The worst restaurant in Abkhazia!!
I do not recommend it to everyone!!
Let's start with the fact that any dish with lamb in the foot, except khinkali.
We ordered lemonade, noodle soup, spicy veal, khinkali and two desserts (strudel)
After 30 minutes, noodles were brought. After another 30 minutes, veal, but... 150 grams of dump meat in a tasteless sauce (well, how to say sauce- some kind of liquid) They are not worth their money. Another 20 minutes later, khinkali was brought and it was something...
I'll start with the fact that I broke a tooth with a bone in minced meat, but even that's not the most important thing!! It was in this institution that I tried khinkali boiled in water for the first time!!!!
Since we were in this institution in the evening and so to speak "stayed up too long", and the child already wanted to sleep, we SENT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES of WAITING, asked to wrap the desserts with us and what was our surprise when they were taken out of the refrigerator next to them and taken to pack in the kitchen!!!! And these little store pieces were also sold to us for 250 rubles apiece!!! I recommend that everyone never visit this place, so that it would not hurt for the time spent on an unpleasant institution and tasteless food!!!

Disgusting waiter service. They may not be suitable for up to 20 minutes inclusive. Khinkali has never tasted worse. Inside, the minced meat is rolled ten times, it feels like sand. Spices, namely salt, are too much. There is no taste of meat or greens, and someone else drinks the broth instead of you - it is not there! I do not advise anyone to order khinkali. I forbid it if you respect yourself.

My family and I were hungry, we went on the recommendation of Yandex. We got into rush hour, but the receptionist suggested that we wait a couple of minutes, since someone had already paid off and a table should be available. We waited at least 10 minutes, the children were already whining, then they cleaned the table and brought it, although they verbally familiarized themselves with the menu and when the menu was brought to a clean table, we already knew what we needed. After that, we waited at least 30 minutes for the order, but there was a full room, we were hungry, but we were sympathetic.
But when the dishes began to be served to us, we understood.
The wait was worth it.
The food is so delicious and the portions are not childish!!!!
They took the watch with them.
The waiter was given a decent amount of tea.
I'm putting 5 for now, since there are no 10.
I will be in Sukhum, I will come back for a gastronomic holiday.
It would not be superfluous to add that we noticed the interior only when we were full.

The interior is cool.
The manager is a pleasant man (as a person), as a manager, there is a lot to grow.
It's embarrassing for me to write such a review, but there was a residue that I was bent over and not put in anything. Therefore, I have to write my first review in my life and it will be negative.
The restaurant is absolutely not customer-oriented and is not familiar with the solov "SERVICE", it does not know how to solve its shoals and DOES NOT TRY.
And now for the points:
1) instead of "chakhokhbili" and "meat in Abkhazian", my wife and I were brought a chicken for two "BECAUSE MY WIFE HAS A SMALL STOMACH AND THAT's ENOUGH FOR US", the manager's quote
2) they stupidly forgot about one dish, and if we hadn't reminded them, we wouldn't even have been refunded for it
3) boiled potatoes / fried and baked were in the order: as a result, they brought 2 boiled ones (we thought we wouldn't notice, apparently) and forgot about one completely
4) the order was made at 22:50- we started eating by midnight, although the restaurant had 2 tables occupied and our order was the last
5) after we reported all the complaints to the management- reactions 0, shrugged and said "TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, IN GENERAL WE HAVEN'T OPENED YET AND YOU CAME 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE KITCHEN CLOSES"
Kamon? Seriously? Don't take customers if you can't take them out. It's better to refuse than mess up 3 dishes out of 7 and not even try to solve the problem.
6) there was absolutely no attempt to cover the negativity, they transferred the money back to us for 2 dishes, those that did not bring and that's it! KINDERGARTEN! This is not how the issues are solved!
7) it's a stretch to consider it a minus, but still, as for me, self-respecting establishments do not do this: they offered to take a salad that was mistakenly made at another table in a double copy, yes, we agreed to it, but why not make a discount on it, because it will disappear anyway and you with you won't earn anything from it (by the way, they brought it 15-20 minutes after we sat down at the table, although it was ready in the kitchen)
How do they solve such issues in normal restaurants:
1) they talk about the lack of dishes in 5-10 minutes, as the order reaches the kitchen, and not in an hour (somewhere it takes less than a minute, it took an hour)
2) they make a discount for their joints on the receipt, or at least for those dishes that we did not choose, the mood was to eat one thing- in fact, eat what they give
3) they apologize and GIVE COMMENTS ON WHY, and do not clap their eyes and shrug their shoulders in silence (standard phrases like TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, we do not consider)
4) they treat you at the expense of the institution for the slightest joint, and not for the 4 FATTEST JOINTS they say "WELL, THAT'S IT"
It's really funny, a couple of glasses of tincture and dessert would have saved the restaurant from this review, but even after a direct offer to the manager to block all the negativity and their indifference, nothing followed. The smoked question is the same.
5) they warn about the cooking time, and bring hot dishes to everyone together, and not when ready for everyone. As a result, I sat for 15 minutes and watched my friend and spouse eat while my dish was being prepared, which in the end was not brought and the money was returned for it. I finished the chicken for my wife (although I didn't want her at all and she didn't want)
6) do not lock up customers- if they cannot take out the order and service
In fact:
A score of 4.4 is overkill. A three with an advance rather.
3.9 the assessment may be- if you do not come under closure, the waiter will not be an intern, and the management will learn how to solve issues, and not listen to them in silence. All of the above was written, I spoke personally to the head, and even gave all the options for solving their incompetence, but there was NOT even an attempt to save the situation!
I would love not to write all this, but the sediment is so unpleasant that I can't sleep, I feel like I've been fooled. To put it mildly.
PS: this is a shortened version of the review, because when I wrote for the first time on emotions, the phone sat down. I had to re-write everything, after 2 hours - it turned out much less than the first time. Mb it's for the best, for the restaurant :)
I hope the review will benefit the team and the management of this restaurant. There is no goal to scare away customers, just by reading other reviews- I realized that the restaurant does not learn from mistakes, and scores on the feedback of guests.

As we understood, the place is new and despite the long wait for the waiter, we decided to give him a chance. A long and ugly serving of FOOD. Serving beer in bottles - pour into glasses yourself. The waitress is the only one in the whole room who forgets the appliances. The place is very good, right on the seashore by the colonnade and such a terrible "restaurant" you can start with the fact that not everything is on the menu and in our case it's 2 dishes (and as you know, it's palpable for two)
My husband ordered veal (spicy) I'm a regular one with a side dish. As a result, they ate only mine, it was impossible, it was just half a kilo of salt, there were a lot of spices and it felt like they were added right before serving, it was impossible to eat, imagine how they opened a bag of hops-suneli and fell asleep in their mouth!!! As a result, they told the waitress, she immediately reacted - inviting the chef, he was just furious. He reacted angrily to our statement by turning around and going into the kitchen. I asked only one question - is it cooked ? We said yes, although there were questions about that. We also roast and steam meat and understand when it melts in our mouth. And here you're chewing on something. As a result, paying off, we were not even given one dish, which was included in the bill, but we were told that it was crossed out because it took a long time to cook.
In general, I wouldn't even put up stars!
Understanding the location and its status, there should be a good restaurant in this place!
I highly recommend it!!!! I'm writing this review instead of celebrating my anniversary with my husband!!!!
I finish my review the next day - my husband has severe poisoning as a result!
