The restaurant is absolutely not customer-oriented and is not familiar with the solov "SERVICE", it does not know how to solve its shoals and DOES NOT TRY.
And now for the points:
1) instead of "chakhokhbili" and "meat in Abkhazian", my wife and I were brought a chicken for two "BECAUSE MY WIFE HAS A SMALL STOMACH AND THAT's ENOUGH FOR US", the manager's quote
2) they stupidly forgot about one dish, and if we hadn't reminded them, we wouldn't even have been refunded for it
3) boiled potatoes / fried and baked were in the order: as a result, they brought 2 boiled ones (we thought we wouldn't notice, apparently) and forgot about one completely
4) the order was made at 22:50- we started eating by midnight, although the restaurant had 2 tables occupied and our order was the last
5) after we reported all the complaints to the management- reactions 0, shrugged and said "TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, IN GENERAL WE HAVEN'T OPENED YET AND YOU CAME 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE KITCHEN CLOSES"
Kamon? Seriously? Don't take customers if you can't take them out. It's better to refuse than mess up 3 dishes out of 7 and not even try to solve the problem.
6) there was absolutely no attempt to cover the negativity, they transferred the money back to us for 2 dishes, those that did not bring and that's it! KINDERGARTEN! This is not how the issues are solved!
7) it's a stretch to consider it a minus, but still, as for me, self-respecting establishments do not do this: they offered to take a salad that was mistakenly made at another table in a double copy, yes, we agreed to it, but why not make a discount on it, because it will disappear anyway and you with you won't earn anything from it (by the way, they brought it 15-20 minutes after we sat down at the table, although it was ready in the kitchen)
How do they solve such issues in normal restaurants:
1) they talk about the lack of dishes in 5-10 minutes, as the order reaches the kitchen, and not in an hour (somewhere it takes less than a minute, it took an hour)
2) they make a discount for their joints on the receipt, or at least for those dishes that we did not choose, the mood was to eat one thing- in fact, eat what they give
3) they apologize and GIVE COMMENTS ON WHY, and do not clap their eyes and shrug their shoulders in silence (standard phrases like TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, we do not consider)
4) they treat you at the expense of the institution for the slightest joint, and not for the 4 FATTEST JOINTS they say "WELL, THAT'S IT"
It's really funny, a couple of glasses of tincture and dessert would have saved the restaurant from this review, but even after a direct offer to the manager to block all the negativity and their indifference, nothing followed. The smoked question is the same.

My husband ordered veal (spicy) I'm a regular one with a side dish. As a result, they ate only mine, it was impossible, it was just half a kilo of salt, there were a lot of spices and it felt like they were added right before serving, it was impossible to eat, imagine how they opened a bag of hops-suneli and fell asleep in their mouth!!! As a result, they told the waitress, she immediately reacted - inviting the chef, he was just furious. He reacted angrily to our statement by turning around and going into the kitchen. I asked only one question - is it cooked ? We said yes, although there were questions about that. We also roast and steam meat and understand when it melts in our mouth. And here you're chewing on something. As a result, paying off, we were not even given one dish, which was included in the bill, but we were told that it was crossed out because it took a long time to cook.
In general, I wouldn't even put up stars!
