For lunch, mashed soup is impossible to eat, or soup broth with noodles, everything is not salty, they generally replace salt there, as I understood seasoning 😝Dinner is the same, there is nothing to eat. Seafood was unprecedented in general. We ate fruits, watermelon and melon. Turks are kind, always positive, treat children well.

Разнообразное питание. И его очень много весь день. Мороженое весь день. Шаурма, пицца, бургеры в промежутках между основной едой. Алкоголь в том числе импортный рекой, а безалкогольные напитки вообще круглосуточно. Через день большие концерты и каждый день анимация. Примерно 50% россияне ещё 30 жители бывшего СССР. И немного Турция и Иран. Из Западной Европы никого. Чуть хромает обслуживание, но это если придираться. Отель семейный. Очень много бабушек с внуками. Молодёжи почти совсем нет. Если вам 17-25 лет, то будет скучновато.

This is not a custom review. We were at the hotel from October 14th to 20th and stayed in room 2141.
A hotel with a trick (very illogical)
To begin with, I would like to note right away that the designer of the territory of this hotel needs to be taken away from work, because we have never seen such an inconvenient location of all important points in our lives.
The amphitheater and the children's pool with slides are located very far from the main building. If you are traveling with a child, get ready to walk a lot. The timing is also a problem, because the mini disco ends at 21:00, the show starts only at 21:30, you'll be lucky if you're not late, and you just don't know how to spend this half hour, because next to the amphitheater there is a poorly lit wasteland, a small bar and 3 benches. Poor lighting in the evening, in principle, throughout the hotel.
The main beach - opposite the main pool is incredibly dirty, we went to the beach every day, which is opposite the slides, it felt as if we lived on the second line, and not on the first, because the way to a clean beach was about 10 minutes one way.
The pool with slides is dirty and yellow. The main pool also did not inspire confidence. I liked the two quiet pools, they are cozy, they are surrounded by greenery and have beautiful views of the mountains. There is always an opportunity to find sun beds everywhere, there were no problems with this.
The animation is neither there nor here. If you are a young group of friends, you do not need to come here. The hotel is family-run, there are a lot of children. But on the other hand, I can't call children's animation strong. It's as if animation is trying to maneuver between the youth and family concept, but it doesn't work at all, so both directions are lame.
The food is decent. There are many separate cafes, a bistro that works 24/7, an ice cream parlor, food courts with burgers, shawarma, crumbs of potatoes and fruits open from 12 to 16. In the main restaurant, too, you can always find something to eat and not stay hungry, but without frills. Alcohol is normal.
The service in the main restaurant is lame. The waiters do not have time to clean the tables, so that you can pour drinks, you need to catch the waiter yourself.
We got a good room. The miri bar was cleaned daily, the bathroom accessories were replenished: toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving kit, cotton pads, dry wipes, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/body milk - everything was provided. In general, everything was fine, if you do not build high expectations, since the room stock is already tired. Among the complaints: dirty windows on the balcony, sometimes there was a bad smell of sewage from the bathroom.
If you live in the main building on the 3rd-4th floor, you will be waiting for an elevator for a very long time. The elevators are stuffy, as well as in the corridors where the rooms are located, there are no air conditioners at all.
There was a bad smell of sewage on the territory of the hotel, especially where there was an a la carte fish restaurant, which is actually why we did not go to it. There was an outdoor toilet nearby. By the way, there are very few outdoor toilets, if you are lying in a quiet pool, you will have to return to the "main" area with the main pool.
The free Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the territory, which is a huge plus.
Ice cream in packages and regular balls, bottled pepsi drinks, fanta, sprite, beer - 24/7, which I also liked.

