My visit was very disappointing. Firstly, they didn’t have the tables inside, so our company of 8 people had to seat outside, although, when we went to the toilet, there were a lot of free place inside. Secondly, we requested a heater, because it was cold. The staff promised to bring us one, but after an hour, the administration came to us and said, that they don’t have one. It was a disaster, because our group was felling cold. About the food, well it depends, the pizza was more life black than good, and the pasta was ok. The bolognese, that we requested, was like in a school canteen. It is not surprising, that service is included in the bill, because otherwise, you should be paid to visit this place. About the drinks. Lemonade was terrible, to warm up we requested a cocoa, that was filled with water, in other cups there were hair inside. We were not the only one, who was disappointed with the food quality. Other guests at our presence have asked to remake their food several not, so it’s not surprising, that it was the e kitchens fault. Ein parr wörter über Service. Während wir da gegessen haben, habe ich zweimal salz gefragt, mein Freund ha für 20 minuten zucker gewartet. Сервис в этом сомнительном заведении должен был исключен из счета, так как по сути платить не за что. Я бы не советовал посещать данное заведение; только если нет никаких альтернатив.

пишу отзыв от 24.12 заходила в заведение в хорошем настроении, а вышла в отличном!) не была здесь с лета, последние три посещения запомнились не очень хорошими из-за работы официантов, в прошлые разы обслуживала одна и та же девушка, не представлялась, не спрашивала по поводу качества блюд, подолгу не подходила, сидели с грязной посудой, просто приносила блюда и рассчитывала( хотя я конечно читала отзывы и других официантов хвалили, может быть просто нам не повезло( !!!НО сегодня все прошло просто замечательно! обслуживала прекрасная девушка Анастасия (в винном зале), отличный сервис выше всех похвал ( сориентировала по подаче блюд, интересовалась их качеством и вкусом, помогла с оформлением карты лояльности, была очень вежлива) в этот раз брала пиццу с вешенками и салат с курицей и копченым сулугуни (отличное сочетание, вкусно и сбалансированно) все было супер! атмосфера в ресторане отличная, хорошее музыкальное сопровождение, хорошо украшен зал ( p.s. администратор передайте мою похвалу Анастасии за ее качественную работу!)спасибо! с наступающим!
