I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days , I liked everything - a comfortable mattress, a choice of pillows and an excellent blanket), breakfast is very varied, the staff is friendly. The center is a 5-minute walk away. I recommend

But you need to do something with breakfast - no matter what time you come, something is constantly missing, you constantly have to wait for it to be brought, often the tables are not cleaned and you have to wait a long time to be cleaned. There seem to be a lot of waiters, they all seem friendly, but terribly slow...

A nice modern hotel, located next to the French Embassy, close to all the main attractions of Bishkek. The spacious, bright rooms are equipped with everything you need. The staff is very responsive and friendly, they try to satisfy every whim. An iron and a knife and dishes were brought on request. The breakfasts are decent, buffet style, but you can also order an omelette, cheesecakes, etc. There is a currency exchange, including rubles for som. This is convenient, although the rate is slightly lower than the bank rate. We changed 1000 rubles for 1100 soms, and 1160 could be found in the bank. Overall - a great hotel, I recommend it

Clean, warm, cozy, spacious
There is not enough ramp and a dining room on the 7th floor (you need to walk the whole floor), at 9.40 everything is already cold and there is almost nothing

In principle, everything is fine, but it needs to be finalized:
1. Make shelves for towels inside the shower stall, since you made it so huge.
2. There is no hair conditioner, it would be nice to have one.
3. There was no disposable comb. I also need to add that I am silent about shaving kit.
4. Put a chair and a table on the balcony, at least for the summer season.
5. The superautomat coffee machine on the 7th floor makes so-so coffee, replace it, either adjust it, or change the coffee supplier.

Great hotel! Pleasant impressions!
Rooms, amenities and comfort are at a high level.
And one of the most important advantages, one of the few hotels in Bishkek, with a decently high level of staff!!! Everyone clearly, politely and courteously performs their duties, no one has to ask or wait for something to be done, but on the contrary, they anticipate the wishes of the guest.
The location of the hotel is not on a central noisy street, but in a quiet embassy district.

Overall, this is a good hotel. The room is clean, there are bathrobes and slippers. You can turn on the heater if it's cold. The breakfast is not luxurious, but decent: there is a standard buffet and you can order scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs. Although the porridge is somewhat more watery than we would like. The staff is friendly and tries to go to the meeting.

The hotel is small and cozy, but there were a number of technical problems: the central air conditioner on the second floor did not work. At the same time, the administrator made the check-in without reservations and warnings! And when I asked myself what was wrong with the air conditioner, I was told that it did not work! Accordingly, I insisted on replacing the number, but everything is not smooth here either, because the number was replaced with a lower category and without recalculation. I was able to return the number of my category only for the next day.
The breakfasts are very, very modest. I would not assure you that you will definitely find something to eat for breakfast.
There is no desire to return to this hotel anymore.

The hotel meets the "demanding" customer. I have lived here for a little more than a week and I can say that the hotel is working on its improvement! There are nuances, since in many ways everything depends on the guests, but the staff quickly corrects them. The breakfasts are very decent and the meal on the summer terrace is a special pleasure. Everything from an iron to a toothbrush can be found in the room. The mattress is soft and comfortable, falls asleep quickly) There is a park within walking distance.

I am staying at the Ambassador Hotel for the umpteenth time. The hotel is excellent, the staff is very helpful, the rooms are always clean, even there are scales, I can't get 5 stars to give scales, but here all rooms have them. There is a huge selection for breakfast, and most importantly there is a custard tea, not a bagged one. But that's not all, there is a Times Bar restaurant on the top floor, the food there is just excellent, Beshbarmak is just super!!!! khachapuri on a super thin dough and a lot of filling, the restaurant has very polite and professional waiters, what else do you need for a good dinner?!!!!!

Great hotel. This is our first time in Bishkek, the hotel staff helped with all the information, did everything necessary for our comfortable stay and even more. It is difficult to call this hotel a 4-star, 3 and even that is a stretch. The breakfasts are monotonous. Room cleaning, this is garbage removal and bed linen replacement. During the 2 weeks of stay, the carpet was never vacuumed. The plumbing needs to be repaired. Replenishment of hygiene products, only upon request at the reception. Which was very annoying, washing your hands with soap the size of a grain of sand. The mini bar was also replenished upon request, or once every 2-3 days. The restaurant at the hotel is decent. The location is good, in the city center. The staff is friendly. A double bed is two beds connected. The second time choosing between hotels, I would have chosen another one. The price does not match the quality.
