I never went to breakfast, I slept)
The choice of dishes for dinner is gorgeous.
Seafood, meat, vegetables, cheeses, fruits, desserts - there is a lot of choice!
Be sure to take a yacht tour.

Take the car and go to the marine station.

A family-run hotel. A hotel for parents with children. Excellent breakfast. A spacious room. The center of Ayia Napa is 3.5 km away. One pool is for adults, where children also frolic, the rest are for children. Beautiful bay, especially at sunset, clear water. For two, I think we should choose a hotel closer to the center of Ayia Napa. Well-maintained territory, cafe. Excellent restaurant on the top floor, with beautiful panoramic views. There are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. A quiet place.

Upon check-in, and they brought us at 6 a.m. after a night flight, the children fell asleep right in the hall, no one offered early check-in and did not offer either a changing room that is on the ground floor or water. We waited until 14 o'clock and everything is sooo slow

I have been staying at this hotel for the 2nd time (in 2021 and in 2013). And for the 2nd time, it felt like this was the best and most comfortable place for my family to relax. The hotel is located near one of the best beaches in Cyprus called Nissi. And at the same time, if you want a quieter holiday, there is a private beach with a small bay and free sun beds, which is very rare in Cyprus. There are also excellent pools and water slides. The staff is very friendly, in the conditions of a pandemic, everything is constantly washed and disinfected, there are interesting performances in the evening. And I especially want to mention the very tasty cuisine of the hotel. There are always several types of meat, a large selection of dishes, and delicious chic-looking desserts. In general, it is a celebration of soul and body. I'll try to get back to Adams Beach again.

Quite a cozy hotel. Delicious food. The beach is convenient, which is very important. There is a call from the sandy shore, there is a ladder where the shore is rocky. The territory is not located in the city center. Buses are running, taxis are driving. The staff is polite. I really liked the fitness room! There are many simulators. Nice hotel! The location is great. Very close to the sea, the hotel territory is practically integrated into the beach. Food is like food. It doesn't happen every day. The staff is friendly. The rooms and grounds are clean. To the center of Ayanapa to the amusement park is 20 minutes on foot or by taxi in 5 minutes. The sea is clear! The territory is beautiful.

We rested at this hotel in the period from 08/26.21 to 09/22.21. The hotel is not bad in principle, but it does not pull for 5.
Of the advantages: its own beautiful beach with free sun beds and umbrellas; a separate wing for Deluxe rooms, with excellent sound insulation and a separate breakfast room.
Cons: furniture, plumbing, curtains are already tired, with stains and streaks;
The food for breakfast did not differ in variety, but it was always delicious and fresh, but for dinner there was one disappointment - pork, chicken and beef were very much over-dried, it was almost impossible to eat, the fish was edible, but nothing special, I had to take more side dishes and salads to get enough;
The beach is certainly beautiful, but I did not like the fact that the hotel staff did not clean the algae and debris in the water, to put it mildly, it was not very pleasant to go into the water ...;
The sushi bar is not worth the money, delivery rolls in Moscow are much tastier and cheaper.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, only dirty water at the entrance to the sea and dry meat spoiled it a little.

I went in 2019, I really liked it. Well-maintained territory, the hotel has its own beach both inside the hotel and on the seashore. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean. You can meet Russian-speaking staff. We took two meals a day (all inclusive) breakfast and lunch, it is convenient that lunch can be changed for dinner. Of the disadvantages, they only give you a drink for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner drinks are paid.

I must say right away that the Cypriot 5 stars do not match their arrivals. The example of this hotel is somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. In the photos, the rooms seem quite spacious - of course, they are photographed with a wide-angle camera. We were unpleasantly surprised by the true size of our room. We even thought that we were given a cheaper room by mistake. In the bathroom, the two of them cannot separate, narrow passages remain in the room itself. The chairs were immediately taken out onto the balcony - otherwise there is no room at all in the room. By the way, there was already a table and chairs on the balcony, but they are so shabby that crumbs are constantly gathering under them and the balcony is always littered. We noticed something spilled on the table, and it's probably okay to rent a room with dirty furniture, since our sink was also dirty upon arrival. Next, the cleaning: it seems to be on the principle of "today I'll just sweep the room and corridor here, and tomorrow maybe my hands will reach the balcony and the toilet." If you expect to sit on the balcony before going to bed and listen to the sound of the surf, then do not count on it: there are large ventilation units on the roof of the hotel that are constantly buzzing. You can only hear them and the noise from the restaurant standing in the courtyard (hence the constant smells of food). We lived on the 4th floor and there was another surprise waiting for us in the restaurant right above us: around 22-23 o'clock, when we guessed the child was sleeping in the restaurant, general cleaning began, a vacuum cleaner, mops, furniture were moved back and forth. The audibility is very good, apparently there are thin overlaps. I don't know if the food is delicious, but the restaurant is very clean, we know for sure.
In the hotel restaurant (where we had breakfasts and dinners), in my opinion, the menu is average. Of course, I found something to eat for myself and my child, but compared to other hotels in other countries, the choice is small. An unpleasant surprise was that for breakfast, water, juices, varied coffee, tea, cocoa are provided, and for dinner they do not even give water. I've never seen anything like it. Water can be ordered at the bar for a separate price (approximately 400 rubles per liter bottle).
Among the advantages: their pools are steep, two high slides for children and adults to roll down. Its own beach and access to the sea. The hotel has a minimarket with the most necessary things, open until 23 hours.

