer exists

The terrible attitude of the hotel! We sent a grandmother with a 2-year-old child to this hotel. Upon arrival in Turkey (on the way to the hotel), they were told that part of the hotel was under renovation, and that they were being taken to the BeleK Soho Beach Club 5 hotel (supposedly 5 stars), and that it was supposedly better. In fact, the hotel turned out to be a terrible dump, the windows of the room generally faced the wall with air conditioning. Through a tour agent, we spent 12 hours deciding on the issue of moving to this hotel. They were transported, of course no "repairs" were carried out there, the hotel was completely packed. At first they were told to wait until 12, and then until 14 o'clock, and this after such a terrible check-in at a bad hotel, a lost day of rest and with a 2-year-old child. At the same time, while they were waiting, new people came and settled them! They also met a man there, who was taken to BeleK Soho Beach Club 5 in the same way, and returned here after the scandal. This confirms the consistency of their attitude towards their customers and the existence of partnership agreements with a bad hotel for bringing customers to it and settling in terrible conditions. Most likely, the hotel sells more rooms than it has and sends people to its "partners" at BeleK Soho Beach Club 5. We paid a lot of money, but in fact we received such an attitude. Due to the fact that this scheme is being implemented by this hotel on an ongoing basis, we will write appeals to the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and the Turkish police to conduct an anti-corruption audit against the hotel. I wrote to the people who book rooms at this hotel to prepare for possible unpleasant situations.

We had a rest at the end of October 2021. We took a two-room room specially, although there are only three of us: me, my husband and my child. The room was at the very end of the territory in two-storey bungalows. We had the quietest place with a swimming pool where no one had ever swum and a mini restaurant where almost no one had ever sat. A very large beautiful area where it was nice to go to the dining room in the morning, but we tried to drive an electric car from the beach. I take a minus for a dirty and unkempt beach (Or it's just that at the end of the season they have already relaxed) and a room that has seen the sights. The food was also modest enough for the top five, but they didn't stay hungry for sure.

The hotel is located near Antalya Airport, about a 30-minute drive away. The territory is huge and very well maintained, the staff is polite, smiling, the animators are just great, they work 100%! One of the disadvantages is the smoking of tourists at every turn, but since there is no ban on smoking in public places in Turkey, nothing can be done about it, just accept it.

But we lived in a large building - a maze. About the disadvantages in the corridors of the hotel, the air conditioners are not turned on, the windows are open: in the heat of + 30 it is stuffy. The hotel was fully occupied. The food was very tasty and for breakfast and lunch you could find a place at a table, but for dinner you need to circle the hall for a long time in search of an empty table, and if you find it, you will sit behind a dirty tablecloth. And yet: it turns out that the duties of receptionists do not include waking up or even warning about the postponement of the tour time.

We returned from paradise a couple of days ago. A wonderful hotel, delicious food, funny and fervent animators, with whom my husband, my mother and I became very close friends. Cleaning is daily. Towels are constantly being changed. The safe is free, the Internet is absolutely free EVERYWHERE. There is a different show program every day. Invited guests several times a week. Saturday and Sunday are special days in the restaurant and special decorations. In general, there are a lot of emotions...I can't tell you everything. What a territory...She's gorgeous.❤

A great Family Hotel with a good animation team. The area is very beautiful and clean. Ideal pools have a relaxation area. There were a lot of questions about nutrition, but by the end of the stay they were removed. In one of the bars, there are several types of imported alcohol! There are guest carriages running around the hotel. I recommend it!

a wonderful hotel for families with and without children) A huge territory, good food, special recreation areas of 18+, if you do not want to be disturbed by other people's children, of whom there are sooooo many in all Turkish hotels. but on a huge territory you don't notice it at all, there are 5 swimming pools, one of which is for children, slides, a coffee shop. very clean hotel, no bugs, only hedgehogs, squirrels and turtles were seen on the territory. The only disadvantage, and even then it does not depend on the hotel at all, is the sea. The beach is clean, and the sea is like a Moscow puddle, perhaps for some it is normal, but after the crystal water in Cyprus, the sea in Belek is a swamp.

