we had previously vacationed in decent hotels in Turkey, Gloria Golf, Gloria Serenity, Voyage Belek Golf & SPA, this time we decided to "raise the level", so to speak) well, what can I say? indeed, the level is higher) the service at the airport was especially pleasing. we were met in a separate car at the plane, from there to a separate CIP terminal, all the formalities were carried out without queues in a comfortable environment, the same on departure. we have previously used the services of this terminal for an additional fee, it is not cheap for a large number of people, so it is nice that in this case the service is included in the price of the hotel. then they were brought from the terminal to the hotel directly to the villa, check-in is also in the villa, very convenient with children. the service was also great, the butlers worked well, everything they needed was brought to the villa at any time of the day or night, food, drinks, backgammon, cards, etc.) chicken broth was cooked for sick children according to my recipe (not as greasy as they have on the menu), the children were brought to our beach, It's also a convenient option to avoid walking by yourself. The boars on the beach are not very comfortable, but the service and food are good. The weather was bad for 2 days of rest, so the trips to Land of legends included in the price of the hotel came in handy. separate VIP transfer, entrance fees included, convenient. of course, we wouldn't go every day, but the children liked it a couple of times) the main restaurant has an unusual all-inclusive menu ordering format, not a buffet. at first I didn't like it, I love good Turkish buffets) but then we went to the buffet in the main riksos, and in contrast, everything immediately began to suit) I didn't like it there at all, it was noisy, crowded, tasteless and the service wasn't ice cream. of the cons: 1. The villas are dilapidated, a little shabby, at least ours. but they tried to eliminate everyday shortcomings. 2. I read in the reviews that children are given diapers, so I didn't take them with me. in fact, I had to almost beg for these diapers, they were going to give out 2 pieces per day)) of course, I could have bought it at the pharmacy, but I didn't want to, it's just ridiculous for a hotel of this level. 3. I already wrote that the wild boars on the beach are small and not very comfortable (very high and steep stairs, so-so for children). it would be good if they were updated. 4. The departure transfer was 15 minutes late, although in theory it should have been the other way around 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time. because of this, we were nervous, because we like to go to the airport side by side) but overall, 5 points, I liked the rest. next year I will think about whether to stay at this hotel and continue to come here and not worry, or try another Maxx Royal, which everyone praises, and which we have not yet covered)