A wonderful hotel. The best in Cyprus. My family and I fell in love with him, when we decide to fly to Cyprus, we choose only him. Here, many write pretentious and angry reviews and that they are satisfied with it, only those who have not seen more... So this is who is looking for what and comparing it with what. The food is varied, everything is fresh and delicious. Two different beaches-on the one hand, private only for hotel guests (!) with a comfortable entrance to the water of the bay with a sandy bottom, free (!) sun beds, umbrellas and towels, on the other hand, a city beach with traffic and a bar. Beautiful views from all sides. There is a bar and three restaurants on site, including a sushi bar and a fish tavern, both are very tasty, the check is average Moscow.. Water slides, lots of pools. You don't need to go anywhere in a good way. The staff is very friendly, they try to solve any problem, discomfort of the guest, many speak Russian. Someone wrote about mean girls.. Well, I don't know how many times I come - at the reception, the boys are mostly always unperturbed and courteous, even when misunderstandings happen, they solve them quickly and in favor of the guest. I recommend it to my friends calmly.

A good hotel, I liked everything and the location and service, everything except the food.... They have not yet learned how to cook, on the 5th day we really regretted that we took breakfast + dinner. It is much tastier on the street and at quite reasonable prices. In any case, by the standards of Cyprus, the hotel is very decent. A huge plus is that it has its own beach, because all the beaches are packed with people, we had a more private area, and there is a passage to the city (where the whole party is).

We had a rest in 2018 at the end of April. The sea is still a bit cold, of course, but you can climb. It was very windy. It's hot in the sun, and when the wind was blowing, I wanted to wear a hoodie. There are a lot of pools in the hotel, but without heating. There was only an indoor swimming pool in the building, which was overlooked. The sea is just a few steps away. The territory is large. We walked in both directions from the hotel. There was something to see. And it's not far to the city. We rested in delux, there is a separate building, a restaurant and a swimming pool for those without children. I really liked it, it's very quiet in this building.

It's a great hotel, the whole family liked it. Everything is there for a classic beach holiday - a great beach in a cozy bay, if you want - with sand, if you want - rocky. Clean water, however, if you sail a little out of the bay to a depth where there is a relief rocky bottom. And if you walk along the beach to the side, you can walk through the deserted volcanic landscape. Great goatees for morning runs. The restaurant is on a good level - friendly hostesses, high-quality food. Well, Cyprus is small and affordable.

It's a cool place, the pool and slides are good, and by the evening, all sorts of things are floating in the whirlpool. The beach is good and there is even an entrance without stones, but seaweed is present. If the room is in an old building without repair, then the hotel pulls in three : the furniture is old, the room is dirty, ants are running around .....fuuu.But when we changed to a superior, it was like we were in another hotel-everything was new, clean, and the room was spacious.The food in the restaurant is excellent, minus only the drinks at breakfast-terrible juice (I don't drink it myself, I took it to the child, I think it can be improved).The territory is not very large, but there are many different pools and a private beach-it's very cool, plus you can get to two more beaches in a couple of minutes.Lunopark is 30 minutes away on foot, by taxi 8€ (I liked the location of the hotel)

The hotel has good rooms, the children's pools are excellent, the hotel is on the coastline. But the rest in it was one of the worst in Cyprus. The room was not prepared when we arrived, when we eventually settled in, the floors were so wet that the child immediately slipped and hit (the tiles on the floor are very slippery). The reception is not friendly at all. One day we returned from the beach and took 2 free sunbeds, ordered drinks. After about 20 minutes, an employee in the form of a water rescuer came up to us , who were watching the slides and pools and began telling us to leave and that we were not from this hotel and sat on someone else's towels ... although we naturally settled on our hotel beds. All this in front of children and in raised tones. We were taken aback and he suggested that since we were from this hotel, we should still go to other sun beds, since some other guest occupied these... He continued to insist until we asked to call the administration. But he didn 't call anyone . As a result, he then brought new sunbeds near us for whom he chose these sunbeds and they gave him money... later we saw him, he always communicated hysterically with his colleagues.. the food in the hotel is mediocre, but clean and there is a choice of food. WiFi is weak and depends on where you are. The quality of the paid one is the same as the free Wi-Fi, I bought it for a few days in vain.

