This is something incredible, especially for Abkhazia.
The hotel is built into an old fortress and is built like in the best houses in Europe (c). The native masonry has been preserved, panoramic glazing has been added, which is why there is a lot of natural light, the hotel stands literally 30-50 meters from the sea, and between it and the sea surface there is a heated swimming pool and palm trees.
The owner of the hotel is resting there, and the girls at the reception are just the height of customer orientation, politeness and good mood. Indeed, their attitude towards the guests set the tone for the entire stay at the hotel.
The local restaurant is quiet, but the teahouse is adequate, tasty and interesting in terms of communication with guests, in a good way)
The territory is large, well-groomed and pleasant. The cougars were thrown into a slight shock :)
In general, it is very comfortable, civilized, polite and intelligent. Rush.

Oooh yeah)))) This is a great place!! I advise many people. We had a vacation with our family last year. Alas, this year it does not work ((( I liked everything, both the rooms and the territory with a swimming pool, a lot of all kinds of entertainment for children and also good animators.

Friendly staff, beautiful territory adjacent to Gagra Park, comfortable rooms. The balconies have a stunning view. There is a heated swimming pool outside, and you can swim in winter.
The hotel itself is on the beach. And it's also a historical place, there's a lot of interesting things there.

A very nice hotel, there is a children's room, There is a warm pool overlooking the sea. The hotel is next to a park with very beautiful trees and plants.
The beach is not the best, it is better to go further towards the city. There is a very old church on the territory. There is a restaurant nearby, the food is delicious, the prices are not small but they do not break. There are national dishes.

They moved into an unmade room. They forgot to bring toilet paper and a towel. That is, no one was preparing for our arrival.
Super audibility. The walls in the bathroom are made of drywall.. I heard the neighbors very well, I think they heard me too.
The air conditioner did not work for heating. A "specialist" came And said turn it on cold, suddenly it will work. It's great that they brought buttermilk. The rooms are cold. The hose in the shower burst, not only in ours, as I understand it, it is a constant sore in all rooms.
One thing I want to say about the pool! It's not heated for shit!. And the fact that the thermometer is floating inside at about 27", so it's not working. When asked to turn on the pool (April, May), they said all sorts of crap, but they never turned it on.
Wi-Fi is constantly being disconnected, about once an hour with regularity.
Well, if you are a pensioner or with children and you don't need to go anywhere, then you can stay at a hotel. We won't stop here a second time.

I was vacationing with my family during the velvet season of 2018. A very pleasant hotel. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Clean, cleaning every day. The reception staff is polite and helpful. We helped with the excursions.
The hotel has 2 restaurants, a swimming pool, volleyball, table tennis, an aviary with a cougar, a fountain and many green spaces.
In general, I am very happy with my vacation in Abkhazia.

The hotel is beautiful, the design is very interesting, but it feels like there is no owner or he does not follow the process very closely. The rooms are a bit dirty, although it depends on the shift, it can be clean. The territory is good, the pool, its own beach, free sun beds, bungalows. Of the wishes, just to clean the rooms better, you need to move the furniture and wash it there. I'll give you an example, a scorpion got into our room))) I started to catch him, and he got behind the desk, I had to push the table back to catch him. Everything is fine with the copy, we let him go outside, don't worry))))) but there was dirt behind the furniture and it's not very pleasant when you take a suite.

It's just a great hotel. Everything is cozy and thoughtful. Workers clean and refine the territory all day long. WI-FI finishes all the way to the beach. The staff is responsive and attentive. The Tea house provides delicious food at affordable prices. If we still go to Abkhazia, then only to Abaata.