A mid-range hotel, in general, for such a price, the rest turned out to be quite good. We can recommend it, but be prepared to put up with the nuances.
We were previously in Zygma, Antedon, Alinda and Turban Thermal. If you were there too, or you were in better hotels, then you don't need to go to Amara. It's very dirty here. Everywhere. Dried dirt on tables, chairs, chaise lounges, on the floor and seats in toilets, on plates, forks, spoons, cups and knives. It feels like this is not a Turkish hotel. 80% of the staff are Kyrgyz. And they work fine, there were no questions for them. But! There are critically few of them, they are clogged, afraid of tips, all sullen, the impression that they are being beaten. Drinks at lunch and dinner are not served here. You take the bottle yourself and put it on the table. We have always loved sauces based on fermented dairy products. They are beautiful in Turkey. And so. They are also available here, but they are not displayed on cooled installations, but simply on tables. After two hours, they are removed, and then put out again. Like all other vegetables and salads. Guess the results for yourself. It happened. Desserts are bad. Paper cups for tea/coffee. Or dirty cups (they weren't always there). I will not write about food, rooms, cleaning, etc. All the negative reviews are true. Half of the guests are coughing and sneezing continuously. Perhaps due to unsanitary conditions.
The cherry on the cake was the holding of some kind of teenage gathering of citizens of the former Soviet republics in this hotel. As I understand it, within the framework of the Ottoman ideas promoted in Turkey. For a week, the hotel turned into a premium pioneer camp somewhere in the vicinity of Bishkek. Imagine three hundred children and teenagers. Everyone has a phone. There is a ticktock on the phone. Naturally, at full volume. In the dining room, in the sauna, in the cafe, in the lobby, in the pool and on the beach. And several caregivers at all. And the T-shirts have the inscription "Uzbekistan" and "Kazakhstan" in Russian. There was a strong feeling that for 300 + tr. we went to relax somewhere in the Ryazan Prospekt metro area. It lasted the whole second week of our vacation and was slightly upsetting. On the last day, some new carnival in uniform came by. This is very beneficial for the hotel. Savings on alcohol, on food, and the cost is slightly lower than for ordinary guests. Discount for wholesale, so to speak.
Somewhere in the description of the hotel I read that the hotel accommodates single men. This moment is filled with a certain meaning here. Every day, piquantly dressed animator girls from those very Union republics defile here. Young, beautiful, nicely dressed, Russian-speaking. A real decoration of the hotel. Late at night, they all gather at the club on the minus ground floor. I did not specify further details, because I went with my wife. But it looked nice). I am attaching a photo.
The hotel has passed its "point of no return". It will cost a lot of money to restore it to its originally intended state. And the owners, of course, will not spend them. This hotel is a typical "cash cow", leaving on the remnants of former luxury. The degree of dilapidation is critical.
Going to this hotel was a mistake. It's easy to avoid it. This is the Armas network. Go around it by a large radius, dear compatriots, and you will be fine, as in the normal Turkish fives. And here, even without you, there is someone to relax. There were a lot of people in October (the Baltic States, non-brothers of military age with squads and girls and a rich variety of guests from the former Soviet republics). There are few Russians/Belarusians, Turks too (they only come for weekends).

I asked to replenish the bar with water ... 2 days without water in the room as a result . At the reception, I do not understand how they work at all, they are not oriented in the hotel business as much as possible. The food is 3 * , the dishes are terribly dirty , you run around asking the waiters for the appliances and as a result they give dirty appliances, lipstick marks on the appliances ( not once) , apparently some Kings of Turkey work in bars, otherwise you cannot explain the throwing of water bottles. Dirt is everywhere, I often rest in Turkey, but this is the first time I've seen it. I do not recommend it.