We had a rest at the Arcanus Hotel with a friend at the end of September 2018. In general, I liked everything very much.....great beach, bars, rooms, staff, everything is wonderful. The only significant disadvantage in my opinion is the premises of the canteens (there is no other way to call it). They really reminded me of not the best canteens of Soviet times ..... uncomfortable, crowded, waiters rattling dishes, untidy. If you try to arrange food places somehow, then there will be no price for this hotel. Have a nice day to everyone!!!

A large area with 3 courts, a football field, a gym, several swimming pools. Russian-speaking staff. Alcohol is of low quality, it is not worth drinking. The beach is pebbles + sand. The food is good, greens, fruits, chicken, fish, desserts - everything is there. Pork and beef are almost not given. Ice cream is only at lunch. Coffee in any bar and restaurant.
The animators are not very strong, but the visiting guest performers (magicians, acrobats, dancers) are mostly good.
There's a foam party on Saturdays.

hello everyone. I can't say what I liked or disliked about the hotel.
In general, we can say unequivocally that it is not worth the money.
Minuses:
- they take a long time to settle (in principle, a common problem of many hotels, but nevertheless such a moment takes place);
- the staff is not very interested in solving any issues;
- the doctor works from 9 to 18, if something does not let that happen, you will have to call for insurance (the doctor is not Russian-speaking, it feels like a person is not aware of the affairs of his specialty);
- the food is not tasty, the choice is meager, there is a queue for fried eggs in the morning (since there is nothing normal in the morning anymore), at lunch you can eat French fries and then you need to make sure that there is no queue;
- half of the bar Card is paid (even the mojito is paid, it cost 4.5 bucks);
- a lot of little things that spoil the holiday picture.
Advantages:
- a calm and peaceful hotel;
- a large area with lounge areas.
The hotel is definitely not worth the money and definitely would not have given the title/The status is 5 stars.
I definitely won't go 2 times.

We were in a variety of hotels from the usual to the most expensive. Therefore, I will try to write an objective review:
1. The rooms are very nice, large and spacious, not worn out. The plumbing is in good condition. 2 adults, 5 years old and 2 years old were perfectly accommodated without darkness in the hotel.
2. The territory of the hotel is large and very green with gorgeous green pines and fir trees.
3. The hotel staff is almost all Russian-speaking. A lot of people work from the Russian Federation, including animatrists and waiters.
4. the beach is good, canopies that save from the sun are especially pleasant, much better than umbrellas, although they are present here. Although there is no pier here and no floating boards for children either. Sand, I must say, is also construction with pebbles and the entrance to the sea is also not very good. With a gap of half a meter and pebbles with sand. Not typical sandy for belek and not soft and smooth like in other Belek hotels.
5. separately for volleyball fans-the playground is located very competently, fenced with bushes so that the ball does not fly away. The net is stretched high with antennae, but the sand is hard and does not absorb water well and turns into a swamp when watered.
6.A gorgeous large grass football field marked out, regularly trimmed and watered.
7. The miniclub is great, they do great and interesting things with children. Although it is not equipped with the latest technology as in many other hotels. Great minidiscoe with a mascot.
Now about the unpleasant:
8. the hotel is trying to make money on literally everything and so petty:
Popcorn is cheap and terrible, they don't even sell it in bags in auchan in the Russian Federation. Horror. And there, $ 2 for the rest time rose to $ 3. Although I haven't seen anyone who would buy it.
Corn for money....well, who sells corn is it funny?!! Too much of a delicatessen for me
9. There is no free children's trampoline here. The hotel is ridiculous. A children's hotel... We do not have a free trampoline... It costs 1t$ huge. It's not money for a hotel. It is everywhere, but here for $ 6 there is a paid one with a person and stretch marks for high jumps, although the canvases themselves are full of holes and with patches.Then why not make the usual children's jumps on them free.
10. Shows like in inexpensive hotels are amateur performances and cheap ensembles.
11. Food is the most interesting thing. There are really very tasty things, but they are monotonous and do not change. Snacks, as always, are purely Turkish, it is impossible to eat and few people eat them. Many adult dishes are sooo spicy, although I love spicy, but it's really too much. Soups, like everywhere else in Turkey except for very expensive hotels, are terrible. ice cream is only for lunch and it's terrible. This is also terrible for a children's hotel. 2 weeks barely survived on such monotony.
But the breakfast is very good, gorgeous yogurts with berries from compote omelets, scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed juice (you make it yourself for free).
There is a children's table. With a microwave, blender, etc. children's tables, cartoons.
12. but packaged juices are only in the lobby and they need to be asked to be poured. Otherwise, juices from cars, but it's poison.
13. alcohol is original: martini 3 kinds, vodka Smirnov and whiskey they are poured only in 1 bar chillout near the beach!!!
14.the service at the hotel is good, especially in chillout. Even the most expensive hotels need to learn this!!!
In general, the hotel spoils PETTINESS!!!!

