We had a rest in Amran in March 2019. Tickets were accidentally seen on biglio, with a pleasant discount. The hotel is great! Comfortable, clean, cozy rooms! Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and of course a warm pool! With the check-in, everything is clear on time, you can order a taxi at the reception! Wi-Fi catches perfectly. We recommend visiting once, and you will really want to come back here!

When we arrived here in 2018, everything was cool, the price is basically acceptable. The rooms were cleaned well, the rooms were clean, the furniture was good, and when we arrived in 2019 we were shocked how a hotel could be killed like that in a year. The furniture is kept on its word of honor, the curtains are stained, the carpet is dirty, the refrigerator stinks, fungus is all over the bathroom, the coating is cut in the pool. In short, we will definitely not come here for the third time.

Abkhazia is an amazing place. Huge potential, but a complete misunderstanding of the word service. I deliberately write this phrase because this hotel stands out from the others. There are also problems in the form of location, green tap water, lack of a restaurant and poor air conditioning... but... wow... champagne for breakfast as in a good hotel in Europe, an excellent heated pool and a good SPA area. After the massage of the fragile girl Maria, you feel like a cloud... such an airy cloud. Great steam room.
Cleanliness and order on the territory and inside the building. There are children's rooms and all sorts of entertainment for children. It's really relaxing here with children. The breakfast buffet is well-designed. Normal rooms and their equipment.
The hotel in Abkhazia is certainly 5, but in the territory of the Russian Federation the rating would be 4. And do something with the water ;) it shouldn't be green for sure :) even if it meets the relevant quality standards ;)

We rest for the second time in winter at the hotel. I like the location (city center) the hotel staff (friendly, always ready to help). The hotel is clean, cleaned on time, towels are changed. Overall, it's good. There is a swimming pool with heated seawater. A quiet, cozy hotel for family holidays.

Great hotel. We were passing through 2 times. I liked burning and eating, except for the solarium. We went to the sauna. They gave me dirty towels. The staff of the solarium made a scandal about this. The sauna temperature is 70C and dropped to 60C. I couldn't keep warm. I do not recommend a solarium.

It's not worth the money.
Of the advantages, only the responsive staff.
15k in two days, while WiFi does not catch anywhere at all, a meager breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not a cozy room with the smell of sewage in the bathroom, spa services are not included in the price. Actually, it is not particularly clear why such a cost is unreasonably high.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel for little money, the hotel is nice, clean, good insulation. A medium-sized room, underfloor heating in the bathroom - it was great in December, it was nice, there is a balcony in each room, high-quality cleaning daily, linen and towels were changed on the third day, the heated pool is just fine and that worked until 21 - just after the excursions swim). Thank you, I recommend it.

We rested here, booked a hotel with my husband, took a standard room. We were pleasantly surprised, because we had 20 m2 at our disposal, a balcony with a beautiful view, air conditioning, a shower and most importantly a toilet. There was a TV in the room and even a refrigerator. In general, everything is comfortable, the room is clean, beautiful, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is located close enough to the sea - a couple of minutes and we are there. The hotel staff is polite. The chefs cooked delicious food, and we also went to the pool at the hotel. We will come here again next year.

A bold minus sign. The hotel is for smokers. If you don't smoke, then sorry. Sniff at 6 a.m., as a nice man lit a cigarette on the next balcony. They give ashtrays to the rooms! So I'm moving in, and if the curtains are smoky, is it okay? And it is impossible to change a room during the season... The general standards did not reach the hotel. For those who smoke and spread the stink, the green corridor. Well, then next time we won't come to you. Keep smoking.

We stayed at the hotel in November. But it was wonderful. It is located as close as possible to the sea. Walk 150 meters. The staff at 5+ is all responsive, everything was told and shown. We were escorted to the room. There is a swimming pool with hot water. It's a real find for children. Without any questions, they gave us a free barbecue grill for cooking barbecue at sea. In general, a great place. I advise you!