All the advantages of the hotel cover the fact that EVERYTHING! Absolutely EVERYONE has had an intestinal infection in this hotel! The youngest child is the worst ! The doctor, attention, diagnosed overheating in the sun and dehydration. It is clear that the local clinic does not want to spoil relations with the owner of the hotel and it is easier for him to make such diagnoses... when I sent the results of the analysis of the child to my doctor at home, she immediately wrote to me - a severe infection, leukocytes are off the scale. As a result, the child is on ivs, antibiotics, vomiting, diarrhea and so on for half a vacation. To pay such money and stay in the room, there are no words! My relative was also very ill with abdominal pains and fever, and what the local doctor wrote to him in the diagnosis, I think you understand ... the rest of the family members were carried away, in the truest sense of the word, the dishes are dirty, flies sit on the food, there is no cleaning in the rooms and in the hotel itself. It would be nice to have a one-time campaign of such poisonings! But I started looking for hotel reviews now, they were like that before! It's just a nightmare! Complete unsanitary conditions!!! We were given a room that was killed in the trash, cobwebs, dirt behind the sofa, went to the reception, guest reception - zero sense. Every day I have to go to the reception 2-3 times to resolve issues that should be included in room service
and waste my time:
1. For three days we asked to repair the hair dryer, I could not dry my hair and eventually fell ill on the 2nd day of my stay. The hair dryer was never fixed. On the 4th day, we demanded to change the room. Which was done only the next day.
2. There was dirt in the new room, which I reported at least 2 times, but it was cleaned only after 2 days, when we found the cleaner in the room.
3. Change of bed linen - change only after insistent demand, but should be at most once every 2 days in a 5 * hotel, which you consider yourself to be. Now I have to go to the reception again and ask for a change of linen.
4. The rooms do not provide bathrobes, toothbrushes, washcloths. Although, again, this is due to your stardom. All this has to be knocked out!
5. In the feeding area (restaurant) You have recruited students who can't even wipe the tables - sticky, in the remains of spilled colored drinks.
6. On the tables, on the food - flies!
7. The dishes are dirty - you take them in your hands, and the bottom is all rough, in the dried remnants of food.
8. For 4 days there was no tea except black, the answer was the same - the bags ran out (in stores too??)
9. The kids' club is nothing terrible, trampolines, toys - everything is tattered, old, there is an unpleasant musty smell in the premises. All this resembles not a Luxury, but a stall.
10. On the first day, a child in a pool with bridges on a broken tile cut off a flap of skin on her heel!
11. The rooms in which we lived were already so broken, there was no door in one shower. Water was running all over the shower. There is a dirty hole with black mold on the sink - all this makes you feel sick while brushing your teeth
This is the second time we are vacationing with our family at this hotel.
The impressions are always great.

