We passed by this place and were interested in the interior. We ordered khinkali with mutton , hashlama , tongue with horseradish , mussels in casings, chacha and local wine. Of all this, it was delicious only ...... HORSERADISH !!! Hashlama is water boiled on blanks, the tongue is cut so thinly that I did not understand what you were eating. They ordered bread for the milias and did not bring it, they forgot. Although the landing was %40. Chacha was refused, it was included in the bill, although they warned that we would not drink it. If you want your guests to come, listen to them, and you just hear. I do not RECOMMEND this place!!!!

We ordered khinkali pork-beef and dogwood morse, both dishes are delicious, especially the morse!) For me, they put a lot of pork in khinkali, they seemed too fat to me, although my wife quite liked them. I'll note the clean bathroom and the gym. The manager or owner of the establishment was courteous and courteous to us. We paid the bill with a card. Thank you for the high-quality service of the restaurant staff. I definitely recommend visiting this place.

The man was standing at the entrance, they answered that they would buy a drink from us and then come through, guys, are you serious? It's been a long time since you can go to any restaurant like this, especially since the child is asking for it. The child would not have reached the public toilet in an elementary way...
As a result, the next restaurant was let in without any problems. Of course, after this, we will not become your clients and we will not advise our friends.

It's the first time I've seen this, it's just a cultural shock.
There were five adults and a small child. Not only did the dishes take a very long time, but not all at once. There are no basic napkins on the tables, the appliances were not brought to everyone either, you can't call the waiters. Two identical cocktails were ordered, a classic mojito, one was brought, the second had to be recalled and brought it at the very end, when they were about to leave.
A friend ordered three dishes, after 30 minutes it turned out that one of them was in the foot
Khinkali was carried for a thousand years, when it was brought, they were served without any sauce, they asked us to bring the sauce 2 times, we were ignored. A friend decided to refuse the dish, as they waited a long time, the sauce was not brought, we were about to leave. They politely asked to take the dish away and remove it from the bill.
The owner of the establishment publicly began to sort things out and refused to remove the dish, since it was already cooked and served on the table. After that, he sat down at our table and began to sort things out further, saying that our claims were "fucked up." This is out of the question. Is this how you can communicate with guests?!?!
For a moment, the bill came out to more than 6 thousand rubles, which also included 10% for service. What kind of service ?!?!? After that, I didn't want to pay for anything at all. The owner started calling the police, allegedly there is a fraud going on here, that we do not want to pay for dishes that the first did not bring, and the second was refused.
God, it's so surreal and somehow strange to even write about it, but please pay attention to those who respect themselves and do not visit this institution.
P.S. in the end, we paid for the bill, only without 10% for the service, only because we had a 2-year-old child and a grandmother with us and there was no desire to continue this scandal and it was just a disgusting feeling.
From what we could and managed to eat - dolma, roast and salad Abkhazia and something else in a pot - everything is not tasty.

In addition, the national musical accompaniment began, for which you do not want to, but you need to pay 500 rubles or leave, but our whole family got a headache from this music and not only we did not like it. In general, it was just a nightmare, to sit for 2 hours in the stuffiness, with children who were already falling asleep on the table and at the same time, without eating or drinking, I had to go home hungry and not satisfied, just wasted time, and nerves, well, spoiled my mood. One star for the interior and one for the ice coffee, the language was hardly found in the salad with beef tongue, they carried the order for a sooo long time "due to technical issues", first they brought salad, then lemonade, then cold snacks and coffee, they barely waited for the hot one, explained that there was only ONE cook for such a the restaurant. When we were there, people, without waiting for the waiter to come up to them to take the order, just left, and we won't come here anymore.

The manager by the name of Andrey Viktorovich, you do not need to try to serve customers. Your sales methods became outdated 20 years ago and cause only bewilderment, pity and irritation. It's better to go and the neighboring cafes will not name the name in which the queue is. And learn from them.