Entertainment for 5 points!The food is not bad, there was always fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables,meat,ice cream at lunch, fast food by the pool. Cleanliness is lame, dirty water glasses, the rooms are dirty. The territory is well maintained, rabbits are running, chickens. The staff is Russian-speaking, friendly. We smoked a good hookah, many types. We appreciated the souvenir shop with my husband, bought a hookah, plates, all sorts of small things, the seller is not annoying as it usually happens, friendly. There is also a shop near the amphitheater, they took lukums, one set of 4 small 10 $, they turned out to be very tasty and fresh. Representatives of tui are always at the hotel, there are phone numbers, they are always in touch. In general, everything is good.

Hello, we just returned from vacation , we waited a year...disappointment..There is no animation ..a funny parody of her ..that I would never have thought of Turkey ..children have nothing to do, it 's boring, adults too ..(( in the evenings they entertain with songs ..we felt like pensioners (( there is nothing to do for young people , or for a fee - entertainment from a guide ..we had a guide -Yasha (a terrible attitude , about additional trips - a lot of deception , omission, left for entertainment -did not really inform us what we need to take, what to wear, responds to messages for a long time. The food in the hotel is delicious (as everywhere else), the water park is very small , the water in it and in the pool is cold , the attitude of the staff is normal , about cleaning - they did not remove the garbage from the room for several days ..in general, in my opinion, this is not 5 stars , but 3, well, a maximum of 4...

The staff is always friendly, they try their best. Thanks to all of them. In the evening, there are various shows in the amphitheater. Vegetable holidays with a child can hardly be called truly vegetable) Were in May 2019. But we must admit that we really liked it. We searched for the hotel for a long time and were not mistaken for my taste, our choice fell on Tui Fun&sun club Belek 5*. A hotel where everything is done so that a vacation with children would be no more difficult than without them. With the weather, we were very lucky it was not hot or cold and at the same time the sea was quite pleasant - we swam every day. My son loved children's discos with all his heart and already an hour before it started, he began to show us that it was time to dance). We were only very scared of the symbol of the children's club - a toucan (or rather an animator in a costume). And when he appeared on stage, and all the children joyfully ran to him to perform the final dance, ours ran to hide with us) but thanks to this fact, we managed to get the best seats for the evening show)
We were shocked by the dinosaur exhibition on the territory of the hotel (held every 2 weeks), there are trampolines and attractions and eggs for photos and dinosaur figures that roar and move, I think about the same exhibitions happen and are actively advertised in our shopping malls, which I could not get to for various reasons)
There is nothing to say about the olinclusive food system, everyone knows that it is always a full refrigerator and a bar that walk around the hotel with you, anticipating your not yet made-up gastronomic wishes😋
Although the feeling of rest came to us after a week, I really want to go again🤣

