We had a rest in May in the first building of the hotel, everything is clean ,the rooms are clean,the staff cleans, towels are changed on request,soap, shower gel, toilet paper are all in abundance ,the dining room is open from 8:00 to 20-00 , which is very convenient ,everything is clean in the dining room, everything is delicious (buffet)red, white, chacha, beer wine is on the bar, from 12-22:00, special thanks to the bartenders for their patience, and they pour it to the brim (but our Russian Vanya, who can't control himself, doesn't belong there), all the boys are polite.Heated pool, fire water, we were unlucky with the weather, we swam and enjoyed ourselves in the pool. There is a good grocery store behind the fence that you can afford, a market within a 5-minute walk, and a cafe with access to the city, very affordable. The territory is being taken care of, everything is being swept, in general, well done So we are happy with our vacation, we want to return in the fall 💃 P.S. A big request to the administration, please put a separate column on the bar, and at least put lemonade for the children in the bar 👌

Все ужасно , кроме подогреваемых двух бассейнов. Начнем с заселения . Приехали на поезде рано утром . До 14.00 ровно никого не заселяют . Люди маются во круг ресепшена. Жара . Лежат спят на лавках . Дальше заселили . Второй корпус- выбрали так как он новый - но….кафель грязный в ванной. Смыв на бачке не работает, полы ужасные на балконе .самое интересное- нет полотенец в номере - со скандалом и разговорами в плохих тонах от горничных - полотенца добились 2 штуки на троих непонятного грязного белого цвета . Такого еще нигде сервиса не видела ! Естественно принадлежности душевые никаких , кусочек мыла пришлось просить !! В номерах не убирается от слова совсем . Надеюсь хоть постель меняется !! Доп место тоже ждали до вечера ! Столовая - отдельный квест/ мест мало , очереди !! Еда не съедобная совсем ! Супчик еще ниче! Компот с сухофруктов - горячий . Воды питьевой нет нигде . Только в магазине или на ресепшене нужно покупать! Пляжных полотенец тоже нет. Пляж подальше именно Европы но он ужастный через мусорники идти по грязи и пыли и камням . Ближе просто пляж вышел 5 минут но шезлонги платные 300 р. Вообще не рекомендую ! Люди не платите деньги за этот бедлам !

The vents were full of strawberries, cherries and medlars. They sell homemade wine, I love it very much. Dolphinarium is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. A wonderful 50-minute performance for 1500 rubles. The rooms are cleaned daily. I don't understand the indignation in the reviews that they haven't changed their underwear in 5 days. Do you go to bed dirty? The pool is warm, open from 9 to 19. But I didn't quite understand the bar for all-inclusive guests... Drinks from 10 to 22. But! To get a microscopic plastic cup of wine or beer, you need to stand in line. In fact, I got a cup-get in line right away, because there are exactly 2 sips in the glass. Well, and so on in a circle. From 15 to 18 (only 3 hours), French fries and ice cream were distributed. During this period, the queue increases by 3 times!. It's like a mausoleum. Again, there are several potatoes in the plate. We didn't use the bar, it was downright humiliating. We went to the market and the nearest store to buy wine, beer and goodies. Well, in general, for this price, probably, "all inclusive" was not worth waiting for another one. We liked it! Thanks!
