This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in! Every day is like a holiday! I really liked everything: the territory, the animation, the food, the staff, the sea. Everything is well thought out for the guests. There is a mobile application where you can select activities according to a schedule: sports, entertainment, children's clubs by age. The animators are wonderful, especially Freya and Jasmine! DJ Akhmet is great too! I participated in some activities every day: yoga, Pilates, dancing, zumba, water aerobics, shooting club, canoe, banana riding - all for free. Classes are held in the shade under a canopy, and not in the sun as in many hotels. The daily shows are just an extravaganza, with professional actors, aerial gymnasts, and special effects (surprisingly, these talented actors are animators), on a large stage in an amphitheater for 2,000 people. Parties are great too, the most beautiful scenery! I visited Silent disco for the first time - it's very funny! The food is beyond praise! Oh, there's a large selection of food, there are practically no queues (only if they cook in front of you, then there are small queues), because everything is distributed in different halls and dispensaries. Cleanliness is carefully monitored - even on the beach, tables are wiped with a disinfectant and cleaned several times. The area is very beautiful, it's nice to walk in the shade of the trees. I saw a turtle near the villa a couple of times. The staff is Russian-speaking - there is a woman at the reception, very friendly. The doctor also speaks Russian. There is a guest service - I needed to buy allergy medicine, it was delivered in 2 hours. Any issue can be resolved. There is water at every turn, several cafes with drinks/cocktails. And before leaving, when we had already left the room, we were offered to spend time in the Guest room - these are three-room apartments with two showers... Everything is for the convenience of the guests. It was the most carefree and fun vacation ever! We will definitely come back here!
