We have been waiting for an hour and a half for check-in....right now we are sitting in the lobby of the hotel, waiting for "the room will be checked and we will be informed." It's not 5 stars! It's not even an imitation....but the money was written off immediately and 300 euros more, such as a deposit, which naturally does not need to be warned in advance.

The hotel corresponds to 5 stars, there is breakfast,lunch,dinner,a ramp for the Disabled,5-10 minutes to walk to the beach, the staff speaks Russian,there is a webcam. I'll bet 5.
