We were in the UAE for the first time, in Dubai. It took me a long time to find a tour based on reviews, and I came across the Aladdin website. All the guides who accompanied us all this time are erudite, deeply intelligent people, rhythm, presentation of information, organization and sense of humor are at their best. There was enough time to walk around the interesting locations by ourselves. We learned a lot about the culture, history, customs and traditions of the local population.

The first time we visited the Emirates was ten years ago in Dubai. Immediately after the dollar went up from 30 rubles to 60. This time we decided to go to Sharjah. And a new emirate, and cheaper. We bought vouchers, and began to look for someone who would take us on excursions. We haven't taken it from tour operators for a long time, as their price is very high.
After a week of searching on the Internet, we decided to settle on Aladdin. According to reviews, the company has almost no comments, the prices are reasonable. Payment for excursions is possible by transfer in rubles, at least partially, at least in full. Additional discounts are available for package purchases. We contacted the guide on Telegram. She replied within an hour.
Prices and travel dates have been clarified. As it turned out, the prices on the website are not quite relevant - some have gone up a bit. We found four tours that we were interested in – a sightseeing tour of Dubai without the Burj Khalifa, Abu Dhabi with a mosque, the Miracle Garden with the Global Village and a Jeep safari.
In the process of communicating with the guide, it turned out that you can travel to Abu Dhabi not only by bus, but also by a small 4-6-seater car. The surcharge is 5 bucks per nose, but you can also go to the royal palace, where you can not get by bus. Tickets to the palace are still $20, but for a package purchase, a $20 discount is given to everyone, which compensated for the costs. Since there are four of us, we decided to take this tour and, as it turned out later, we did not lose.
Since we had already purchased the currency for the trip, we decided to make a partial prepayment (50%). The rest was paid for on the first tour in currency.
For four people, all 4 excursions cost $ 880.
Now the impressions about the excursions themselves and the comparison with the trip ten years ago.
1. Dubai.
The tour started at 14.00 from the hotel. They took tourists from Ajman before us, then a couple more hotels in Sharjah, moving to Dubai and there a couple more hotels with tourists. Dinara's guide, originally from Tatarstan. He has been living in the Emirates for about 30 years. She talks interestingly, she answered all the questions. By the way, the guide's professionalism is determined not only by how she answers, but also by the repetition of the question. Very often tourists ask questions that you can't hear, and you only hear the guide's answers and don't understand what it's about. This was not the case with Dinara. She duplicated all the questions out loud. Plus in karma for her for this.
We were lucky with the band. During the tour, we went out for walks and boating several times. No one was late for the gathering place. We visited the spice and gold markets, bought the famous Dubai chocolate, toured the Dubai Sheikh's palace (from afar), toured Dubai and Palm Island, visited Souk Madinat, took photos against the backdrop of the Burj al Arab (aka Sail) and, of course, finished in the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
Due to traffic jams, we arrived at the Dubai Mall side by side. They took 50 minutes to inspect the aquarium and fountains. It wasn't enough, but we still managed to look twice at the singing fountains.
Minuses:
- on the island of Palm Trees, this time they did not take you to the largest hotel, Atlantis the Palm. There was no opportunity to take a close-up photo.
- Ten years ago, they were allowed into the lobby of the Zabeel saray hotel there. The interior is very beautiful. It's a pity that it didn't work out this time.
- you need to walk around the Dubai Mall for at least an hour and a half. There's a lot to see. There wasn't enough time this time, but it's more of a grumble.
Overall impression: The tour is worth all five points! A must-visit.
2. Abu Dhabi.
Picked up from the hotel at 10.00. The driver, he's a guide, Hamlet. Originally from Georgia, he is 60+ years old. Calm and thorough. Drives great, the minivan is three-row. In Dubai, another couple joined us. My wife is Russian, her name is Masha, and my husband is German Helmut. Pensioners. Russian Russian Masha said that she could not find a tour in German, so she took it in Russian and translated it to her husband all the way, since he does not know Russian well.
On the way we visited the museum based on the movie "Mad Max. The Road of Rage", we walked around the Emirates Palace Hotel, Abu Zabi Palace, the ethno village and, most importantly, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque!
I won't describe the whole trip. There were too many places to visit, and everything was interesting. As I said, everything that was planned was attended, even if it was exceeded.
Driving in a car instead of a bus is much more pleasant. You don't depend on anyone.
Minuses:
- The Germans were put in the second row, my wife and I sat in the third, so when Masha translated for her husband, we did not hear Hamlet. The conclusion is that it is better to put the chatty ones in the third row.
- There are huge queues at the mosque now. The passage to it is underground. Walk for 10-15 minutes. We used to drive almost right up to it.
- They are no longer allowed in the mosque itself. A small pocket has been created near the main entrance and plastic walkways have been laid. You can view it both from here and from the western entrance. It's not very visible. Ten years ago, we walked on carpets in the mosque itself.
The overall impression is that there are no comments about the tour itself. All for 5+. It's a pity that things aren't changing for the better.
3. Jeep safari.
We have visited jeep safaris in Egypt, India, Turkey, and here. They are the best in the Emirates!
The drivers are pros, the adrenaline is off the charts. In addition to the dune safari itself, when you're about to turn over, they gave you a ride on sandsurfing. Then an interesting performance and a very hearty dinner.
Cons: there are none.)
4. Miracle Garden and Global Village.
The program included 2 hours at Miracle and 4 hours at global village.
Miracle Garden is a flower park. You can watch it for days! Sculptures, buildings, all made of flowers. The selection is amazing, there are different plots every year. Two hours didn't seem enough for us.
Ten years ago, it was an oasis in the desert. Now a town has been built around Miracle.
Global Village. Beautifully interesting. But it's not what we expected. We thought it was an ethnographic village, but it turned out to be a world's fair. The exterior design of the buildings is in the style of the participant's country, and inside there are ordinary shopping malls. The prices for everything are high.
A small portion of ice cream for 35 dirhams (1000 rubles) when in Dubai or Sharjah for 7-10 dirhams. For a small portion of food from 35 to 64 dirhams. An adult man can't eat enough of one serving. The prices of goods are also too high compared to Dubai.
The performances are designed more for children and speak Arabic.
Overall impression: Miracle Garden "5++", Global Village – "3-" .
It is better to swap the time to visit the Miracle Garden and the Global Village. 4 hours on the Miracle and 2 on the Global.
The overall impression of Aladdin deserves respect. The guides work perfectly, the travel schedule is respected, and there are no delays. Travel safety is at the highest level.
The cost of excursions is acceptable. The manager is always in touch!