In general, the hotel is good, the main advantage is a large beautiful territory, a large beach line, magnificent local nature, mountains and coniferous forest. A good, varied menu in the restaurant.
There are shortcomings in the cleaning of rooms, non-compliance with the configuration of rooms according to the Luxury status, poor table cleaning in the main restaurant.
The coastline is pebbles, as they say for an amateur, but this did not bother us, and we even consider it a plus, since water with a pebble bottom is usually cleaner.
We had a rest in July of this year. Of the good things, this is a huge area and animation, but unsanitary conditions killed everything. Starting from the rooms, we were moved three times. Sometimes the bathroom flowed so that you had to wash your ankles in water and couldn't get repairs or relocation for three days, then the stench of sewage in the bathroom. Well, the equipment and furniture itself have been asking for replacement for a long time. Well, the worst thing is that they were terribly poisoned, right up to the clinic and ivs. The administration's reaction to the flow of complaints at the reception that you have some kind of problem here, people are bringing down some kind of infection!!!- Zero! It later turned out that the dishwasher had broken in them, but it was not immediately understood. In general, never to this hotel again.
If you don't find fault too much, then the hotel is on the 4th floor, what you liked: a large beautiful territory in greenery, nice large clean pools, enough sun beds, the sea, delicious bottled sweet soda, water sports training, several beautiful piers, if you go through the points, then the food: average was something delicious and what-it's not very, there are a lot of fruits, cheeses, seafood for 9 days a couple of times and I won't say that they are delicious, there are a lot of sweets here they are delicious), with regard to alcohol, the wines are not delicious, the beer is not bad, cocktails at the bar are made tolerable for some reason only for girls, when his husband went for cocktails, they mixed just disgusting stuff, the animation is average, now from the specific minuses: the rooms are not cleaned, in the first days of settlement something was visible that they were doing, and then they scored, it was possible to draw on the table from dust, pastel was not changed once in 9 days, towels were changed, but dirty ones were not taken away, in the last 3 days of rest they didn't do anything at all, they didn't take the garbage and didn't change the towels, in general, the cleaning is disgusting, as many wrote earlier, the furniture is broken, a thorough repair is required, the conder was buzzing, the TV with a leaking screen, the room as a whole is 3 ku, and the cleaning is 2 ku!! the territory, the sea - 5, the food - 4, and of the minuses, well, for us personally, there were aching children at every step, it was impossible to have dinner in silence, next time we will definitely consider the hotel 18 +, of the pluses there was also a Finnish bath, BUT it was the only one that worked out of the three existing ones, the other two did not work, the hamam too it was cold and the pool was drained, into which it was supposed to plunge after leaving the steam room, we had to go to the one next to the gym, for 9 nights in September we gave 250,000 rubles for two, but the hotel does not meet these rates for its services. The price of all this is 180,000 maximum. Conclusion in general, you can relax, but there is no desire to visit again. For this price, you can find better options
Great hotel!! The territory is large, well thought out. The food is varied, every day veal, chicken, fish of different types (sea bass, dorado, salmon, etc.). QUEUE at the snack-the bar is constantly 5. The choice of food is quite monotonous day by day, and not to say that it's very tasty 5.The staff of waiters is entirely Kazakh (I'm not a Nationalist, just the Turks are much more attentive to the guests), so serve yourself or you'll wait forever for 6.Beer grade 1 Ephesus...junk, there are only 6 varieties of frozen stuff, too, 7 junk. We were at this hotel from August 14 to 22, we bought a ticket for 303 thousand for three, it was a spontaneous trip, so we did not have time to study all the reviews, and as it turned out, it was very in vain. Yes, an intestinal infection is really raging in the hotel, thanks to her, the child lay in the hospital for 4 days under ivs, barely came out (incessant vomiting, diarrhea up to 20 times a day, temperature 40! they discharged me right before departure, how scary it was to fly with a small child who couldn't even stand on his feet from impotence (my husband and I also got sick, but in a milder form. Most likely, the hotel saves on disinfection and sanitation, at the entrance we were given a room in which there were just black ones!!! the floors have not been washed for probably a year, and the curtains have probably not been washed at all since the opening of the hotel! We wanted to change, but they offered us a smaller room, we stayed in this one, asked to wash the floors, insert a light bulb in the bathtub, remove blockages (the water in the bathtub and shower did not go away), and the refrigerator almost did not work, but we did not need it. If it hadn't been for the infection, I probably would have put a 4-hotel, but this horror crossed out all the advantages that exist, it's like we've been to hell! We had ALL the pills for such diseases with us, but nothing helped, they exhausted the whole child, brought him to breathe the sea air, go swimming, and took away the whole patient, and how much more to recover, it's scary to imagine! People, if you are traveling with young children, choose a hotel more carefully, yes, you can catch an infection everywhere, but here you will catch it 100%!
I also wanted to write about the guide from Odeon tours. Upon arrival, we forgot a small children's backpack on the bus, left a request to give it to us, but the driver did not find it, most likely did not notice it, it was blue and merged with the color of the bus interior, we asked to take a better look, of course no one did. On the way back, they asked to arrange an individual transfer to the airport, it was unbearable to take a sick child to hotels, to which he said the cost would be 75 €, and in general the office was already closed, it should have been earlier! In general, no help, no sympathy, all this is very unpleasant, and it's a shame that after paying a lot of money, they treat you with such disdain.
I can't say anything bad about the hotel staff, everyone tried to help in some way, the waiters offered to bring food to the baby's room, the cleaners put more towels, all issues were resolved quickly at the reception, there are most likely questions to the authorities, how can it be that the infection has been walking around the hotel for so long, and it is impossible to get rid of it Get rid of it? Close the hotel for a car wash, I do not know! This is a mockery of the guests!
The only thing I really liked was the sea and the hotel grounds, they are gorgeous!
Well, the local hospital, Anatolia hospital, the doctors did everything quickly, the blood test was ready in 15 minutes, they immediately put on an IV, and the nurses were on duty and monitored the child all night, that's a huge human thank you to them!

