I often use the services of Euromail in Minsk offices - there I have to stand in line for up to 40 minutes, because specialists work carelessly, and when a car arrives with parcels, work with clients stops altogether. There are a lot of parcels on the shelves in this Fanipol branch, but the reception and dispatch is fast. I wish the staff of the department good well-mannered customers, and the management of Europost to consider the issue of a second employee, because with increasing volumes of parcels, there will inevitably be queues and customer dissatisfaction.

A good department, and responsive staff. But sometimes kindness does not work for the good. The road to hell is paved with good deeds! There are some fictional people who are too lazy to register in the system and fill out the shipment at home. They come and whine to be helped, and the second time they also shake their rights, they say you have already done it to us, and we counted on your help. I believe that it is absolutely impossible to help such people, especially when there is a queue. Take them aside and let them wait until they serve the people who did everything according to the rules. I have already observed this situation several times in this department. We need to be fairer. In an angry queue, while you help one dishonest and selfish client, a dozen decent ones spoil their impression and lose the desire to work with you. In other departments, I saw how they coldly refuse and the person goes aside to register. This is the right option.