The tour to Abu Dhabi was memorable for my final visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, a real architectural marvel that I will finally be able to see in person.
In the review of Dubai, everything was on top. The view of Burj Khalifa is breathtaking, the fountains are mesmerizing.
But the most unexpected adventure was a safari in the desert. It's something incredible: endless golden dunes, the wind that draws patterns on the sand, and the feeling of being in another reality. The driver of the SUV turned out to be a true master of his craft. And when we stopped at the top of a dune to watch the sunset... The sky shimmered with shades of orange, pink and lilac, and the sand seemed to glow underfoot. It was a moment that I want to keep in my memory forever.

The transfer is perfectly organized: on time, comfortable, the drivers are neat. In the heat, air conditioners were a real salvation.

Aladdin booked two tours with the company in advance, back from Russia: 1. Sightseeing tour of Dubai with an additional option at the end of the tour: a ticket to climb to the 125th floor of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
2. A trip to Abu Dhabi with an additional bonus: a ticket to the Louvre Museum.
The payment method from a Russian to a Russian card turned out to be convenient, although, in fact, it was possible to pay for guides. Perhaps direct payment to the guides would have been a little cheaper, but having paid for the trip, I was calm.
We kept in touch via WhatsApp, and the communication was always prompt. On the eve of each tour, I was informed where the transfer would pick me up. I lived in the very center of the marina and there was quite a lot of traffic there from 12:00, so for a sightseeing tour that started in the afternoon, I was pointed to a hotel nearby, and it was easier to get there by transfer. We went to Abu Dhabi in the morning and the guide (he is also the driver) Hamlet (from Georgia) drove right up to my hotel.
Aladdin's sightseeing tour of Dubai was well planned: we took a big, clean bus to the old part of the city in the Port Said area. We were taken there in an authentic taxi boat. The guide knew the history of Dubai very well and skillfully used the antique exhibits (utensils, clothes) that are installed on the market. Kmelo led the group through a dense stream of locals and tourists. At the spice market, she led me to a shop selling the best saffron. We were shown its quality very interestingly there, and I took it past the most interesting and significant storefronts on the gold market (the largest ring in the world, for example). After that, we went to a new part of Dubai, but not immediately, but with a stop at the art gallery, which offers a great view of the Parus Hotel for a photo stop. Plus, it's also interesting to stock up on products (sweets, cosmetics) based on camel milk. The next photo stop was the residence of Sheikh El Maktoum (in that part of it where there is access) and then only we drove through the downtown with its skyscrapers. The tour is clearly planned and timed. By the time we arrived at the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, it was already dark and Shid led us to the square, where it is convenient to watch the dancing fountains. While we were watching, she issued me a ticket to climb the Burj Khalifa and explained the nuances (where to drop off my things, where to have sex and how to get to the metro station later. I was the only one on the climb, so I got to the hotel by self-driving).
The trip to Abu Dhabi was in a mini group on a van. Hamlet, the guide and driver, spoke excellently about the history of the UAE's formation and interesting facts about oil, Sheikh Zayed and the history of the country's formation. The photo stop was at the filming location of the Mad Max franchise (there are cool cars from the movie). In Abu Dhabi, we drove past all the important places (the first oil rig, a falling skyscraper...). We made an attempt to get into the residence that the children rebuilt for their father, the sheikh (there is a hotel now). Hamlet knows security there, but it didn't work out, there was some kind of event. We just took a couple of photo stops on the waterfront and overlooking the Rixos Marina Hotel. Then they took me to the Louvre Museum (I was the only one who took this option), and Hamlet took the others to see the museum of the Bedouin village. It took me 1.5 hours to get to the Louvre, and Hamlet picked me up on time and we drove to the Sheikh Zayed White Mosque. Before