We came here to have a delicious meal, but not all of our family managed to do it😁my daughter ate of course a burger with chicken, after removing onions and pickles from it, said that it was quite tasty👌looking at her, I decided to try a burger with beef, and it was my big mistake, the burger turned out to be tasteless from the word a completely incomprehensible beef patty with a strange taste and almost no sauce (at least mayonnaise), I also took a salad with arugula and shrimp, it turned out to be delicious, but to spoil it you have to try very hard, of course, I also liked the potatoes in a rustic way, at least they did not spare salt. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, you can sit on the terrace and directly in the building, everything is clean and cozy enough, the staff is not in a hurry to serve, but we were not in a hurry either. Yes, I also liked the apple strudel, and the pork ribs are very good

A complete mess!
We came to visit Ldzaa again.
I called in the afternoon, booked a table on the veranda for the evening.
Have arrived. Then it's like a terrible dream.
No one greets the guests. The lone sluggish waiter didn't say hello or even ask anything. 15 seconds of indignation and silence. OK. I'm asking, who can show us our table? The answer, literally:
"go over there, there are tables on the right, you will find your own."
OK. Accepted. Maybe tired or something.
We find an empty table, perhaps ours :). They sat down. Landing at about 15% maximum. It's been 20 minutes. No one. We waited another 5 minutes. No one else. They got up and left. I was in the mood to celebrate my arrival on vacation and generously thank the restaurant and staff. But it turned out the opposite. A complete collective farm and NOT professionalism. Shame. I really don't recommend it.

Very tasty food, everything is fresh. They cook quickly. The service is average as throughout Abkhazia, but in general they strive to get better. The price-quality ratio is normal.
Out of season, you can comfortably stay on the balcony without reservation and meet the sunset. There are blankets.

Pitsunda is the best place, at least in terms of the design of the hall for sure. The food is not bad, but not to say that it corresponds to the price category.

Very good restaurant: price/quality by 5! We had lunch so that we were well-fed until the morning. Mushroom cream soup and vats are very tasty. Fried cheese, freshly boiled cheese, they also took it with them. And if you love barabula, then this is just a godsend. Cleaned and fried like at home, not deep-fried, but properly cooked, juicy fish. From the bottom of my heart, well done, I recommend it!

We were at this place yesterday... After going around the entire territory, no one paid attention - neither the hostesses nor the waiters. I had to catch up with the waiter to find out at the empty tables. After figuring out where to sit ourselves and waiting for 5 minutes for someone from the staff to come up to us, we caught a waiter running past, who promised that ours would definitely come up to us. One of the advantages is really delicious food and an excellent bartender. Friendly, sociable and knows his business, cocktails are perfectly prepared with an individual approach. He is personally 5. Handsome, smoothed out my tense state towards such an attitude of the staff.

We came specially to this restaurant from Gagra, having read the reviews.We sat on the veranda, ordered eggplant rolls, a boat with egg, cheese with mint, a milkshake and a pot of tea.The price tag is not a cafe, that's for sure.A not particularly friendly waitress came up to us.My daughter couldn't decide what to order.I said we'd order more later.To which she replied, "I'm asking the girl!".Of course, we're all just freaking out.Honestly, I wanted to get up and leave.But since the kitchen is good according to reviews, we decided to stay, the mood was spoiled.We waited for the dishes:the egg boat is good, the eggplant rolls are not bad, the cheese in mint sauce is also nothing, the milkshake is sickly sweet.In general, the kitchen may be good, but the service is terrible.And this is not the first time.I can only guess why such an attitude towards visitors, Abkhazian pride and arrogance is felt strongly, and spiritual development is clearly suffering.

The building looks decent, right on the seashore, stylish inside, there is an outdoor terrace, if it's cool they give blankets. One of the dishes was ordered meat in Abkhazian, beef liver was brought, we were very surprised, the waitress explained that this was their national dish, I did not like it. Next, they brought a beef kebab, which was disgustingly saturated with the smell of trout! It was impossible to eat, a terribly unpleasant combination of fish and meat. Respect to the baker, delicious pita bread. The price tag is above the average in Abkhazia. In general, we did not get what we expected.x

A good place by the sea, you can stay both inside and on the terrace. The interior is very interesting, the furniture is made of wood, it looks gorgeous. Average prices can be found in advance on the website. I liked the kitchen, the service is fast, the food is delicious. Risotto with seafood is great, and khachapuri is a boat you can lick your fingers!

