My husband and I visited this monastery in August 2009, right after the monastery in Kikkos. But in vain. I should have gone the other way around, here first. It is a quiet, peaceful, small, poor monastery in the mountains. They usually come here to ask for a child. And even though we are grandparents, we also wished.. a grandson (I already had 2 granddaughters). But.. In June 2010, another girl was born. This means that everyone can ask, not just potential moms. Although the monastery is not large, it still left its mark from visiting. However, it's hard to breathe there, the altitude is high. But the beauty around is extraordinary! The photo shows a view of the serpentine from a height of 1320 meters. Curry and frankincense grow here. We recommend it.

A small monastery is hidden high in the mountains, where the miraculous icon of Our Lady of Trooditissa is kept. She helps families with the birth of children. I was lucky enough to pray at a prayer service in front of this icon and even kiss the belt of the Virgin. The place is holy, prayed for. There is a spring with holy water in the monastery. And there is a waterfall nearby, 2-3 kilometers, but it is difficult to get there, it is better to walk. The views are simply amazing!

I came to this monastery in 2013, being a mother of 2 daughters (I thought that I had already fulfilled my feminine mission) I didn't know they were coming here to ask for kids. I went up to the icon and just asked for a Miracle. And after returning from vacation, she turned out to be pregnant, now our son is still growing.