that, Hamlet gave us personal QR codes to pass through the mosque and interestingly told us about its most significant wonders (chandeliers, giant carpet...). The mosque is grandiose and obligatory to visit! Since we had been riding all day, we agreed to cross paths before returning to the food court in the mall in front of the mosque. So keep in mind, budget your trip for food (or take food with you, like me). On the way back, there was another story about the current state of the UAE and the role of Abu Dhabi. In general, we were not bored. Hamlet drove us back, and he literally drove me through the parking lot to the windows of my apartment. Tip: Record the guides' stories on the dictaphone in your phone. While searching for information on the Internet, I discovered the Aladdin company, and I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of positive reviews on the Yandex platform.
I contacted Irina's manager via the What's up messenger, and we discussed a package of three excursions for two.:
1. Sightseeing tour of Dubai.
2. Sightseeing tour of Abu Dhabi.
3. Safari.
The cost of services on the company's website was different from what was indicated in the price list. I paid $305 for three discounted guided tours for two people. The prices were the same on the company's website, but there was no discount.
I made an advance payment from Russia with a bank card, but I was advised to pay the guide on the spot, it would be more profitable.
The first tour turned out to be very disorganized. We waited about half an hour for the big bus to assemble. The Pakistani driver had been loudly arguing on the phone all this time.
However, I would like to express my gratitude to Dinara, who brightened up the wait with interesting stories. The bus was comfortable, and there was a phone charger in each seat, which was very important.
A water park was included in the program, but we couldn't find it.
The second trip was to Abu Dhabi. The departure arrangements were better, but the bus was tired and there was no charging. Many did not have a power bank, and the tour was for the whole day. Alexander's guide had a hissing microphone that you had to listen to.
The Louvre was included in the program, but it was also overlooked somewhere.
The third tour is Safari. We rode in jeeps, and it was quite comfortable. The driver was Filipino John. Then several cars joined together in a group. The two of us ended up in a group from Romania. It wasn't very comfortable, but John tried his best to make us comfortable. Many thanks to him! He's a very good man. Please give him a bonus.
In general, all the excursions were very interesting, the guides tried to tell the maximum and answer all the questions.
Unfortunately, I can't give a "five" rating, we need to refine the organization a little.

Good day to all!
Even at the stage of planning the trip, we ordered excursions from Aladdin. We contacted Irina via WhatsApp, made a schedule based on our wishes, and everything took place without fuss and unnecessary worries.
In the evening before the tour, Irina wrote down the exact time and which car would pick us up from our hotel. Irina was in touch all the time, answered all questions, and not only those related directly to the booked excursions, for which I would like to thank her very much!!!
We took a ride around Dubai on a large and comfortable bus (all the important places, a Dhow boat, markets, a walk through the palm tree, the gold market) with a very interesting story by Albina's guide.
By the way, the guide's advice helped in many ways to navigate further independent trips.
Then we dedicated Abu Dhabi, the Louvre, the Palace hotel, the presidential palace, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, in a small group in a comfortable car with a guide-driver Rasim.
It was very interesting, and despite the extensive program, it was not a boring or tedious trip!!!
Well, for a snack, we went to the neighboring state of Oman, a mini sea trip along the Persian Gulf of the Indian Ocean.
With Kirill as my guide, the road to Fujairah seemed too short, and I talked very interestingly about the history of the development of the Emirates, their relations with neighboring countries, religion and politics, people, customs, traditions, everything is great!
All border crossing procedures were conducted in a very organized manner, both there and back.
And on the ship itself, 5 hours passed like 15 minutes, it was fun, delicious, banana riding, boat, adrenaline, laughter, good friendly company, just a great day!!!!