A delicious, beautiful and cozy place by the sea in Pitsunda. We were here at different times: in spring, summer and autumn. Always beautiful, always delicious. Our top is strudel and tobacco chicken. You can watch sunsets here in any weather - the wide windows are closed by the winds. The veranda is cozy for warm quiet evenings.

I'm sorry, but what is this? Is this a risotto??? In my opinion, this is rice with cream and cheese, but not the vaunted risotto with seafood. It was simply impossible to eat it, neither by consistency nor by taste. In addition, the dish was simply heated in the microwave (I think many people are familiar with when the plate and dish are cold at the edges, and hot in the center). The waitress tried to convince her that the dish was only from the pan, and this could not be. After a couple of minutes, she brought the same portion, only reheated and sprinkled with more cheese (where else
..). They just forgot about the drinks, they were brought only after the main course and our reminder to the waitress. This lady behaved somehow arrogantly, which definitely pushes away from this institution only more.

On September 7, my family and I came to Amshyn for dinner. (We used to visit this restaurant in 2021 and 22, and were satisfied with the cuisine and service. ) we did not book a table, there were empty seats . In general, all the tables were empty in the room, that is, the restaurant was not crowded. We were greeted by a hostess with short hair, about 40- 45 years old, with a very unhappy face. Like, aah, you didn't book...... well, okay, so be it, sit over there on the veranda. We were glad to be on the veranda overlooking the sea. The menu was brought. 30 minutes pass, no one comes up to us. At the same time, a family sits at a large table in the center of the hall, and the waiter rushes to serve them. I was trying to get the waiter's attention, zero attention. I approached the woman who greeted us sourly at the entrance and asked, without aggression, if we would be served. She's rude (rude!) She replied to me that well, there is no one to serve, don't you understand!???? I'm not sorry, no words, it sounded like Fuck you. That is, we don't have time, and that's fine. Naturally, we left, and no one stopped us or apologized, although other employees of the restaurant heard this conversation. That's the experience. Don't set foot there anymore! The location is great and the view is great, but the food is not even 4*. Of all the dishes, only grilled lamb was delicious. Salads are solid butter, khachapuri are average, but the bar is terrible, pinocolada with a complete lack of rum, half of the drinks were not made at all. We were at dinner on the weekend, the landing was not complete, when we left there were empty tables, while the kitchen could not cope. Half of the dishes were canceled for us, because it took an hour - an hour-20 to wait for them. They couldn't make lemonades either, the ice maker couldn't cope. With such service and gasronomy, prices should be half as low. We definitely won't go a second time.

The glasses bring different, the same dish with different serving. The price category does not correspond to the service, serving and dishes. We ordered meat in Abkhazian style, fried smoked cheese, eggplant rolls and Greek salad and red wine under it all. We waited for all this for about 45 minutes, with an incomplete landing. The wine was advised to be good. Meat in Abkhazian by itself, the taste of the dish is not bad, but usually the dish is made from one part of beef, there was also a combined hodgepodge of what was left, somewhere soft, somewhere tender veins, somewhere dry. Smoked fried cheese is very much for an amateur, we couldn't eat fried pigtail. The eggplants turned out to be generally good, but in good restaurants there are usually more spices and nuts. Greek salad, well, it's normal, but I think you haven't heard about balsamic dressing here. Yes, and look more closely at the menu, almost any dish here is priced per 100 grams, for example, flounder on the grill here will cost 2400 rubles (600 rubles per 100 grams on the menu), which is not cheap even for a good restaurant in Moscow. Snacks, which usually write the price per serving, will also cost 2 times more expensive than the price on the menu.

