The area is great! Well-groomed! There's greenery all around! But there are many BUTS! There is a musty smell in the rooms on the ground floor. It looks like a fungus somewhere! The food is varied, but the cooking is of the same type. The staff is very friendly! The location is great! But there's nothing to do in the evening. Animation is not that scarce-it does not exist at all! Two boys are jumping around pretending to be dancers! At the same time, one constantly looks at the other and tries to copy! Cocktails aren't great either! Complete non-compliance with prescription proportions. There is almost no alcohol in cocktails-they pour "water"! There is a lack of such an oriental, colorful holiday, such as hookah, Turkish coffee made on the sand! There are not enough freshly squeezed juices. For breakfast-packaged! And this with such a climate and an abundance of fruits! Pomegranate juice, for breakfast, would be nice!
There are many disadvantages, but if you do not pay attention to the disadvantages, then the hotel is wonderful! But I won't go anymore.

We were brought to the hotel at about 6-30 am. We knew that check-in according to international standards begins at 14:00 p.m. and were ready for this, but still hoped that the child
would be settled earlier. It wasn't there. They offered to put on bracelets, change clothes, leave luggage and go to breakfast. We think IT's GOOD..and where to leave your luggage? Where can I change my clothes? It turns
out that there is no luggage room at the reception and you need to change clothes in the TOILET!!!!! Well, let it be so. We took turns going to the toilet to change clothes, as we need to keep an eye on things. We had breakfast. I went back to the reception to see if the room was ready. We specially booked the room back in Moscow, in the Maracan style. We are told that, since we have ordered an individual room, it is still being prepared. The room is ready at 13-30. I think it's finally here. While the family is on the beach, I get into an electric car with a luggage carrier and go to the room. This would-be driver twice managed to fly off the road and knock down clay pots for garbage that stand on the edges of the road. A great start to a vacation....We drove through one building, another, the third, I think, when will they take me to my cherished room in the Maracan style? The road along which the bus was taking us to the hotel has already appeared!!! AND WE FINALLY STOPPED!!! As the navigator later showed, 800 meters from the room to the sea!!!!We go up to room 7204. Bellman takes out the key

their dad is. Half an hour passes, he comes back with some kind of device for connecting to an electronic lock. With a smart look, I connected it to the lock, pressed the buttons and could not open it. Here I begin to understand that the rest will be specific. The boy safely jumps
into his electric car and drives away. The family is already starting to look for me. Fifteen minutes later, a technician appears and opens the room with a master key. I'm coming in....And what do I see!!!! THIS IS A REGULAR STANDARD ROOM!! And where is the vaunted Maracan style? Or is this style with a slight touch of Turkish? They gave my family a ride. I will not write what my wife said about me, but
she did not accept my excuses about the broken lock and the technique. Seeing the number, she switched her anger from me to this Maracan style. I started calling Moscow. They replied that they would figure it out. While they were sorting it out, they went to inspect the hotel. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, everything is well maintained and clean.
It's a long way to the beach, but we hoped that we would be relocated and the rest would be as it should be.
We were wrong.
After a while, we went to the reception desk (assistants from the Tui company) and explained the situation. THEY MADE SERIOUS FACES, and went with us to the stoic reception.
As expected, the reception staff gently sent them and for one of us. Otherwise, nothing surprising. However, they promised that everything would be fine tomorrow and we would be moved to another room.
The next day, I went back to the counter, and they didn't look at me at all.
Gritting their teeth, they were given the keys to another room. I already knew for sure that nothing good would be offered to us, but still. Let's go see the new issue. The room was exactly the one we ordered, but it was located under the mountain!!!!! Yes, I was right under the mountain. That is, when you go out on the balcony, there is a huge earthen rampart in front of you and people are walking along the road at the top.
That's it, we're done with changing the room, we'll live in the old one. The safe in the room is not working. I called the reception, they brought another one. CLOSED!!! I spat on him and no longer began to spoil my nerves from the completely useless work of the reception staff.