We were on 3 excursions- sightseeing + Burj Khalifa, Abu Dhabi, and the Indian Ocean + 5 emirates. I liked everything very much. 1. On the sightseeing tour, we came across a magnificent guide Dinara. She told me everything, showed me, explained. A real guide. They were picked up from the hotel by car, brought to the tour bus. All places to visit according to the plan. We also took the climb to the Burj Khalifa. A little superfluous. We were already tired, but we had to queue for a long time at the tower, almost an hour, although they let us through a little earlier than the appointed time, then again the queue for the elevators down. And also to get to the hotel on your own. Those who took just a tour, they were given time for an hour or an hour and a half (I won't say for sure) to walk around the Dubai Mall, and then they were taken to hotels. That's better.
2. Abu Dhabi. We went with Ruslan in his car, 6 people. He answered all the questions and talked about the Emirates. A good driver. You definitely need to go, the views are amazing! I distributed abayas and shawls for the mosque. If you have something with long sleeves and trousers that cover your ankles, then you do not need abai. We had lunch at the shopping center near the mosque, who chose where (we stopped at McDonald's), lunch is not included in the price of the tour. We visited the Emirate Palace Hotel. Extraordinary!
3. 5 emirates. The guide Ihtiyar picked up from the hotel in his car, and in Sharjah they took a tour bus. The bus is so-so, an elongated groove. But the air conditioners were working. On the way, Ikhtiyar talked a lot and interestingly, you can see and compare the emirates. An excursion to get an idea of the country. We stayed at the Sandy beach Hotel in Fujairah. Towels and masks were given out, and everything on site could be used at the hotel. There is a shower on the beach and changing rooms. Lunch is also there. The food is not very good, but you will not stay hungry. The beach is free, there is a lot of space, in early April the Gulf of Oman blooms, but not like in Anapa. It's just slightly muddy water, but the bottom is visible in the mask. The climate is different from Dubai, humid and stuffy. The sand is completely different, loose and brownish. We drove there through Sharjah, then turned onto the road through the mountains to Fujairah. We stopped at an ancient mosque of the 15th century, at an artificial fountain, a mini "colosseum". We drove back through Dibba, Ras al Khaimah, and in a straight line. In Sharjah, they switched to a car again. Ihtiyar took everyone to the hotels. Everyone parted in a good mood and in a friendly way.
In general, I liked all the excursions, they are all different, I did not regret any of them. I would like to take another tour, safari by car, but for now I'm thinking. Aladdin is good in terms of price and quality. The questions were answered in WhatsApp immediately, you can pay by transfer online from Russian bank cards in rubles. It is possible in dollars, in dirhams in cash on the spot. I recommend.

The tour of Dubai went well, thanks to Dinara's guide. She told interesting stories and answered all the questions. The review of the locations seen is quick and superficial. Personally, it was as if something was missing. Maybe it's worth starting this tour earlier in time. A very cool trip to the desert. I liked absolutely everything — from a comfortable trip to an exciting program. Special thanks to our driver Nazir. His professionalism, kindness and excellent sense of humor made this trip even more vivid and memorable.
Abu Dhabi is great. We are very impressed with the capital. Everything is more spacious and greener there. We were amazed by the scale and beauty of the Sheikh Zayed White Mosque and Qasr Al Watan. The guide Sergey told us about the history of the country and the interesting moments of the life of the local people. Super! Thank him very much!

Let's start with the fact that we took a sightseeing tour of Dubai, I do not recommend this tour to anyone, we stop at the market and the guide Albina specifically breeds people for money, of course for her own percentage, be careful, learn from our mistakes. By the way, we were taken to one stall, as it is highly recommended, so we paid 18,000 rubles for 200 grams of tea and 2 chocolates. It's clear that Dubai is an expensive Emirates, but when you are specially bred like this, it speaks to the moral morality of the Guide. We have vacationed in many countries, a lot depends on a good guide.
We also took an excursion to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque with the guide Alexander, there was no such thing. No one took me anywhere on purpose. Don't be fooled, they're pure scammers.

Everything that was stated in the price list has been completed, there are no pitfalls and additional payments. Russian russians are Russian tourists, and we had all Russians in the car. The only thing we would like to focus on is that if you are assembling a car with Russian-speaking tourists (and we had all Russians in the car), then we would like to have a driver who speaks at least a little Russian. There was communication and understanding in the other cars, we had Sam. He drives a car very "hard" even on flat terrain, is sullen, taciturn, and was constantly on the phone.But I repeat once again, the tour as a whole is definitely recommended, I will also use the services of this particular company myself
