And the only option offered was to wait 5 days until they brought it from another city, or to take the money, which of course did not suit me, since I did not just come and gave my money now, so that the store's fault would wait another week, which was not discussed. The company has no restrictions on the delivery time of the goods, which removes from them all responsibility for overdue terms of the contract. As an apology, they offered free shipping, but only on 30.08.21. I am very upset with the store's attitude towards its customers. After receiving the product, I will add a review.

On 07/28/2019, a Samsung WW70K62E69SDBY washing machine, serial number oob05lwm300189, was purchased at the 5 Element store, 156 Prytytsky str., Minsk, at a price of 1,176 bel.rub with an extended warranty from the store. During the first few washes, error notifications (4C or 4E) began to appear on the washing machine screen.
After that, at the end of the washing programs and hanging up the newly washed clothes, I began to notice whole, insoluble powder granules. It got to the point that my 6-year-old daughter started getting skin irritation after wearing freshly laundered underwear. The master from the 5th element came, listened to the problem, told us to pour less powder and left. The last straw was that (so that there would be no powder granules on the washed clothes) we decided to use a liquid concentrated detergent for washing in water-soluble capsules (persil duo caps), which dissolve, as indicated by the manufacturer, at 30 degrees. The washing itself took place at 40 degrees. Imagine our surprise when we opened the door of the washing machine after washing and took out the laundry. There was a huge slime-like stain on the black blouse -it turned out to be the same water-soluble capsule of concentrated detergent.
The last straw was the washing of towels in the "intensive soaking" mode with the COMPLETE absence of water in the drum during the washing process. This process is captured on video.
We decided to come directly to the store where we made the purchase of this washing machine (at 156 Prytytsky str., Minsk). An employee of the store issued an application for our washing machine to be taken "for repair" and given a "replacement fund", in the evening a trace. day 2 employees of the 5th element took our washing machine "for repair", and in return left a "replacement fund" (AQS0F05SCISC Hotspot-Ariston).This is an old, dirty, red-streaked washing machine, absolutely untidy in appearance. But it is also impossible to install it, because the washing machine lacks one leg and it just stands on a bolt (which, by the way, the workers scratched the tile while they brought the washing machine from the "replacement fund" into the apartment and moved it along the hallway).
That evening, we arrived at the store at 156 Prytytsky str., Minsk, to write an application for the substitution of the "replacement fund". Exactly a day has passed and no one has called us.
Complete disgust from you, 5th element, from your extended warranty and from such cold indifference.
I bought EDGE 226-E6 car speakers. We initially sold Used goods (the membrane is torn, the terminals are already soldered, and one is torn off). Everyone at the checkout is also kind of tortured. I came with a purchase, they sent me to catch a consultant to arrange it (of course, he wasn't near the stands with goods), they asked if I had a bonus card, and since I didn't, if I wanted to issue it. I asked why I needed it, instead of answering, they silently gave me the check and continued to communicate with each other. Get involved in staff training, it's funny when some shawarma kiosk works better than a large network.

Now, apparently, they offer to use a washing machine from the "replacement fund", as a matter of fact, without installation and connection.
