I understand what is written on the website, but I came to the point to send the parcel, I do not know how much it costs, I did not visit the website and did not read it. It's trivial to ask, "Are you familiar with the prices of services?" no one even bothered. They packed it up, and then they announced the price tag and it turns out to be something that you didn't expect, you stand like a fool and don't understand what to do. And they're looking at you like that. You see, we've already packed it for you, so pay up. I was extremely unhappy with the service.
