We stayed at this hotel in June.
The view from the rooms overlooking the sea is gorgeous 😍
but! since this is a bay, the effects of storms take a very long time to pass here and almost always waves. During the 2 weeks of vacation, there were only 1-2 days of crystal clear sea.
The location is such that there is nowhere to walk.
Nearby there is another hotel with a dining room, a cafe with live music every day, a small market and a shop.
Overall, I liked the hotel:
1. The food is decent, quite varied, you will not stay hungry for sure. The only thing missing was little things like ketchup/mayonnaise, fresh vegetables. Dinner can be pre-ordered. The dinner menu is very limited, and the prices are high)
2. The beach. There were always enough sun beds. Workers clean the algae and wipe the sun beds every morning.
3. The buildings have taps with water where you can rinse your feet so as not to carry sand into the room.
4. Taxis, transfers and excursions can be ordered directly from the hotel.
5. Every evening they show a movie on the street.
I didn't like it:
1. Cleaning!!! The maids only take out the trash, change the bed linen and clean the floor. That's it!! The dust was not wiped off once, the mirror, sink, toilet and all plumbing were never washed in the bathroom. They came up to the reception with a question whether washing plumbing was meant, they said: yes, of course. 2 came!! the maids only washed the toilet, and the sink and mirror were splashed and stained, and remained.
2. The staff is not rude, but as if they have already worked out the season and everyone is as tired as possible))
3. When booking a room, we were asked about the possibility of rescheduling lunch for dinner on the day of arrival, indicating the time of arrival, we were told that this issue is resolved on the eve of arrival. We wrote the day before arrival, they replied to us: "lunch cannot be rescheduled" without any alternative suggestions. When we said that we were initially approved of such an opportunity, the answer is about the same: you skip lunch and period, there is a cafe nearby.
4. They did not warn that the reception is open until 20:00. Again, we wrote the arrival time 2 times and it is obvious that we will not be able to arrive before 20:00. Accordingly, when we arrived, everything was closed. We met an employee by chance, they gave us the keys and escorted us to the room.
5. Wi-Fi works disgusting.
6. Electricity is often turned off, and with it the water.
This hotel is well suited for those who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

The food will go like a dining room , not a cafe, housing will go 3c plus, only there is no elevator on the 5th floor , go down and up at least 3 times , change into the dining room , go in , bought a tour at 8: 30 said the guide , then sent the guide an agreement that the time may change , which is bad , 7:55 departure and hungry without breakfast to walk before lunch and it's not up to the tour for me, there are many pitfalls than Turkey

We had a rest in Arbik in 2022 and 2023. A good boarding house away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Private beach, which is very important. The area is clean. The rooms are cleaned regularly. The dining room is good. We will definitely come here again.

A great place to relax! If you come to Abkhazia, I advise you to stay here. Excellent service, excellent receptionist Daria, answered all my questions, promptly responded to any requests. There is everything: a playground with a trampoline, and toys for the baby to play on the shore, everything is super in the rooms, and Wi-Fi is everywhere. The food is excellent in the dining room. Its exit to the shore, there are Saps. Perhaps this is the best place in terms of a comfortable family holiday, and a wonderful atmosphere and staff. I wish Arbika prosperity and more satisfied vacationers! I will definitely come again!

The boarding house is located in a wonderful place, quiet, calm, equipped beach, canopies, sun beds (there are a lot of them for everyone). The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is about a couple of meters of pebbles, it is not very convenient to enter with a wave, and it is generally a problem to go out (I bought corals at the market nearby), with a calm sea it is not a problem. Sea view suites with a large balcony, clean, spacious. The hotel staff cleans and cleans the whole day, the beach is cleaned in the evening and in the morning. Only the food leaves much to be desired, but you will not stay hungry, there is no dinner, but next to the dining room at the marble castle hotel, the prices are quite normal. And so the boarding house is located at the very end of the fish factory, there are not many shops and cafes, so prices are more expensive. But the purest sea, the beach and the unrepeatable nature...

A wonderful boarding house with responsive staff. Movie nights every day in the yard. The sea view from the rooms is amazing. But unfortunately, there is a fly in the ointment - this is nutrition. For a month after such a meal, my wife and I have to be treated (apparently designed for iron stomachs).

The place is 10 out of 10, the food is 3 out of 10, the main factor that spoiled the good impressions, but they didn't get poisoned, and that's good. It is not very convenient to get to the boarding house, it will be important for those who are going to travel around Abkhazia. The main advantage of this place is its own sandy beach 10 meters from the hotel plus a shallow sea - you need to go far enough from the shore to get deep. There are no night parties with loud music. There is also a private parking.

