We decided to visit this place on 24.08, as we wanted to eat khinkali. When we arrived, the waiter came up to us and gave us the menu. When we chose khinkali, the waiter said that khinkali in the FOOT would appear a little later, but advertised them so that we decided to wait an hour and a half when they would be taken out of the foot. We waited, came, made an order: khinkali and dolma. They didn't take anything out for 30 minutes. But at the very last moment we were told that the dolma was in the foot. That is, after waiting and sitting for so long, come out and say that the second course is in the stack? Well, such a thing. Did you and your chef not know which dishes were in the stack BEFORE ordering?))) After that, we did not want to be in this place and continue to wait for Khinkali. But in another cafe we were fed tasty, a lot, quickly and as much as possible with a soul.

Walking along the embankment , we decided to have a snack at this restaurant . We were delighted with the service, the dishes, then what attentive waiters. They do everything for a comfortable pastime of guests. We were also not satisfied with one dish in its fullness, dessert was brought as an apology.
I really liked the design of the restaurant made in the national style, everything looks very harmonious.

Terrible kitchen!
We ordered a lot of things.
Dolma is spicy and not tasty.
Caesar with chicken - the children ate it like, but "dad, where are the crackers?"
Caesar with salmon - salted salmon, stale, about to die ... ate only lettuce leaves from the salad.
Tobacco chicken is not a chicken, but we ate it, we really wanted to eat it…

The next morning they wanted khinkali, started looking for what works from 9 a.m. and found this place, remembered that they went there, rated 5 stars, and 400 more reviews, it was decided to try the cuisine there.
0 people also arrived empty, they thought strangely, but come on, they took out the breakfast and drink menu, did not find khinkali, called the waiter (she is the bartender, the administrator and the hostess in one person), they explained to us that there is no main menu until 11 - only breakfasts. At first we wanted to leave, but then we thought okay, let's try what kind of place it is, we ordered scramble with fish, ana'sha combo breakfast, ice cocoa and lemonade, scramble was just an omelette, and fish is 3 pieces with film, ana'sha combo is not bad, cocoa was warm with floating pieces of cocoa, pomegranate lemonade Normas. For dessert, we also ordered cheesecakes, this is the only thing that was really delicious.
As a result, they asked for an invoice and then the most interesting thing begins. As usual, they take out an invoice with + 10% tips (common practice), there is a sign on the table with payment, they say you pay via qr by any bank / payment system and at the bottom there is an instruction on how to do this, we do everything, 2% climbs out from above, we think well, God be with him (already for a minute +12.2% of what you you expect from the price on the menu), we pay and wait for the waiter to show the receipt, she comes up, we show her, asks where the full name is, we say that the IP is written so and so. He says you paid the wrong way, I ask why this sign, he begins to explain that there is another leaf on the other side for it to be paid (I attach this sign as it stands on all tables", in general, the divorce begins, calls from the manager, on the phone confirm that we paid the wrong way, they say it is necessary to decide, now pay on the other side or in cash, and you will return that money later in the bank, we say naturally that we are not going to pay another 2400 rubles, they say it is necessary. We ask you to call the police to solve everything according to the law, I manage to grab this sign from the waitress's hands and put it in the same place to take a picture. And what do you think? After that, the manager immediately calls back and says that all the money has come to the right place. They just bred it. Take care of your nerves and money, go to any place nearby (we were there in each one), everything is much tastier. I don't understand how they still exist on gullible tourists who pay 2-3 times like this. The reviews are clearly screwed up.

We came in with friends strolling by and for good reason! The cozy interior was pleasantly surprised, the owner of the establishment himself helped with the comfortable location of a large company: tables and sofas were pulled up. Hospitable and warm service: you feel at home.
The waitress is familiar with the Abkhazian cuisine and gives delicious recommendations.
Of course, about the taste: it's excellent! Especially note the tobacco chicken, hashlama, Caesar salad and CHACHA!

The only thing that marred our vacation in Sumum was this place called Anasha restaurant. I can't even call it a restaurant! I think they have some kind of problem with the cook, he quit or he wasn't there at all, because apparently teenage trainees cook here. We came in a large company, we didn't eat at the hotel on purpose to evaluate the quality of the dishes. The wait was more than an hour for adults, and hungry children waited 1.5 hours for pizza.… When we asked where the pizza was and how long we could wait, the waitress replied, "Will you be waiting for it?" We had a problem and it all burned down) we said that we definitely would, because the children should eat. The men ordered meat dishes - a frying pan for 880 rubles (with invisible pieces of meat) and Hashlama for 700 rubles (not on broth, on water with half an onion and a piece of carrot)
We have never seen such deception of restaurant visitors!
Responsible people were called in - the alleged owner, Sergei Vladimirovich or Nikolaevich, came... he didn 't even apologize. They sent us a compote as a compliment!)) we refused it, of course.
All the staff showed their displeasure and, in principle, it was clear that we were not welcome.… This is despite the fact that there were NO people in the institution at the time of our visit. There were only a couple of people sitting. It seemed like it was a family business, where one supports and adjusts the other. Only the teenage girl who served the next table tried to walk faster.
We didn't spend a lot of money on the receipt, about 13,000 rubles, but we wanted to eat and pay any amount for GOOD and DELICIOUS dishes.
They gave us a discount on a couple of low-quality dishes, charged an additional fee for the service of a large company) and we, hungry, went to an already proven establishment opposite ANASHA - in Chegem. Where guests are always welcome, they cook very quickly and certainly do not show such obvious dissatisfaction.
It is a pity that the owner does not understand: our clients feed our children!
I hope that when we return to Sukhum, we can have a DELICIOUS meal in ANASHA, and not just an EXPENSIVE meal.

And it would be fine if the food was delicious at the same time! So no, very average.
