Just don't take out your mistakes and quirks on the mail staff in the reviews. They do their job well, unlike someone who came to receive their parcel not in the mood. Sometimes parcels were torn and lost (this is a human factor, it is present in any organization), but the issues were always resolved, and this is the most important thing, and not that it seemed to someone that the employee was not smiling with all his mouth.
