We are very pleased that we chose this hotel. (Someone wrote extremely negative reviews here and gave one star - these are just actions paid for by competitors. Because even a sick fantasy wouldn't come up with such a thing.) The territory (+ location) is the best of all in Gagra - that's a fact! Well-groomed, which is important. The pool is large (20*10) and warm and does not have trash cans. There is enough food and everything is delicious. The rooms are newly renovated, everything is clean, not a speck, not a speck of dust. The staff is polite. And now what pleases me separately is the view from the balcony-wow wow! And the fact that it's quiet under the window (it's far from the road and there's no construction site nearby, which the hotel's competitors definitely can't boast about). You can go out to the shared balcony, there is a direct view of the sea. Go ahead, see for yourself. By the way, they take you to the procedures. The hydrogen sulfide bath is free, and then take whatever else you want.

We stayed at the hotel from 04/28/26-05/04/26 I liked the hotel, especially the territory) A large heated swimming pool, the water temperature was 29 degrees, the room was standard with separate beds in the second building, not large but comfortable, waffle bathrobes were provided, bathroom accessories shower gel and shampoo were reported every day, bed linen and towels were changed on the fourth day. The food is good buffet, we didn't stay hungry, very tasty pickles) The beach has not been opened yet, but the hotel itself has a slightly narrow strip of beach! A hydrogen sulfide bath is also included in the payment, for an amateur, but you can choose something for yourself from cosmetic services for a fee! A transfer to the hydrotherapy center is provided from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. In general, a good hotel, there is a cafe nearby, a lobby bar)

We had a rest from January 2 to January 7, 2026. We were satisfied. Nice room, standard, with a double bed. The room has a TV, split (for heating), hairdryer, towels, slippers, bathrobe, kettle and cups, tea bags, water, soap, shampoo, gel. Buffet meals. There's a lot of everything, a nice room, clean, wine, champagne (maybe because of the holidays). There are exercises and master classes for entertainment, but there are few people who want to. Hydrogen sulfide baths are included in the price. There is an indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna, but not in this hotel, but they take you to the next one. Good location, its own park, the sea is just a step away from the hotel, there is a coastal line with cafes and entertainment, an aqua park and a dolphinarium nearby. The market and shopping center are also nearby. In general, the rest was a success.
