Trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai on 23.01.2025
At first, we were upset that the tour would not take a large tour bus, but a car with a capacity of 7 people. But then we appreciated the advantages, we had a personal driver-guide.
Hamlet has a special respect and gratitude. When we stayed in a place for a long time, he calmly gathered us, did not limit us much in time, and photographed us. Those who did not have an abaya (required to visit the mosque) kindly provided it from their stocks, so they did not have to spend money on the purchase.
The trip turned out to be not only informative, but also warm in a family way.

We were on the Royal Safari Premium tour on 23.01.25
I do not recommend this company, as if any problems arise, they will be yours alone. This agency only takes money and does not even want to apologize for the inconvenience!
First, the cons
1. I believe that this tour is not intended for small children, but there was a family with such a child in the car with us.
When driving through the dunes, only our car out of the whole column turned aside and did not go from a height, as the parents were afraid for the child. Of course, I understand this fear, but we were going for extreme sports, but we didn't get it in full.
2. If you want to sell this tour to families with small children, then pack them in a separate car. And I want to get what I paid the money for. I didn't get it on this tour.
3. The driver does not know how to gather and organize people. We had to organize it instead, as the family that was traveling with us had been gathering for a very long time.
4. After dinner, our car was one of the last to leave, as the driver again could not bring the family, who were standing and figuring something out.
5. I thought our car was going straight from Sharjah to the desert, but we were collecting traffic jams by driving into the Deira area in Dubai. Accordingly, the return trip turned out to be much longer. We collected all the evening traffic jams in Dubai, or we could have taken a direct route to Sharjah. The program includes a return at 21 o'clock, and we arrived much later.
6. We were told that the tour was premium, but in fact we were sitting on bags for dinner, and the premium ones were sitting normally at the tables and food was brought to them. We were standing in line for food. It turns out that we were deceived with the price and sold a regular tour at a premium price, although they said at the time of purchase that they did not have the usual ones.

In general, I recommend going on safari, but with another company that will work off the money you paid. If we had been warned that there would be people with small children in the car, we would have rescheduled the tour for another day.
I have nothing against small children on some other excursions, like sightseeing or flower park, but not on extreme ones.
Upon returning from the tour, I wrote a message with comments to this travel agency. We read the message, but we didn't react at all, although we would really like to hear an apology for such an organization.

We were in Dubai at the end of April 2025. Even before departure, I contacted the Aladdin company, received explanations and a price list. We took three excursions: Sightseeing tour of Dubai, trip to Abu Dhabi and Royal Jeep Safari (desert). The company has comfortable, modern buses and air-conditioned cars. Albina was a wonderful guide on the sightseeing tour, and it was very interesting to listen to her. In general, all the guides were extremely attentive

This is not the first time we have been vacationing in the UAE. Aladdin was contacted a long time ago when their staff offered guided tours on the beach. They're not on the beach right now, but we've Googled their coordinates and contacted them via messengers. As we are always satisfied with their service. The prices for tours are quite affordable, unlike the prices offered by tour operators at the entrance to the hotel. It is free for children under 3 years old. You can pay for the tour with a QR code in rubles. The transfer for the tour always arrives at the appointed time.

We ordered 3 excursions from Aladdin - Dubai City Tour, royal safari and Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE. All the excursions are amazing!!! I would like to mention the guide Dinara for a very exciting trip around Dubai; the professional English-speaking ace driver who drove us through the dunes; the Hamlet driver for an interesting trip around Abu Dhabi. Thank you very much!!! I really enjoyed the safari. They were picked up from the hotel in a jeep. There were only six passengers in the car. We reached the desert comfortably. We made several stops. The first is buggy riding and camel riding. The second is riding jeeps on the dunes, that's something! I had previously been on a similar excursion in the Sahara, where we rode in the desert for 15 minutes, and here for at least half an hour. The red sands are fascinating, a string of jeeps rushing through the desert one after another is a very beautiful sight! Riding a board on the sands (sandboarding). The photos are just bombastic. Then we came for dinner and an enchanting performance. Very impressive. Special thanks to the driver, he was very polite and always helped if something was needed. We were very satisfied!

I recommend the excellent company Aladdin Tourism. We took a private Safari tour. We were completely satisfied. Pleasant communication with the manager, explained everything, clarified the answers to our questions. I told you everything as it is, which I think is very important. As a result, we realized that we wanted to go individually, not with a group. So you can plan the time yourself and not expect other participants of the tour.
The guide is the driver Yunos, an attentive, polite and generally pleasant person to talk to. He doesn't speak Russian, but we spoke simple English easily. He tried to make the trip as fun and comfortable as possible for us. I rode with the wind through the dunes. He took pictures of us and filmed us. Not much, but he talked about the desert and the region in an interesting way.
As soon as we wanted to go to the hotel, after the program, we were immediately taken to the hotel. The day was wonderful , thanks to Aladdin