We always went to the restaurant an hour and a half after opening. One day, by this time, the table cleaners had already started to clean the tablecloths, although there was still an hour and a half left before the end.
All hotel staff (reception, animation, photographers, bus drivers and other employees of Tui)I ate with the guests of the hotel, and during the rush hour. The kitchen staff at the guests did not hesitate to approach the distribution and took what they needed from the Swedish line. Sugar is only lumpy.
Although the hotel positions itself as a children's hotel and many kids eat porridge with sugar.To put it mildly, it is not very convenient to knead lump sugar every time. Place teaspoons, wooden sticks. And this is in a five-star hotel. There are only two natural coffee machines in the dining room (1000 guests)
And one of them didn't work for two days. FRESH ORANGE JUICE IS GENERALLY A SONG!!!
Of the three juice presses, only one works normally. Near the place where the juice is squeezed out, mud and puddles of this very juice. The trays on which the presses stand are buried in mud. There is only one microwave for the entire hotel, and if you want to feed your child outside, you will have to warm it in the central dining room. The porridge on the line is in large, but not deep trays, you have to type it with a spoon. There are soup tureens nearby at breakfast!!! Why is there soup for breakfast??
After all, you can pour porridge there and put a ladle next to it. The dishes that are outside by the pool are cold. Do you want to warm up? Welcome to the central dining room. The so-called A LA CARTE restaurants are a special topic. I won't talk about everything, but I will tell you about the "Italian". We ordered a caprese salad, meat steak, fish steak and risotto. I will not describe all the colors, (the meat steak was completely raw) I will say that we only ate the fish steak. The rest does not look like Italian cuisine at all. The reanimators, oh, sorry, the animators are "dead", only volleyball saved. There is a soft surface on the playground, sand!!! Every time the child had to wash it off with water. In the middle of our stay, all the refrigerators with bottled water were removed throughout the hotel. What for? Savings? BUT THE HOTEL IS NOT CHEAP!! So dear hoteliers, do not be offended by this review.

Opinions about the hotel are divided. Initially, we planned another hotel, but in fact we had to go to the Fun&sun Club Belek, which I am glad of in the end. After reading the reviews before leaving, to put it mildly, I was upset. In fact, and to the case of the hotel. At the reception, they always smiled at us, were not rude, they were always happy to help (both girls and boys), there are no complaints about the staff. We had a room at the very end of the hotel, in houses on 3 floors, it takes about 6 minutes to walk from the main building. Every day we were cleaned, everyone! They made the bed, washed the floors, shower gel was also always present, as well as toilet paper, new towels. In terms of food, I don't know what the cat was missing there?! And in general, people, I'm sorry, what forests or mountains do you come from!? Looking at most of what I've seen, it feels like you've been starving for a whole year, and then coming to the hotel you're full for a year in front. These watermelons are rowing with basins and God forbid they are over! Someone didn't have enough scrambled eggs or pancakes (pan cakes), but there are always women there who, at your request, will immediately fry everything as much as you need. We did not starve, I will not complain (neither my husband nor I had an upset stomach). The tables were covered with tablecloths, I ate, I just got up, everything was immediately cleaned. You can also eat at the main pool. There are from fast food (burgers, hot dogs), to grilled (chicken, vegetables), soups, desserts, fruits. The territory of the hotel is very large, beautiful nature, everything is well-groomed, ceramic jugs for garbage are everywhere, the beach is clean (sand), there are a lot of sun beds, you can always find free ones, there is always a lifeguard and a guard on the beach. We just returned from the hotel, no impressions! Food for a weak three, animation no-ka-ka-ya! The boredom is terrible! I have already visited a huge number of hotels, there was no such animation anywhere!!! They won't put water in the room until you ask. The food is monotonous every day, we rested for 10 days, so by the end of the rest we just went hungry or ate only fruits, because everything is not delicious! There were a lot of fruits, watermelons, melons, white, black grapes, pears, plums, red, green apples, bananas, oranges. I was pleased with the freshly squeezed juice for breakfast. By the middle of the rest, a terrible allergy began, I don't know what, but now I'm reading reviews and maybe also on the carpet. I was also very pleased with the coffee shop, the coffee is delicious! The sea was so dirty for the first time, perhaps because of the rain, because when we arrived it was raining, but we saw transparency only before departure. The entrance to the sea is good, there were always enough sunbeds, no matter how many times I came to the beach. I definitely do not recommend this hotel!
TUI Fan&Sun Club Belek is an expensive and fashionable hotel. We are having a family vacation in the first week of June 2019.
To be honest, I first wrote a more negative review at the beginning of my vacation in a hurry. Now I decided to correct it.
A 5* hotel does not pull in any way. But they didn't count on it. In Turkey, the bit depth is conditional and differs from the generally accepted world one.
The territory is beautiful and well maintained. Very green, lots of flowers.
The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.
The animators are great. Special thanks and respect to them. They work with the soul.
I recommend going to the hairdresser Ibrahim. A good craftsman and a very positive person. I was giving my son and wife a haircut. Makes colored pigtails.
A good SPA, but expensive.
There are many pools at every house. Slides for children.
The food in the canteen is decent.
The quality service is working. Measures are taken when applying.
Negative points:
The room is not cleaned daily. We spent two days kicking the maids to change the towels. Only one maid cleaned well. I left her a tip. And she tried to make us feel good.
The canteen resonates strongly with the hotel. Dishes (glasses) are poorly washed or not washed. Everyone complains about it. But that's why the beer glasses are clean. Therefore, for the child, it was beer glasses that he took under the water.
As part of the tour, you can order a restaurant of your choice once. The hotel has three restaurants: Turkish, Italian, and fish. The fish restaurant costs $10/person. We went for a short stay and the free Turkish and Italian restaurants were all booked. So we ordered a fish restaurant. For three people (two adults and a child), it was necessary to pay an additional $ 25. Food is brought to the restaurant from the common canteen. The only difference is the serving. It is not clear what the money was paid for.
It is worth saying that the first two days the overall impression was more negative, but then the situation began to change. Either people began to be outraged, or the "season" began in hotels and earned fully. I'm leaning towards the former. According to the criterion of "I will go again/ I will not go again", our family is for "I will go again".
It is also worth noting that Belek is a fairly expensive resort region. Compared to other hotels, Fan&Sun is perhaps the most optimal and balanced. There are hotels with better service, but more expensive. But this is an individual issue. As he decides for himself.

