We arrived with my husband for work, a business trip for a month, chose this hotel, we will leave much earlier. My husband works from the room, leaves in the afternoon, and was asked to clean up later for three days in a row.
Day 1: we didn't clean up at all, we had to sit in the bar at night and wait for them to clean up.
Day 2: the reception was warned, they asked to clean up and replace the consumables - they did not clean up, they did not wait, they lived the night like this
Day 3: the husband is in the room, they knock on the door, he has an important call, asks to get out in an hour, after half an hour they knock again right during the call, he points out that only 30 minutes have passed, they sigh in response and notify him that they work until three, but they will be cleaned, exactly an hour after the first request from the room, the husband left. We came in the evening - it was not cleaned.
At the reception, our requests at first, and then the claims at the reception, can neither compensate nor help in any way. Today, when expressing a desire to move out earlier, we were pleasantly answered "okay, of course."
I warned several times that it was our anniversary on April 17th, and each time they promised us a gift from the hotel, but every time I reminded new employees at the reception, they made surprised eyes, apparently information is not transmitted between the staff.
Today is April 16, they finally cleaned up, but in my world, after 3 mistakes in a row, they are cleaned perfectly, but no, the linen is old, the mini bar is not replenished, light things lie instead of a table on the floor.

A controversial impression is that the Hotel smokes in the rooms, or rather there is an ashtray on the balcony for this, but the room itself is smoky, even though it is ventilated. In general, everything was done well, but in some places an update is required. The hotel has a great restaurant, good location! It seems to me that the price is very high, but it is possible that this is acceptable for Bishkek (the level of a good chain hotel in Moscow).

Responsive staff. There was a heavy workload at the hotel, but the reservation was made in advance. We were given a room of the best category for the price of the one that was booked. The breakfasts are good. In the evening, the lights in the entire building were turned off for 15-20 minutes, but the staff made every effort to restore the power supply.

A normal four-star hotel, breakfast is quite good, I didn't get tired in 4 days, a free sauna in a neighboring hotel, a cozy cafe-bar on the top floor, with access to the roof and a view of Bishkek. They gave me a room in a higher class than I had booked. Attentive staff.