We had a rest at the end of August 2024 with a 4-year-old child. The superion room is on the 4th floor. We read negative reviews about the hotel before, but everything worked out. The overall impression is good. The room is large, with a side view of the sea, quiet, clean. The food is good, there was enough of everything. Due to the fact that the entire hotel is full, the restaurant is crowded at lunch and dinner, but not critical. The Turks are doing well, they are trying, the attitude towards Russians is excellent! So I recommend the hotel, but not the promo rooms, they have not been renovated
Amara Luxury Resort: disappointment instead of luxury
We vacationed at Amara Luxury Resort in October 2024 and were extremely disappointed. The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel, but the reality turned out to be far from expectations.
Let's start with the "meeting": at the reception we were met by rude girls who were rude and behaved extremely disrespectfully. We were given a room with a view of the wall, which was dark and damp. When we asked to change the room, we were met with an aggressive refusal: "Do you want to stay without a room at all?" No 5-star hotel has ever been so rude.
Food is a separate story. Compared to Queen's Park Le Jardin 5*, which is located in Kirisha, where we vacationed a year ago, there is simply no food here. The dishes are monotonous, without zest, and there is no variety at all. The queue for the dining room is lined up 10 minutes before the opening. If you do not arrive at the beginning of the opening, but 30-40 minutes later, you will see an incredible picture of how almost all the food was disassembled. And salads are simply mixed from the leftovers.
The beach is very small, the sun beds are right next to each other, it feels like you're in a tin can.
The technical condition of the room also left much to be desired: the hair dryer did not work, the air conditioner worked by itself, it was impossible to adjust it.
There was no entertainment in the evening, although the Mirada del Mar Hotel was located next door, which had parties every day.
As a result, instead of a luxurious vacation, we got rudeness, a dirty room and poor food. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
A good hotel, but the prices for entertainment (paralacing, banana, sofa) relative to other hotels are almost 2-3 times more expensive. Then one more thing, we had paid for ultra all inclusive, but the bars asked for $ 10 to pour a simple cheap Red Label, I'm not talking about Chivas anymore, it's not there, what this ultra hotel knows.

Не было проблем с местами в основном ресторане , когда бы не пришли . Рядом с основным рестораном детская большая площадка . Пока мы ужинали , ребенок развлекался на площадке . Живая музыка и днем и вечером , анимация замечательная . Море чистое . Мы располагались на пирсе , тк все плаваем хорошо . На пирсе бар ( холодильник ) 8 наименований напитков .
Замечательный аквапарк , много горок , возле которых можно и полежать на лежаках , тут же и бар , напитки , мороженое .были и в отелях выше классом , но , хочу сказать , этот отель очень достойный . Наша семья рекомендует его для отдыха . Не пожалеете .
Хороший отель. Цена-качество. Отличное наполнение напитками в холодильниках по территории. Обычно в отелях только вода, здесь можно самостоятельно брать - газировку, энергетики, айран, воду. В целом много сортов пива - эфес, бекс, миллер. Большой пляж, место есть всегда. По еде нормально - бывает хуже, бывает лучше. Номерной фонд уставший. Из минусов - плохая уборка и в целом хромает обслуживание номеров. Пока не попросишь, могут не поменять полотенца, не сменить белье, не дать шампунь и тапочки. Анимация есть, но без фанатизма. Удобное расположение, можно пешком ходить в Гейнюк, рядом остановка маршрутки до Кемера (в пути минут 30). Персонал русскоязычный, вежливый и старательный. В общем, если не сильно придавать значение минусам, то отдохнуть здесь можно очень хорошо.

