Big disappointment! At 21 o'clock, waiting for dishes for more than 40 minutes on the veranda without Wi-Fi and music was annoying, and drunken conversations from neighboring tables could be heard. The landing rate was 50%. One of the dishes was brought cold, the waiters were unfriendly from the word at all, even they waited for 15 minutes for the bill. The lamb is 400 rubles for 100 gr., although everywhere in Abkhazia it is 200. After sunset, the view from the terrace is not impressive. I do not recommend visiting

A good restaurant, in terms of Gorgeous sea views, delicious cuisine. Prices are above the average in Abkhazia. If you expect to have dinner there, then it may be closed to the public due to some kind of banquet. If you have already sat down and some important Abkhazian guests have arrived, then all the waiters don't care about you at once. The waiting time for an order can be up to 40 minutes. I give 4 stars for the quality of service. I would put 5 in the kitchen, as well as the location and views. If you want to arrange a romantic dinner for your soulmate, then this place is perfect for this.

The food is delicious, the serving is fast. But the prices for Abkhazia are too high. The views are beautiful both from the hall and from the terrace. The chocolate fondue was very tasty. A very colorful woman is sitting at the entrance and for some reason smokes. We were with the children and sat next to each other. The smell of tobacco spoiled the impression a little. Not bad enough. Local dishes were not taken here, but caesar with shrimp and pasta are very good. The only thing I don't recommend here is trout julienne with shrimp ... a rather strange dish. There are two zones (top and bottom). As I understand it, the lower one works in the morning, and the upper one in the evening, while usually tables are booked in advance for the evening (stable full boarding). Probably the best cafe in pitsunda, unless of course we are talking about pizza, then it is better to clean sole mio-compatriots work there (with all the consequences).

It is not clear why there is a good rating here, the prices of a Moscow restaurant, while at the entrance they meet with a very dissatisfied face, it is completely unclear what kind of attitude to people, they can say absolutely nothing about the dishes and suggest, just look at the menu and that's it, when the lights are turned off, they can cook only on the grill or on gas, at the same time, they will not tell you what it will be specifically. We ordered trout, it tastes like swamp, obviously not fresh, I know what trout should taste like.I asked to pick up this rotten fish, but it was included in the bill anyway, I pointed out the error, and they said that it probably didn't work out, it looks like a fool! A portion of mussels is tiny, for 400 rubles 200g of mussels without a shell?What is this?The only thing that could be eaten was a vegetable salad, which was ordered specifically for fish, and without it I did not need it, again its price is cosmic-for cucumber, tomato, onion, herbs and pepper... A very peculiar place, the administrator is a very colorful lady who looks like a fortune teller)
No one greets the guests, although the restaurant is half empty. The waiters are all with unhappy faces. The price tag is space (compared to St. Petersburg!)
The food is tasteless.
We ordered an igloo fish, it is not known how many years we have not changed the oil for frying (the fish is not cleaned, it is bitter. The price for 100g is 300g, but the minimum portion is 300g.
Beluga ear 700p, unsalted broth, 2 pieces of carrots and 4 cubes of "beluga" measuring 1.5×1.5 cm, that's it! There is a very strong smell and taste of swampy mud.
Achpa (phali) from a thorn is a strongly garlic dish, which, unfortunately, is not warned about, 200 g, it is unrealistic to eat it.
Dogwood compote is a so-so drink.
Grilled vegetables are a shame! The eggplant is raw and salted, the pepper is not even peeled from the seeds.
The only acceptable dish turned out to be mussels in cheese sauce, delicious, but small and expensive)))
There are many cheese dishes on the menu, but there is no cheese...
In general, the cuisine is quite specific, and I think it's better to serve local dishes in tasting sets with a small gram.
The problem with paying by bank transfer! And, unfortunately, they do not warn about this (
We witnessed a very unpleasant showdown between one of the guests and the administrator. No matter what happens and no matter how nasty the client turns out to be, I think it is unacceptable for the administrator to call her a "dumb sheep".
The only positive thing is a wonderful view of the sea, but you can also look from the beach.

Everything is dreary and sad, such impressions after visiting. Read the negative reviews, everything is true. There were no waiters, they did not wait for the cocktail, they found it on the bar and took it themselves. Fried cheese ordered 100 grams for 280p, brought 200 grams for 560p, because at least they have a portion of 200 grams, but they did not warn about it. My daughter was carried away as soon as they entered the room, after their pasta with sauce .... in general, I do not advise, you will not get satisfaction from eating...

The best restaurant in Pitsunda and one of the best places in Abkhazia. A good menu with a large selection. The grill is excellent!!! I recommend fresh cheese and flounder .
They cook tasty and fast, relatively. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cozy, beautiful, sincere and quiet.
The only drawback is there is no terminal.

We visited in August 2022 with a group of friends on the recommendation of local people.
Prices are Moscow and higher. The cuisine is very poor ... the quality of the dishes is so low that when they did not eat even a third of what they ordered, they asked to collect it with them, but on the second day everyone refused to eat it, even the local dogs.
In general, in this "Elite" institution, you can only admire the sunset with coffee (if you wait until the waiter brings it).

I visited with my family twice. If only I had written a positive review once. But in comparison, I write as it is. The sea view is a big plus. But the prices for Pitsunda are somewhat overpriced. And most importantly, the kitchen! Why are Russians being treated like idiots here? On the first day, I ordered chicken chmeruli. Of course, he (the chicken) does not reach the same chicken in Tbilisi on Lesilidze Street, but it is still quite tasty in a good garlic sauce and a fairly large piece of meat. The next day, my wife orders the same chicken, and they bring terribly peppered chicken bones (it looks like there was no chicken in the kitchen and decided to just reheat the satsivi). The impression of the restaurant was definitely spoiled.

We visited this institution for the first time two years ago. And if I had written a review then, it would have been a solid 5. This year we were in Abkhazia and decided to stop by our favorite restaurant again. But we were very disappointed. There are no complaints about the taste (at least for those dishes that were ordered) and the portions are large. Otherwise, there are no advantages.
The order arrived relatively quickly. Then we wanted to make an additional order, but they didn't come up to us, and I didn't see our waitress. As a result, after 20 minutes of waiting, I called another waitress. She said that ours had already left. She took only two empty plates and left. Then the waiting time again. We've been sitting with dirty dishes for a long time. Another one is coming, the third one is already coming. She said she would serve us now. But to serve, that's an understatement. She practically didn't come near us. I had to call all the time. By the way, I also saw a girl walking from another table, looking for her waiter. A complete disappointment. Then we waited a long time for the additional order, then the bill. In total, we lost at least an hour and a half of expectations. And the prices are high. They don't match at all. If you really put such a price tag, then be kind and serve at the level. And even my wine was poured, it stood on the bar for a long time until it was taken away....