We were with my husband for the first time in 2019. And then it was a fairy tale. Few people , very tasty homemade food , a good room (provided that they were settled in standard) and most importantly, these are the views ! We fell in love with this place and decided to come here three years later.....
Arriving at 22, we were disappointed. We took the same standard room. , we were placed in some kind of "closet", where the entrance door is an exit to a common balcony, with rusty tiles, and the room itself is tiny (provided that we were already here and know what to compare it with)
When I went down to the receptionist, I heard the answer: " Well, when did you book? We have already booked all the good rooms for half a year.")) and accordingly I have a question: why then these rooms are not in different categories, since the room that we were in earlier ( the entrance door is from the inside, there is a fenced balcony, the room is larger) it was significantly different from this little room that we took now. The administrator did not offer me a solution. I had to look for him on my own. Ask when the rooms of the lower category are vacated and move into it.
Food....the first time it was a very delicious homemade meal. There were watermelons and melons. There were fish a couple of times in 10 days.
What we saw in the year 22. A very economical menu. Almost always macaroni. Puree, even if it was in the first hour, it ends and the cook says "it should have been earlier", but as if on vacation there is no desire to "guard the puree at the table" instead of resting))) there were only apples from fruits. Breakfasts are generally sad. Porridge , delicious sausages , not very tasty omelette and so on every day .
I rarely write reviews. But it's really sad that a wonderful place that you fall in love with at first sight starts to slow down later. Although there are no excessive requirements. Everyone understands that this is not the top five in Turkey.

We rested with my husband from 09/22/2022 to 09/28/2022 in a suite with a sea view. A great boarding house! It was built in 2018. Fresh is not a bad repair. Very good staff. Cleaning and change of towels every 3 days. The rooms and the territory are clean. The beach is private at the boarding house, cleaned regularly. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy. Dolphins are coming). The dining room is clean and cozy. Very good food. It is located away from the hustle and bustle. Not suitable for party people. This is where families, including those with children, lovers and just lovers can relax in silence. We've got it! We will definitely come back here!

This is the coolest hotel!!!! The room has a shower, toilet, TV, air conditioning, kettle, safe, refrigerator... A couple of steps to the sea.. Breakfast is a buffet and lunch, and dinner can be ordered. We stayed there a couple of times... If you go, then only there!!!! There is a playground.. I highly recommend it!!

Every day from 11 to 12 o'clock, some kind of powder is dumped from the hotel into the sea. I have some videos but I can't attach them. It only catches the photo. You can swim only in the morning and evening. You will swim in powder during the day.

It's a wonderful place. The buildings are located right on the shore. You can take a room with a view of the cliff, or you can take a room with a view of the sea. We had a suite with a sea view. Waking up and falling asleep to the breeze is something incredible!

Vacationed in June 2021, an ideal place for a family vacation. The sea is lapping outside the window.. By the way, the Black Sea is the cleanest and most transparent..The room was cleaned every day, polite and conscientious staff. We ordered a transfer to the hotel, so for technical reasons our plane arrived 12 hours later, in the dead of night, so the hotel driver was waiting for us all this at the airport..! The road to the boarding house is not easy, but everything compensates for the privacy of the place and the absence of a crowd of vacationers.they feed normally, cook as they can, the staff is excellent, everyone tries, the territory and the beach are well-groomed, kept clean.the standard room in the first building with a view of the mountain is excellent, the sound insulation is complete, which was pleasing, the sea can be heard through the door. There were enough sun beds under the canopy for everyone. The sea was spectacular because of the rains. The village itself is very atmospheric, the eighties are straight. Positive:
1. The beach is as close as possible, there is a sunshade and free sun loungers. Only vacationers from this hotel are on the beach.
2. The entrance to the sea is good, a few small pebbles and then a sandy bottom.
3. Sap rental 1000 rubles/day, near the hotel.
Minuses:
1. There are unfriendly girls at the reception who are not in the mood to answer / help you. The staff doesn't say hello.
2. Electricity is often cut off. This means that there is no light, water, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning. During the ten days of rest, there was not a single day that the light or water was not turned off. Or sewer repairs (so there will be no water all day), or there is no TV signal, or there is only cold water. Or a combo.
3. The hotel has its own generator, which they turn on only when necessary (cooking breakfast, lunch). If you come after the sea, you want to wash off the salt, then you will have to wait an hour, two, three. They'll give you electricity someday.
4. Meals - Dining Room. The food is not delicious. Right for the very picky. I was tired of cooking at home, I wanted any simple meal, just not to cook. But it's really not tasty here. Breakfast - porridge, sausages, egg, tea, coffee, bread, margarine. Omelet is made with crab sticks, why?! Lunch is also for three.
5. Room Cleaning. The sound insulation is weak. The shower was not washed at all, the sand remained. In general, the condition of the bathroom is very bad. The smell of damp and mold, poor lighting. Towels with a damp smell. When the toilet paper and soap ran out, they did not put new ones when cleaning. I just bought them myself.
5. Trampoline under the windows. At any time of the day or night, the incessant creaking from it.
6. There is no Wi-Fi in fact, do not rely on it.
Features of the hotel:
1. Location at the end of a remote village. To the nearest bus stop, 2 kilometers on foot along a dusty dirt road, without a sidewalk, passing cars. If it's hot, it's very hard to walk straight. Taxi to Pitsunda 600-1000 rubles (as agreed), the price is exactly because of this dirt road, which no one wants to go.
2. Two points of sale of fruits, 1 shop, one point with a float.by means of.
To eat: 1 more or less normal cafe. There is nowhere to walk, there is nothing to see.
My opinion: I will not come anymore, I do not advise others. The attitude in the hotel is absolutely not caring. I give a low rating, knowing that the management and managers do not care about this assessment. Comfort, service, and friendliness are not about Arbika.