I really didn't like this moment, the rest was ruined and no one provided help! It is necessary to crawl at all to pay attention! A lot of money was thrown away (136,000 rubles). I was on my way to rest, but as a result I caught an infection. And also in all pools the water is cold.
For a five-star hotel and considering the price tag in September 2024, it's just terrible. The interiors are "remnants of former luxury": it was obviously gorgeous 20 years ago, but now everything is tired, broken, dirty, unkempt. The family room is large, but the cleaning is disgusting. There's plenty of food, but it doesn't taste good. The staff is not bad, but there are very few of them. Toilets in common spaces are a bore. Sand was poured on the beach, but 5 meters from the shore there are huge boulders, be sure to take aquashouses.

3) the hotel itself is already very "tired", the plaster on the walls in the corridor is falling off, the signs for the rooms do not know what it is to hang in the level. We ordered a room with an extra bed. As a result, an ordinary room with a sofa laid out, there would be no questions about it, except that it was broken, and it was broken so that it was impossible to sleep on it. They asked for a change all day, neither the technician nor the cleaner knows Russian, they have not heard about English at all, they speak only Turkish. As a result, they folded the sofa and put a cot across the room (ingeniously, not to go to the balcony, not to go to the other side of the main bed), I had to move everything myself. And it's all for 350 thousand rubles in 8 days!

Vegetables, fruits, cheese, all sorts of varieties, olives of various types, salads, sweets are a great variety and everything is very tasty!!!! There was also a separate assortment for children! The staff is very friendly, we made friends with the waiter boy, Emir Efe Akengin, every morning began with a very pleasant conversation, in the Denis lobby bar, by the pool Kudryash made wonderful cocktails! The territory of the hotel is very large and beautiful! We arrived late, so not everything was already working, but in the season there are carousels, water slides for the kids, we went for a ride, turned them on without any problems! The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the beach itself is sandy, but when entering the sea a small area is rocky, but again there is a pier. Есть большое количество бассейнов, один в самом отеле остальные на территории. 2 бассейна приватные, там обычно никого нет, самое то для одинокого отдыха.
Рядом с отелем городок где можно пройтись по магазинам и шикарные горы.

The three of us had a rest with a six-year-old child. There was an understanding of what budget you need to fit into, that you would like a combination of the sea, mountains and coniferous air and that the hotel territory was spacious and green ... well, the rating is preferably from 4+ on a five-point scale.
A huge number of hotels fit these criteria. The choice was long and tedious, and in the end, rather pragmatic – all other things being equal, a slightly more interesting price offer won.
We got everything we went for, and even a little more. The sea was clean and warm, the air was coniferous, the food was delicious and varied, the room was a little tired, but quite comfortable.
For children there are water slides, a kids club, and an evening disco.
Adults are also not deprived – a good spa complex, sports grounds (football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, mini golf), various evening programs - discos, performances, concerts.

Отель вообщем-то неплохой, все так красиво и более менее чисто, но всё таки нюансов очень много. Первым я хотела бы отметить кухню, она тут неплохая, но разнообразия вот совсем нет, одно и то же заевшееся меню, явно не уровня пяти звездочного отеля. Второе это сервис, сервис хромает, и персонал не любит иностранцев, вроде бы нас/их тут больше всего но обслуживают нехотя, столы убирают очень медленно, вместо этого все на кухне бегут собирать себе еду, и при просьбе убрать остатки еды и мусор со стола со злобой отвечают или просто игнорируют просьбу. Про выселение нам ничего не говорили, во время обеда позвонили и сказали чтобы мы собрали все свои вещи и вышли, не то придется платить 150€ :(. И кстати, будьте аккуратнее в лобби, люстры висят на одном проводе.