Terrible hotel!!!!!!!! The staff spoils the whole vacation!!!! Who gave them five stars?non-existent bills are brought to the restaurant and FORCED to pay, we were shocked!!!! Be vigilant!!! The settlement is disgusting! We've been sitting in the lobby for 4 hours, no one is paying attention to you!!! The child fell asleep in the chair, the manager ran up and began to wake him up, said that he did not like that he fell asleep in the hall!!! All requests of the staff are ordered and by a disgruntled person!!! This is the most disgusting hotel to stay in!!!!!! I have a question for the management, why did you open up at all?????? I stopped at the hotel on 1.05.21. Further on the points:
Check-in: arrived at the hotel at 10.00. They promised to check in only at 14.00. Many with young children were waiting to check in, exhausted by the night flight. The result: we were settled at 15.40. Just "the rooms are not ready."
Restaurant: we had breakfast and dinner included. The choice is very poor. Very. Of course, you won't stay hungry, but... Not a 5k! From fruits - oranges, apples, bananas. Everything is of low quality. Tomatoes in salads and sliced are the cheapest wooden ones. Drinks are at your own expense. A glass of apple juice costs 2.70 euros, a glass of red wine 7.5 euros.
Beach: they don't have a clear "beachboy". During the day, vacationers move the deck chairs as conveniently as possible and no one puts them in place - as a result, it's a mess in the morning! The sea is dirty (photo attached), eternally floating bags, masks, pieces of plastic. Well, here, put a man, let him clean it up, once a day would be enough, but no, no one cares. I specifically noticed a piece of plate on the first day of vacation, today is the 5th day, this piece is floating. Fuuu...
Cleaning: there are no questions here, unless you make high demands.
Territory: a crazy queue of children on the water slide, which is arranged by the staff themselves... why??? Unclear. In general, everything is well maintained, the lawns are mowed, the pools are clean, but the depth of most is 90 cm!!!
Reception is a real brake. Two aggressive young ladies who, well, do nothing.
As it is, everything is great, the weather is great, Nissi beach is nearby. But this has nothing to do with the hotel.
Conclusion: I will not return, and I will not recommend it.

The hotel is not very good, it is definitely far from five stars. I'm sure the stars were given for their own beach, which is not comfortable and covered in algae. The rooms were damp after the pandemic, the air conditioning system did not work at first, and they waited four days for normal repairs. I won't go anymore, it's not worth the money I paid.

One of the best hotels in Ayyanap. It's not the first time we've been there, it's great. The food is very tasty, the staff is responsive and attentive, many even speak Russian. The food is worse than in the school cafeteria in the Soviet years, bullying! At dinner, even a glass of water is paid! The beach sucks. Please pay nearby))) and so it is in everything. The hotel is old, the staff is not trained! Solid negativity and frustration for the 250k spent, I do not recommend it! Rent an apartment and go to cafes and restaurants in the area, it will be much more convenient and better for you! The hotel is shameful!

The rooms are shabby, there is mold in the bathtub, the curtains are old, torn, they forget to update shampoo, conditioner ... a lot of little things that make an unpleasant impression. Dishes often have an unpleasant smell, as in old Soviet canteens. There is a beach, but it is unpleasant to go into the sea from the beach, there is a lot of garbage in the water, no one cleans it. The pool for children is normal. Once there was poop floating, the staff didn't know how to clean it. They were removed with difficulty, and more chlorine was poured. The hotel is 5 stars. I was pleased with the openness and accessibility. It was in the first half of July, despite the 100% occupancy, there was no noticeable pandemonium. There were always empty tables and sun beds in the restaurant and by the pools. The weak side is annimation, for this 4 stars, 2 full-fledged teams could not be assembled for the volleyball game, the animators either moved as inanimate, or did not appear at all. The tennis table is installed in the basement where it is stuffy and very hot. The hotel saves on air conditioning in some common areas.