A great boarding house! Vacationing in June 2022, 2 adults and 2 children (10 years and 2.5 years old). We arrived at 9 a.m. and were immediately checked in, although check-in is only from 12. The room is clean, there is everything you need. Sea view from the balcony 👍 It is very convenient that the sea is 5 steps from the room. There were always enough sun beds, the beach is clean and well maintained. A good playground. The food is normal. Our family really enjoyed the holiday. We will definitely come again.

The beach is next to the buildings (the buildings are a small copy of the block camp buildings in the USSR). The beach is purely sandy. The entrance is gentle and convenient if you bypass the large boulders at the bottom (you can see them).
The food in the dining room is homemade. The dishes are ordinary, the taste is pleasant. Coffee - you can take it, not one of those that is better than nothing.
Constant power outages. It happens that there is no energy all day, and then the generator is turned on for two hours in the afternoon and two hours in the evening. This means that in the room all this time:
- there is no air conditioning (that is, it is very hot in summer, and it will be cold in autumn);
- no water, i.e. no toilet, no shower;
- there is no place to charge your phone and other devices;
- there is no Internet connection.
By the way, there is no Internet even with the power on. The site where I wanted to measure the speed just didn't load.
Mobile Internet A-Mobile also catches poorly in buildings - it is acceptable on the street.
The room is cleaned every three days. Sometimes dinner can be ordered in the dining room, and sometimes not. Day to day is not necessary, according to the mood. In general, the staff either sits at the tables for vacationers, eating watermelon; or sits /lies in the so-called tasting room.
At the reception, they offer to solve any issue themselves: from a complaint to the city administration about a power outage to finding dinner in case of cancellation.