I used to consider this restaurant an ideal place for Abkhazian cuisine, but last time I visited, it seemed to me that the chef had changed. It is a pity that this happened, perhaps the busy summer season led to overwork of the chefs. I will give them another chance and visit them in September-October with the hope of improving the level of cuisine.

For four years in a row, we have been coming to this restaurant with joy! For the first time we came just for a walk to Pitsunda and reached Amshyn along the main embankment of the resort. At that time, perhaps, it was the only restaurant of this level in the city. I have big health problems, therefore, as much as I dislike Caucasian cuisine, but I need to look for something more acceptable - here in Amshyn you can find not only national flavor, but also European dishes. Always polite waitresses, a very colorful hostess in exotic outfits. There is a lot of air, decent paintings on the walls, other art objects. There are terraces - the upper one to watch the sunset, the lower one to contemplate all the shades of the sea. And every year we see improvements in the surrounding area. This year, the construction was completed - now there is a decent parking lot and a very good beach area with sun beds, mattresses, umbrellas. There are changing rooms and showers, floorboards made of slats. The cost of a pair of sun beds + an umbrella is 600 rubles. But it's worth it! They give you a check and rest all day. Nearby there is a bar, a toilet, the sea, pine trees, a lot of other small coffee shops, snack bars, etc. But we recommend Amshyn himself!!!

Having stopped in Pitsunda, we were looking for a place to eat and to make it cozy and pleasant to be, we drove through many places, it seemed the best, but... the waitress imposed a bully on her husband, they arrived home in 40 minutes, his temperature rose and the toilet did not let him go until the morning...Then we learned for the first time that you can't eat seafood and fish anywhere in Abkhazia. Otherwise, everything is fine, the portions are large, the coffee is delicious. If we are passing through again, we will stop by, but without fish, that's for sure!

We ordered nuggets with French fries for the child - these are more strips, and this is a plus. They just refused to cook the pasta, although it was difficult, they had to order fast food. Coffee is not very good. Cappuccino is boiling water. They open at 11.00. A company of 6 people came specially from another city, walked for a long time in the heat, got tired, but did not turn off the chosen path) For which they received an award - a magnificent dinner with a view of the sea and a breathtaking sunset. At the entrance, we were greeted by a very colorful receptionist and very menacingly made it clear that we probably would not get a table on the veranda, because we had not ordered it in advance. But we looked at her with pleading eyes and she relented)) Thanks to her! The food was delicious all over! Mussels, in general, are a delight! We also liked the prices, significantly lower than in many cafes in Abkhazia. The price of alcohol is adequate. Everything is clean. The inner hall is huge. The waiter is great. If we had a rest directly in Pitsunda, I would eat only in this cafe. This is the best memory of delicious Abkhazia!))

We went to have dinner there in the evening, no one met us, did not accompany us to the place, we had to take the menu ourselves, the attitude of the staff is disgusting, the service with such prices suffers a lot, we are disappointed. Pasta for 750 rubles on the seashore with such service is just a waste of money. No one came up to us, so we got up and went to another place, where we were elegantly greeted and deliciously fed!

It was very tasty for us, if we compare it with other cafes in the area, then it's really good here. We took a chicken chop with mashed potatoes (a large good portion, chicken chop on the floor of a large plate and a lot of meat), and a khachapuri boat (soft, hot, delicious cheese inside). Satisfied. The only thing is that the waiters are tired and not smiling, but this does not apply to food anymore.

There are no questions for the cook, it was cooked delicious, they took beef, pork ribs, fried cheese (smoked cheese is fried here, for me it would be better to have a young white one, it's juicier), wings on the grill, a boat, pizza, everything is delicious. We drank chacha, it was very strong, they brought us ice and we diluted it with ice, it turned out about 40 degrees. Now about the sad thing, the administrator is a lush woman who looks like Baba yaga, she snapped at our request to turn on music in the background so as not to hear the neighbors' conversation, like we did not promise music, and when they asked for the bill, they immediately removed everything from the table, including what they had not eaten and had not finished. Bottom line: the cook is 5, the location and view are 5, the service is bad, the prices are 2 times higher than the average in the hospital, so when you pay you hope for good service, but they spoil your mood. We won't go there anymore.