My husband and I breathed last year in Asteria and Turkey enchanted us with everything.the rest was wonderful.the hotel staff is hospitable, the bartenders simply have no words, they made amazing cocktails.in general, if you want to have a great rest, go to the Bellek Asteria hotel.

There was everything to do and according to interests....There are many Germans in the hotel, there are Poles, Czechs, Russians-without Tagil. The hotel is both family and youth friendly.....Everyone wants to come back....

Great hotel. Children's, wonderful territory and food. The Italian restaurant is good. But gourmets have nothing to do there. And do not confuse a family hotel and a hotel for families with children. This one is for families with children.

Excellent, well-maintained hotel, beautiful territory, delicious tortillas are prepared by the beach, you can have lunch by the sea in the bar and not go to the main restaurant, not far from the ancient Side, to which we walked along the shore, good rooms, cleaned every day. I recommend the hotel.
Nice hotel, large territory, lots of animation and games, evening shows.
The Toucan Kids Club also has responsive and friendly animators (kids like to play with them)
Great hotel. We were there with my son for 1.5 years. I really liked everything. I was worried that it would be a problem to feed the baby, but no, there were no problems with that!!!!! By itself, the hotel is rather good for a family (children's) holiday - large, green, children's entertainment is present.
But the trouble is with food and reception.
The food is monotonous and sometimes not of high quality: I personally fell on fish that were not cleaned properly. Scales are not a pleasure for everyone. or potatoes made from powder. The queue for banal scrambled eggs for breakfast.)) Because of such little things, I don't want to call it great.
But of course there are advantages: canopies on the beach, animators who can be seen trying, a green area where you can walk with children. Russian-speaking staff, which will be a plus for many. There are cool bartenders, waiters, animators - their mere presence creates a mood of relaxation.
In general, the hotel can be considered as the MOST budget option, with all the consequences. Then it doesn't hurt) if the requirements are quite strict, it's better to look for something else.
I liked the hotel. A large area. Pools, beach, rooms are all more or less. I do not know the qc at the height of the season, but at the end of April I liked it. Except for some vacationers and the quality of local alcohol. But these are costs. The hotel is normal.

