I've seen a lot of clients in the queue, then they refuse to sign, then they prove that they couldn't have made a mistake when making an application, etc. They always explained everything clearly to my clients. Just don't take out your mistakes and quirks on the mail staff in the reviews. They do their job well, unlike someone who came to receive their parcel not in the mood. Sometimes parcels were torn and lost (this is a human factor, it is present in any organization), but the issues were always resolved, and this is the most important thing, and not that it seemed to someone that the employee was not smiling with all his mouth.

Very unpleasant staff. If you waited in line, but forgot your documents in the car. If you come back in a couple of minutes, you will have to queue up for 2 or more people again. I found a very arrogant and unpleasant person. This is the first and last time I pick up a package from here.(there was medicine for my daughter in the package, I was in a hurry. Initially, I came with a bag, but there was lunch. Later, I ran up without a bag)