The only advantage of this hotel is that it stands directly on the sea. I left the room right on the sandy beach. At first glance, it's great, beautiful and romantic. BUT: the sea is noisy, and sometimes it makes a lot of noise, and even at night, and this already interferes. Sometimes the sea storms, and sometimes violently, it's not even interesting at all: it's wet, cold, strong wind and noise - all this is in your room. Even if the weather is good, the sea is gentle and warm, from the immediate vicinity to it, the room is always damp, there is a musty smell. But a sandy beach for a child is the best thing you can think of.
Now about the cons.
When communicating by correspondence with the administrator on WhatsApp, you get a completely different, more favorable idea about the hotel as a whole and about the details. As an example: For dinner, we were offered a choice of trout or pork chop, pretentious names that arouse appetite. I will describe what we got in real life below.
The hotel is located very far away from the whole world. There are only a couple of unpretentious cafes and hawkers nearby. That is, the only entertainment is the sea. If the weather is bad, the wind, the rain, there is nothing to do. There is nowhere to buy something, there is nowhere to go to have fun. The problem is solved if you travel by your own car, a little on a dusty road in the heat - and you are already closer to civilization.
Our room was terrible and small, but there were no others. There was a double bed in the room and a bed for a child was placed next to it, and there was nowhere to go in the room at all. They squeezed between the bed and the table with difficulty. This, in principle, is not terrible if you spend all your time at sea, but if, again, you are unlucky with the weather, then a problem arises. The room is modestly furnished, in the post-Soviet style, not very clean, very damp, the dirty linen smells bad, the pillow is all lumps. There are spots on the wallpaper, cobwebs, but nothing special.
The shower room is scary. The light is very dim, almost nothing is visible, tiles have broken off in some places, it is very dirty. There is nothing to hang the shower head on, we hold it in our hands all the time, the shower is protected by an oilcloth, which constantly sticks to the body, because it is very tight. There is no place to arrange, decompose, hang your soap accessories. I emphasize: it is very dirty and shabby.
But the most important thing is the food. In this hotel we had dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure - that is, the next day. For dinner there were meatballs with pasta. Our dad was very hungry from the road - he ate. My child and I did not eat it, we ate up our travel supplies. To say it's not tasty, disgusting, disgusting is to say nothing. It is impossible to eat it. For breakfast, they are given out in PORTIONS: pancakes, semi-finished cheesecake, boiled sausage, cheese. That is, not only is the quality of the food to hell, but you are limited in quantity. The food is better in the hospital. There are a couple of cafes nearby, we didn't have time to get there, but it's impossible to eat in this dining room. That is, it makes no sense to pay for board at this hotel, you need to look for an opportunity to eat elsewhere.
The dining room itself is a classic of post-Soviet catering: the room, tables, trays, dishes, appliances - everything is old and not very clean.
The staff is not very friendly, the girls at the reception settled us like in a Soviet hotel: dryly, indifferently, without a smile. In the completely empty dining room, where we came to have dinner, an employee was sitting in the middle, working on his phone, he was very surprised that we came there to eat. He wasn't happy about us. After dinner, he informed us that they had "self-service". The only friendly person I got was the maid.
Your convenience and comfort in this hotel will not be taken care of. We ordered a transfer from the border (the plan was to go through a pedestrian checkpoint - it's faster, and get to the hotel quickly from the border). The hotel sent us a car straight to the airport without warning. It turned out that they don't have enough cars, so it's more convenient for them to pick us and some other customers up directly from the airport. To do this, after a day on the road, my three-year-old child and I will need to wait about half an hour for the next batch of customers to arrive and drive collectively in one minivan. In addition to this inconvenience, we also had to pass not a pedestrian border, but a car one, and there is always a longer queue. In the heat, on the bare asphalt, no shade, no benches, we lost another hour of our time waiting in line.
According to the map, it was 40 minutes to go, but the driver said that we would drive for an hour and a half. We actually drove for 50 minutes, of which the last 15 minutes were on a deserted sandy road with no signs of civilization. The desire to leave the hotel arose even before check-in, we did not even have time to pay for all the booked days. After seeing the room and the sea from the window, I offered to stay at least a day or two - to take a closer look (I haven't seen the dining room and food yet). But the husband categorically decided to leave the next morning.
The girls at the reception and the administrator were frankly dissatisfied with this decision of ours, and just stopped making claims that we knew where we were going, in fact, they just provoked us into a scandal.
The price of all this pleasure is unreasonably high. At the same price, you can find hotels with spacious, comfortable rooms, a TV, a refrigerator, an acceptable kitchen and three meals a day, not two meals a day, as here.

It's a good place. And it started to be good even before our arrival - when we booked a room, the receptionist answered all questions very carefully and in detail for a month before check-in. And then we were very quickly settled in the middle of the night, in the morning having already told all the information and the daily routine. The view from the suite is gorgeous! The balcony where we spent our evenings after the child's lights out is generally wonderful! It's a little sad bathroom, but there's no point in getting upset about it) The bed, sofa and other furniture are not new, but they are quite sturdy. The rooms are cleaned every three days, towels are changed on time.
The beach is wonderful! Sand, smooth approach. There are free and free sun beds even at 11 a.m. in August! There is a rental of sap boards (500 rubles/hour)
The dining room is clean, there is a smiling receptionist at the entrance) The food may not be exquisite, but it's delicious! For breakfast there are two types of porridge, pancakes, cheesecakes, omelets, puffs, cereals, sandwiches. For lunch on some days, sooo delicious meat in Abkhazian! But the fish is delicious, and the chicken. For those who want more variety, there is a dining room in the neighboring hotel.
I would also like to mention the closed guarded parking lot (when you drive over 2000 km, this is very important!)
To sum up, I will definitely say that I liked it!))
