We passed today with a small child, 5 years old, the daughter really wanted to go to the toilet, she came up and asked if the child could visit the toilet? The man was standing at the entrance, they answered that they would buy a drink from us and then come through, guys, are you serious? It's been a long time since you can go to any restaurant like this, especially since the child is asking for it. The child would not have reached the public toilet in an elementary way...
As a result, the next restaurant was let in without any problems. Of course, after this, we will not become your clients and we will not advise our friends.

The most disgusting food. We ate almost nothing. Not fresh salmon in the salad! Dolma is simply impossible to eat! The cocktails are smelly without syrup. Caesar is just not Caesar. Greens and chicken. Ruined dinner.

The staff is very hospitable. Delicious national cuisine, a boat with dorblu cheese and a pear, beans in a pot according to an old Abkhazian recipe and corn porridge with matzoni - you'll lick your fingers! Khinkali with minced meat and cheese and mushrooms on a thin dough are very juicy and delicious!

Disgusting place, disgusting owner. He talks with the guests in a FOUL language!
It's the first time I've seen this, it's just a cultural shock.
There were five adults and a small child. Not only did the dishes take a very long time, but not all at once. There are no basic napkins on the tables, the appliances were not brought to everyone either, you can't call the waiters. Two identical cocktails were ordered, a classic mojito, one was brought, the second had to be recalled and brought it at the very end, when they were about to leave.
A friend ordered three dishes, after 30 minutes it turned out that one of them was in the foot
Khinkali was carried for a thousand years, when it was brought, they were served without any sauce, they asked us to bring the sauce 2 times, we were ignored. A friend decided to refuse the dish, as they waited a long time, the sauce was not brought, we were about to leave. They politely asked to take the dish away and remove it from the bill.
The owner of the establishment publicly began to sort things out and refused to remove the dish, since it was already cooked and served on the table. After that, he sat down at our table and began to sort things out further, saying that our claims were "fucked up." This is out of the question. Is this how you can communicate with guests?!?!
For a moment, the bill came out to more than 6 thousand rubles, which also included 10% for service. What kind of service ?!?!? After that, I didn't want to pay for anything at all. The owner started calling the police, allegedly there is a fraud going on here, that we do not want to pay for dishes that the first did not bring, and the second was refused.
God, it's so surreal and somehow strange to even write about it, but please pay attention to those who respect themselves and do not visit this institution.
P.S. in the end, we paid for the bill, only without 10% for the service, only because we had a 2-year-old child and a grandmother with us and there was no desire to continue this scandal and it was just a disgusting feeling.
From what we could and managed to eat - dolma, roast and salad Abkhazia and something else in a pot - everything is not tasty.

A variety of dishes are on the menu, and there is even a language, which is rare for many other establishments. Come, you won't regret it. At the end of the dinner, the host helped to call a taxi and was very polite and attentive! It's a great place, I recommend it.

The horror! 👎🏻We visited this institution, at first the waiters did not approach us for about 25 minutes, after we caught them and made an order, we waited 1 hour 50 minutes and no one came up to us, the question why we were waiting for 2 hours was answered -oh, and we forgot about us, we did not eat We waited because no one even started cooking. In addition, the national musical accompaniment began, for which you do not want to, but you need to pay 500 rubles or leave, but our whole family got a headache from this music and not only we did not like it. In general, it was just a nightmare, to sit for 2 hours in the stuffiness, with children who were already falling asleep on the table and at the same time, without eating or drinking, I had to go home hungry and not satisfied, just wasted time, and nerves, well, spoiled my mood. One star for the interior and one for the ice coffee, the language was hardly found in the salad with beef tongue, they carried the order for a sooo long time "due to technical issues", first they brought salad, then lemonade, then cold snacks and coffee, they barely waited for the hot one, explained that there was only ONE cook for such a the restaurant. When we were there, people, without waiting for the waiter to come up to them to take the order, just left, and we won't come here anymore.

The manager by the name of Andrey Viktorovich, you do not need to try to serve customers. Your sales methods became outdated 20 years ago and cause only bewilderment, pity and irritation. The worst restaurant in Abkhazia!!
I do not recommend it to everyone!!
Let's start with the fact that any dish with lamb in the foot, except khinkali.
We ordered lemonade, noodle soup, spicy veal, khinkali and two desserts (strudel)
After 30 minutes, noodles were brought. After another 30 minutes, veal, but... 150 grams of dump meat in a tasteless sauce (well, how to say sauce- some kind of liquid) They are not worth their money. Another 20 minutes later, khinkali was brought and it was something...
I'll start with the fact that I broke a tooth with a bone in minced meat, but even that's not the most important thing!! It was in this institution that I tried khinkali boiled in water for the first time!!!!
Since we were in this institution in the evening and so to speak "stayed up too long", and the child already wanted to sleep, we SENT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES of WAITING, asked to wrap the desserts with us and what was our surprise when they were taken out of the refrigerator next to them and taken to pack in the kitchen!!!! And these little store pieces were also sold to us for 250 rubles apiece!!! I recommend that everyone never visit this place, so that it would not hurt for the time spent on an unpleasant institution and tasteless food!!!