Good afternoon! I stayed at this hotel with my family from September 5 to September 15, 2019. I read the reviews myself when choosing, so I will try to give the most objective assessment of my stay. The hotel positions itself as 5 stars, so I rate it more strictly. If there were a 4-star review, it would be different, but I wouldn't come here)) Please keep in mind that next year my review will be of little relevance, the hotel may get better or worse, everything changes here every season. So, in order.
1. The territory is very large, very green. There are cool locations for photos. There are a lot of people, but there is enough room for everyone. But due to the vastness of the hotel, different places in it are poorly cleaned. Carpet in buildings, elevators are a bit dirty. This is tolerable and excusable, but for a 4-year-old.
2. The pool with slides is also large, quite clean. You can swim with children without fear.
3. The beach is good, the sea is pleasant. Minus - stones when entering the water. It's just a little hell, but if you overcome it, the sea is a reward)) I would clean the beach if I were the manager of a 5-star hotel. It's not difficult, comfort will be added.
4. Food (everyone always cares first of all). The food is high-quality, varied, there is enough for everyone, there are queues for top dishes, but make allowances that everyone wants fried eggs in the morning and meat on fire in the evening. You can wait 3 minutes. Ice cream at lunch (I read here that this is a minus, but you just need to get used to it), but there is less temptation for children, there is a rule, and we follow it. In short, the food will not disappoint. I also recommend the Italian restaurant as a mandatory program. Delicious, atmospheric!
5. Room cleaning - 3 stars. It doesn't matter, you either have to complain / additionally ask for a second cleaning, or just bait the cleaner with a tip) The second is more productive!
6. The general condition of the rooms is 4 stars. When checking in, ask for the quiet side. On the side by the road, garbage is taken out at 5-6 in the morning. You can't sleep with the windows open, you'll definitely wake up! And you need to sleep with the windows open, fresh air is useful)
7. Animation for children. Since the hotel positions itself as a children's hotel, I will share the animation. The 2019 team of the year for children's animation is 4 stars with a minus. Everything seems to be there, programs / contests / movement, but the animators do not light up. There are a lot of children only at the evening disco, during the day there is a rotten one. Yes, there is a club, but here it is miserable, it will lose to any free garden in Russia. During the day there are 5-7 children (with full occupancy of the hotel), the program is boring. Maybe children of 7+ will like it, kids - not so much. But there were cool events, it's a sin not to mention it. In general, 4 stars.
8. Adult animation. One of the obvious advantages is the evening shows. But they are made invited guests. It's almost always cool. But! The local animation team is not so great this year (in terms of working with adults). They involve the audience weakly, or obsessively / intrusively (a couple of people from the animation team). 5-6 people played water polo, 6-8 people played beach volleyball, and 6-8 people played darts most of all (but you understand the format of darts yourself). Other activities are not very active either) In football, on a really good clearing, so in 10 days we never even gathered 10 people. This is when the hotel is fully occupied. But if you do not need animation, then you will not feel its absence, the quality of rest will not be affected. Moreover, I repeat, the evening shows are good. And after a delicious dinner with a bottle of wine (also good) - what else is needed?)
BOTTOM LINE: for 4 stars - quite good! For 5 stars, no. Come here? Yes, if there are no too high requirements. The impressions of the vacation will not remain bad (although I understand that someone will say something else. While I was writing a review at the reception waiting for a transfer to the airport, some woman was brawling harshly, I don't know why. But women are different : ))

I recommend it especially to those who have never traveled abroad, who have nothing to compare it with!!! I went with my family twice, in 2018 and 2019. We were there in June 2019.the territory is large.the room is good for 2 adults and a child.what I didn't like was the food.there is a lot of it, but the monotony is that the queue is delicious for 40 minutes and ends quickly.We didn't get to the a la kart restaurants, there were no places.The ice cream is not delicious.room cleaning-as there was garbage on the floor, so it did not disappear after 7 days.alcohol is normal, especially if you encourage the bartender, then everything will be even better.the hotel is focused on holidays with children without children there is nothing to do there.I wouldn't go back there a second time.
