Disgusting hotel, not even up to 3*. I attach photos, they are much more eloquent than all the purchased reviews. Please don't make our mistake, don't choose this hotel. Besides the fact that the rooms are old and shabby, there is also disgusting service and cleaning.

A great family hotel with its own beach and lots of pools for children. On the beach, the entrance to the sea is both on the sand and on the side by steps. But the bottom is with stones, it is more convenient to climb the steps. The rooms and food are excellent, there are enough restaurants around, near Nissi beach, one of the business cards of Cyprus. The worst 5* hotel in my practice.... The hotel is really old, the food is disgusting, even there is no chicken, while everything is delicious for money in the cafe. The hotel is very old, a lot of joints and non-working and broken moments. The attitude of the staff is disgusting, the administration does not help solve the issues. At the exit, they hung a receipt on the minibar, which was not used 🤦♂️ There is no animation at all. The private beach is covered in rocks, few people swim there. In general, they were given 5* apparently for the territory, which is very good! Probably the biggest in the city - lots of pools and sun beds! It only saved the day.

During lunch, sparrows sit on the food. To put food on your plate, you have to drive away the birds! The staff knows about this problem, but does nothing about it. The phone in the rooms does not work. We ordered an early breakfast on the day of departure. As a result, the old ones remained. The shift changed in the morning and no one knew anything. The room cannot be called cozy, but everything else corresponds to 5 stars. A 5-star hotel should not have a room like 330, where there is a very narrow and cramped bathroom, it is not possible to sleep from the sound of the air conditioner and the condescant drips (the noise at night is equal to 45 decibels, checked with an iPhone), and so everything is fine, especially the beach.
