We were on a sightseeing tour of Dubai. Excellent organization and support. The bus has charging, cold water. The tour is as intense and interesting as possible. I was on two excursions. One of them is a sightseeing tour of Dubai - there are no questions here, the guide told everything, showed it, it was comfortable and understandable. There was also time for a photo and an independent review.
And the second tour is a trip to Abu Dhabi. It is positioned as a trip for the price of a bus tour, but by car. Keep in mind there is a catch here - yes, by car, but this is a crossover like a Honda pilot or Kia Sorento. And the organizers offer to load 7 people into it. It is clear that this is one customer in the front seat, three in the 2nd row and three!!! on the 3rd row, which is intended for children. When such a Honda arrived at my hotel 1.5 hours late, I, of course, refused. After a lot of correspondence and phone calls, I got my money back for the tour. But I, driven by the desire to make the trip, decided to try my luck again. And I booked the same "excursion" a day later. Kia sorento arrived, naturally 1.5 hours late, in the previous body. However, there were 4 people sitting there, and the two of us took seats in the 3rd row. Well, it seems tolerable. But again, for me it's better on the bus than on the 3rd row in a crossover. The driver, who is also a tour guide, is just a citizen of one of the former republics of the USSR, who has been living in Dubai for some time, speaks Russian well and can take you from point A to point B. Important!!! He's not a tour guide, not even once. He's a great guy, knows the local rules and regulations, but he's not a tour guide. The first item on this tour was a food court designed based on the movie Mad Max. Yes, very original, no questions asked. But it's just a food court. Then there was a visit to the date market (as it was stated). In fact, it was a visit to a wholesale fruit and vegetable base, where various agricultural products are traded from containers and tents. There were dates there too, no questions. Then we drove past the Louvre to the museum, stylized as a village of ancient Arabs, walked by ourselves without a guide. Then we stopped at the fashionable Mandarin Oriental hotel for something... The hotel is also right on the top five. We walked around it ourselves, took a photo, the "guide" was waiting in the car. After that, we were taken to the mosque, given ku ar codes and abayas for women and sent to walk around it on our own. We walked around, looked at it - it takes your breath away!!! I would like another guide, well, this is an excursion after all, even at the price of a bus tour, although the price is $ 60 per nose, it seems not a little. Well, it depends on what to compare ...
we walked for an hour and set off on the way back, 2 hours and we are at the hotel. Here is such an "excursion".
On my own, I will definitely not go to Abu Dhabi with this company anymore, and I do not advise you to anyone. The tour involves getting some knowledge about its subject, in this case about the capital of the UAE, which was not the case. It was just a round trip by car with comments far from the work of a guide.

I would like to thank the Aladdin company for the good excursions, where we liked everything.)We took two excursions, one by boat to Dubai Marina and another on Safari with Jeep rides.We went on both of these excursions with our Japanese friends, they were also delighted!There was a buffet on the boat with a small show (dancing in a skirt), the food was delicious, especially the fish that melted in your mouth))The second tour was just great!Children and adults were delighted, everyone was there for the first time, my daughter dreamed of going on safari and riding an ATV! We had a very polite guide Mahmoud, he came to pick us up at the hotel in a big white jeep and took us to the desert, where we were immediately offered quad biking for a fee (this was not included in the price of the tour), after riding ATVs, he took us to another place, where together with everyone, a large crowd We rode on the sands, about 20 cars!We were all delighted, it's exciting, it's a lot of fun!After skiing, we went to dinner for a while.There were a lot of people there, but everything was organized, it was thought out in advance who was sitting where, each company had its own table, the show was interesting, especially the fire show, the children watched with their mouths open)), ate, smoked hookah, everything was included in the price of the tour, then rode camels.Thank you again, we are satisfied and of course recommend it to others!

The guide Dinara told me interesting things, did not overload with information. She advised me to buy local dates at the Gold Market. However, the seller, of course, was persistent.
On Safari, we were simply taken to the park, and at the end we were picked up at the agreed time. Everything is also very clear.
We walked around all the locations in the park, everything was done quite competently, from location to location they take a bus, the tour also includes a village of researchers, where they take a jeep and animals walk freely around the territory. There was a girl with us who talked in English about animals
We were lucky, they let the monkeys out to feed when we were there, it was very impressive.

The guides who accompanied us told us very interesting and informative things about the country, customs, and culture of this population. We liked that everything was clear and to the point. We went to the market, we didn't sell anything. If you want to go buy, you don't want to just walk. We ordered an excursion to Abu Dhabi from Aladdin because we read a lot of positive reviews. But it was an incredible disappointment. 😭
We were told that they have the opportunity to take us by car at the cost of a bus tour. And we fell for it. I would like to note that we were not even offered a bus tour at the same price. Finally:
— The "GUIDE" and the driver are one person, it's hard to hear. He DIDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING, he just stated, "this is a palace, this is a mosque, a bridge." It's like a friend who lives in the city, but doesn't know its history, decided to take you for a ride around the sights.
— the car is a large 7-seater infiniti, only 3 people are riding in the trunk (we are both tall and to say that our legs were numb because they were on our ears, to say nothing) + a seat belt somewhere around our neck. And the view from the car is worse than from a tall bus.
— but the most important thing is THAT WE DID NOT VISIT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RESIDENCE OF AL WATAN!!! The driver said that the entrance is paid and it is not included in the tour, but the bus tour is different... THERE WAS NO LIMIT TO OUR DISAPPOINTMENT. Because we were offered a bus tour by another company, where these tickets were already included. Instead, the driver took us through the free villages of Bidouin and the date markets...
— The departure back was at 6 p.m. And at this time, it only gets dark and the backlight starts to turn on, i.e. WE DID NOT SEE THE MOSQUE IN THE BLUE BACKLIGHT.
— We did not visit the Ferari Park, but these are small things against the background of the rest.
— We were driving a car without any markings, it felt like it was just a private trader.

