Level 13 Local Expert

Great place! The house is cozy, clean, spacious. There is everything you need: dishes, hair dryer, washing machine, large TV, music, etc. The territory is clean, there is a swing. The host is friendly, responds promptly and solves all necessary issues. The lake is nearby, the beach is within walking distance. There is a museum nearby (5 minutes walk). You can run along the embankment. We really enjoyed it.

A gorgeous place! The owner Sergey is a wonderful, sympathetic person, the houses are cozy, everyone has their own terrace, there is everything you want on the street - sun beds, swings, benches, hammocks, barbecues, stoves, grilles, skewers, cauldrons, there are cooking stoves in the houses, dishes, towels, bed linen, and we they even gave out a hair dryer on request)) The purest zero with a beach is right across the street! If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back!

Positive: - An adequate landlord; - Fresh renovation almost everywhere, except for two houses; - A large area; - The lake is within walking distance (2-3 minutes on foot); - Everything you need for relaxation (there are sun loungers, swings, volleyball); - Everything you need for cooking; - A neat bathroom in each house. Minuses: - Perhaps I will single out one - it's too expensive for Viva Braslav. The more often you come, the faster the repairs in two houses will be completed - and it will already be business class :)

Very nice houses, small rooms (up to 4 people), everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything is clean and tidy. Each room has its own veranda, barbecues, near the beach. There is a city equipped beach with entertainment nearby. We really liked everything, unfortunately it was only 3 days, not enough.