The man there is not bad and friendly, the ladies behave like the hostess of the hotel and the feeling that I am asking myself to check in for free. The dining room is alone, obviously not coping. There are no seats all the time, the tables are often not cleaned. There are no cocktails, only for money. There is no snack anywhere on such a huge territory and there are no snacks on the beach. Just drink. There's also ice cream for money at a family hotel. The beach is small and there are not enough tents. There are never any places. Only under the scorching sun. The food is monotonous. There is no pork and mutton at all. Chicken and turkey. Rarely beef. I liked the rooms. They are spacious, but the cleaning is poor. They wash the entire floor with one mop. Other people's hair is brought on it and they cling to the legs of the chairs. It was flying in clouds from under the bed. The contingent in an expensive hotel. It turned out that 50% of the software was bought on a cheap basis by someone where, because he participates in all sorts of practical jokes. That is, we paid 200 thousand rubles for three people, and next to them in the room is 61 rubles. For the same conditions. And there are quite a few of them. The advantages of the hotel are that I lost weight - this is a rarity in Turkey, the proximity of the sea and the pool. If there are no places on the beach, then you can lie at the basmain 30 steps from it to the sea. The location is super, true, and the bass is one in 5 stars. I don't count a puddle for kids. There are 2 more small pools away for the residents of the bungalow. But there is no toilet and walk 600 meters to them. Again, there is nothing edible in the whole area. This is the first time I've seen such savings. In general, we will not go anymore, despite the beautiful territory and the proximity of the sea.
It's a fairy tale.. Even I couldn't upset the reception.. Evening shows.. Night discos.. Animation from morning to night.. Sports activities are scheduled... Fast food or diet food... Number: as luck would have it, we got it in the far corner - further from the sea and everything was fine (silence, shade), a French balcony (go out to stand, there are ropes to dry the laundry), although in the description - without a balcony, but it was not needed. Closer to the sea, the noise from discos on the beach is such that the window cannot be opened until 6 am. High-quality cleaning, every day. The territory is large, you can walk, there is a mini zoo, pomegranates and grapefruit grow. Sun loungers by the pool, on the grass, by the sea, hammocks, everything in abundance, did not have to be occupied (only on the sea in the shade end by 9 am). The pool is excellent clean: large 50m (you can train), children's with slides, indoor pool in the spa area (round 10m diameter). There are no questions. Spa area: sauna (2 large ones for 6 people and a small one for 4), hammam (with steam), Turkish steam room (where to splash from buckets and rub with soap) is not bad in itself. Massage, offered for a fee of 6 sessions for 300 dollars, nothing. There were more Thai people, maybe they have a better one. The masseur stupidly kneads his back, not a pro. As a scrub, I rubbed the coffee spoiled, a rash appeared. It works up to 20, it could be longer. Meals: breakfast 7.30-11- pancakes, eggs, freshly squeezed juice, ham, soup, tolerable coffee (buns, fries, strange salads were not taken), drinks - lemonades in the vending machine, tea. Sweets - puddings, cakes, cake (take out 1 time and who managed ...) are weak. Plus, everything is enough even if it comes to an end. Hand sanitizers are everywhere - they haven't been poisoned. Fruits: apples, pears, peaches are not tasty, grapes, melon are tolerable, watermelon as lucky (depends on the specific watermelon) . They accidentally found out about the "night table" and leave part of the food until 24-00. We have not seen any official information about this. I wasn't interested in alcohol, but there was definitely beer, bottled wines for free, swill in bars. Adult animation is not stressful (darts, Pilates stretching (nothing), volleyball, pool games). There seems to be a tight program for children (you can send at 10, pick up at 15), but it did not take too long. In the evening, you will not be able to give it to the club, it does not work. There is a children's disco, slot machines (paid). Sea: the beach is sandy, the sea is muddy, but clean. Shopping: the prices at the hotel are heavily charged, we went to belek (bus from the ring every 20 minutes for 2 lira per person), went to carefour, a pharmacy for sun cream, the rest are rag shops. We went to land of legends for a big show and then separately for a daily performance (starting at 22, not at 21, as the guides said). The show is free and more colorful than a paid tent (acrobats and motorcycles were still impressed there, so they did not regret it). As a result: the potential of the hotel is higher than the capabilities or desires of the management - to train the staff, remove the dustpan and familiarity in communication, sort out the schedules of events, make a normal children's menu. So without obvious failures, but also not super.
We had a vacation with my husband in May (from 30-11 April May) 2019.
It's been a long time and I don't want to write anything about this hotel.
We won't be back any time. ,
One thing I can say -a very budget hotel
There are 7 free cocktails in total, the rest are $4.5 each. Queues at the restaurant. Only orange juice in the morning in the restaurant is identical to natural, the rest of the juices are powdered.