I, like another girl from the car, was on the same tour 2 years ago. And I remember how informative it can be. The trip to Abu Dhabi is the most interesting and informative excursion, we also had an expensive transfer.
P.S. I reviewed the correspondence and did not find fault with it, it seems that they threw off the real program, but it is very easy to confuse "Emirates Palace (go inside)" with Al Watan... That's what they're counting on(

There was also an interesting offer to visit the Louvre, which of course we took advantage of. Everything was very interesting. Our guide was Muraz. He told me everything very interestingly, took me to all the places declared in the tour. The second tour was the Royal Jeep Safari. The emotions that we received cannot be expressed in words. Our driver is a professional in his field. Sometimes it was scary when they were sliding sideways off the dunes, but at the same time there was so much adrenaline at that moment. We have already gone on excursions with the Aladin company, because of this, we did not consider another company on this trip.

We are vacationing in the UAE in Dubai. We returned from safari yesterday, the organization is at the highest level. We arrived right at the hotel in a comfortable car, with air conditioning, drove to the desert smoothly, without haste. We rode camels at the collection point, were given water, bought souvenirs and rushed to the dunes of the desert. Keep in mind that safari is an extreme type of pastime and you may feel sick, this happened to us, we were seasick, but our driver was sympathetic to this, apparently we were not the first, gave us a package and kindly stopped when necessary. Yunis has a special heart 💖 we stayed in the desert for a total of 2-3 hours, rode a sideboard, saw the sun off the horizon and went to dinner. The dinner was in the desert at a campsite and was accompanied by a show program. There were beautiful performances, the artists did well. The food was delicious and varied, there was a lot of food (salads of 5 types, potatoes, rice, spaghetti, fruits, shish kebab, lula, baked vegetables, sweet flour balls (I don't know what they are called correctly, but they are very tasty) water, coffee, tea, cola, sprite) the choice is large, there was no competition for food, there was enough for everyone and the same amount remained. To all those who come to Dubai and Abu Dhabi for the first time and who want to see the most iconic places, I sincerely want to recommend the Aladdin Tourism company. We really wanted to visit the desert. At 8.30 am we wrote to them in the office, already at 9 am all organizational issues were agreed and the tour was booked. At 13.30, a driver came to pick us up at the hotel. On the way, we picked up a couple more tourists and went to the desert itself. The path is not very close (plus it depends on the area where you live. The driver kindly offered us water - in case you didn't take it, then we thought about this issue for you). On the way to the desert, you stop at a store (you can go to the toilet, which will not be in the desert, buy headscarves, ice cream, etc.). It also offers ATV rides (all optional, without coercion). Then begins exactly what we have been waiting for - a safari through the sand dunes. It cannot be compared to anything else. Emotions are overwhelming, the adrenaline is off the scale😻 But in general, it cannot be said that it is scary (it is clear that the drivers are all experienced, the cars are reliable - Toyota Sequoia or Land Cruiser mostly drive through the deserts (he will pick you up from the hotel, so you can say a bonus - a trip around the city in a comfortable car). After the safari, you are given time to just stay in the desert - the driver takes a sandboard out of the trunk - those who wish can ride it. We are not amateurs, we did not try it, the girls from our car went for a ride - they liked it. Most of the people at this time, of course, take photos. We were lucky - a camel caravan was passing and one camel stopped and stood next to us for 10 minutes, so almost everyone managed to take a selfie with him) the only thing we regret is that we spent all our time in the desert photographing each other, whereas you can just sit and contemplate😍 despite the fact that the temperature was comfortable (do not think that your group will be taken to the center of the sand dunes and abandoned). Several groups gather, cars stand nearby, the driver makes sure everything is in order, water is always available. After that, all the groups are taken back (cars go one after the other - again for safety reasons - in case someone gets stuck - there is always someone to come to the rescue). The driver arrives at the station, where everything is cleaned of sand - from the car's air filter to your socks (after the desert, calmly get into the car with sandy feet, no one will say a word against you). After that, you go to the camp - outdoor tables, bag chairs, a buffet with a huge variety of food, hookah, tea, coffee, alcoholic drinks were also available for those who wished, and all this is accompanied by national dances on stage, an impressive fire show. Also at this time, you can go to hand painting with henna (for a small additional fee.payment). In general, a calm, relaxed program after intense skating. Once again, we would like to thank the Aladdin Tour company for our unforgettable impressions and thoughtful organization of the tour. Well, the most pleasant detail is the cost of all this is $ 40. When we also saw the buffet, we were sure that we would definitely have to pay something else, but no, Everything (except alcohol, some types of hookah and quad biking is included in the price). To say that we were satisfied is to say nothing. For comparison, in our hotel we were offered for $ 170. There was a booklet in the Hilton hotel - the price there started from 1700 dirhams🙈 I highly recommend the Aladdin company. If I'm still in the Emirates, I'll definitely go somewhere else with them😁

We chose between Aladdin and 2 more travel agencies. Aladdin seemed to be the most interesting in terms of price / quality. We were on 3 excursions:

2. Abu Dhabi. We drove a car. The driver is Russian-speaking. On the way, he talked about the places he visited.
3. Safari in the desert. The driver of the jeep is English-speaking.