A rare situation is a perfectly organized group tour of Musandam\Dibba Rock. All stated timings are respected, all activities are clearly spoken out. The guide is one of the best of all my trips, surpasses the expectations of the "group tour from the hotel" format - jokes, a lot of information, solves questions, clearly gives instructions to the staff on the boat. There is an excellent balance of activities on the boat - if you want to swim on a sap, if you want to snorkel, if you want to ride a banana or just jump overboard and enjoy the coolness (relative to Dubai).
Of the minuses, snorkeling is rather dubious at the 1st point. Food is for people who are very unpretentious and hungry for water activities, but this is a taste. Additional shrimp 5 pieces for 35 dirhams - you can skip (however, I note that everything is honestly told before ordering).
My wife and I were afraid that it would be uncomfortable on the boat - it turned out that, taking into account the activities, people are distributed, you can lie in the shade and go fishing. A very decent tour

A trip to Musandam.
I really enjoyed the trip. It is colorful, interesting for everyone, both children and adults, the organization is at a high level. Super fast, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
A pleasant bonus was that on the way to the boat on which we sailed and back, and this is a 2-hour trip through the desert, where there is not much to see, the guide Ruslan did not stop talking for a second, it was very interesting in the stand-up style, telling about life in the UAE, laws, orders, and also about the upcoming tour and even the safety of arrival on board.

1. The Indian Ocean.
The road to Oman with Cyril's guide flew too fast and was very interesting. He introduced us to the history and traditions of all 7 Emirates. We swam, swam with masks, banal on sapa, fished. We were fed a delicious dinner, freshly caught langoustines were cooked on request. And bring them to the hotel late in the evening full of emotions and wonderful impressions.
2. Tour of Dubai. We toured the sights of Dubai in a comfortable bus: the old town, the market, the Palm Island, and the Dubai Mall with dancing fantanes. It was impressive.
3. Desert Safari :
Exciting jeep racing on sand dunes, sunset in the desert, camel ride. And at the end, a chic dinner with a show of artists, dancing, fire show, hookah, mehendi... It's an unforgettable day.

We saw such beauty, rode along the dunes in jeeps, with very experienced drivers! We went for a ride on a sandboard, on camels! We watched the sunset, and then the show program with the artists of the Fire show, had a delicious dinner!

We took 3 excursions from Aladdin: sightseeing tour of Dubai, Royal safari, Musandam. We liked all the excursions very much, the children were delighted - this is the main thing! Organization of excursions at the highest level. Excursions were booked from home, payment is already made directly to the tour guide. Royal Safari $ 45, Dubai sightseeing tour $ 30, Musandam $ 75. The night before, Aladdin's representative sent us the pick-up time for the tour and the number of the car that will be picked up from the hotel. They were picked up on time. On a sightseeing tour of Dubai, they showed all the declared attractions. The guide Farhad gave enough time for inspection and photos. Water is freely available on the tour. On the Royal Safari, we rode everything possible: jeeps, camels, snowboards, ATVs (for an additional fee of 150 dirhams per ATV. You can do it alone, or you can do it together. There is also a buggy, but already 400 dirhams for 4). We had dinner at the Bedouin camp and watched a fire show, belly dancing and a male tanura dance. You can also paint your hands with henna and smoke a hookah (included in the price of the tour).
Ruslan was the guide on the tour to Musandam. All the way, he talked very interestingly about the customs and way of life in the UAE. Then they spent almost the whole day on the boat. They took us for a ride on a banana (it is possible with a coup, it is possible without) and by boat on the ocean. Reef sharks have been seen snorkeling. The ocean is warm and transparent, you can feed the fish that flock to the boat. We also went fishing. We didn't catch anything, but two of the group were more lucky - they caught two small fish. Fruits, cookies, tea, coffee, water are freely available, as well as lunch. You can also order grilled langoustines from the captain for an additional fee, the cost is 35 dirhams 5 pieces, 40 dirhams-6 pieces.

I found out about this company from a chat in Dubai. At first, there were worries about prepayment, I paid it from Russia with a ruble card. However, as it turned out later, this was due to high demand during the holidays.
Upon arrival in Dubai itself, manager Irina was constantly in touch and planned our excursions.
The tours themselves are well planned, the locations are interesting, as are the Russian-speaking guides.

03/06/2024 we were with our son on a sightseeing tour in Abu Dhabi. It's very convenient that they picked us up from the hotel. The company of fellow travelers was small, there were 6 of us. This was an undoubted advantage, because there was no need to go around the city collecting a lot of people on the bus, wasting time! We stopped at the location with cars from the movie "Mad Max", visited the "Bedouin Village", the Sheikh Zayed Palace Hotel and the mosque built in his honor, visited the expositions of the Louvre Museum branch, took pictures on the embankment. The program was intense - we left at 10 a.m., and returned to the hotel after 20 p.m. We visited all the locations on our own, but before visiting our driver-guide Hamlet gave us interesting information about them and escorted us to the entrance. The whole company bought delicious yellow mangoes and dates at the market. We got a lot of positive impressions! We definitely did not have time to explore so many iconic sights on our own in a short period of stay. It is very convenient that the payment could be given directly to the guide.

Desert safari is one delight.
